The flat of 47 sqm comprises a spacious living/bedroom, with the double bed visually separated from the living room.
Another room offers space for one adult / one child and one small child (up to 12 years). A cosy bed with another pull-out element (each 90 x 200 cm) and a TV await you here.
In the new kitchen with dishwasher you will find enough space to have breakfast together comfortably at the family table (fresh bread rolls are brought to the front door by the bread trolley in the morning during the peak season) and all the necessary tools to spoil your loved ones with culinary delights.
The bathroom with shower was newly renovated in March 2015.
You can confidently leave your car in the underground car park for a few days and explore the beautiful surroundings on foot or by bike.
The house has several lifts that take you directly to the indoor swimming pool and also to the underground garage.

Apartment near the beach in an apartment complex with free indoor swimming pool in the house (solarium for a fee), several sun terraces and great are several washers and dryers available in the building (for a fee). The spa town of Dahme is ideal drive for swimming, hiking and cycling. You will find sandy beaches, cliffs, a heated saltwater swimming pool and a great playground nearby. A beautiful beach promenade invites you to stroll and browse, holiday promotion dates (including many children's program points) the spa can be found on their website.
