Short description:
The promenade and the sandy beach can be reached on foot in 4 minutes (250m).
FeWo's: 8th floor, the "king class floor", quiet corridor with only 4 additional rentable FeWo's, direct swimming pool lift, 47sqm;
2 bedrooms (1 living/bedroom + 1 small bedroom=children's room), ALL beds equipped with intervertebral disc mattresses;
Kitchen (dishwasher) and dining area

Our 2nd apartment "806" (morning/lunchtime sun) is located directly opposite - door against door -; you will also find it described at Ferienhausmiete; interesting, if you would like to travel with 2 families, please enquire very early!
Both apartments are located on a quiet corridor with only 3 rentable apartments on the seaside + 3 rentable apartments on the land side, accessible by TRUCLE, which also takes you DIRECTLY to the swimming pool!
Our apartments are also accessible without stairs - from the underground car park - due to the fact that the lifts have to be changed once.

In all sleeping areas good, high intervertebral disc mattresses (in the double bed on adjustable slatted frames) enable restful sleep.
1 Large living room with integrated bedroom (double bed 180x200cm),
1 separate children's room with 2 single beds (extendable, 90x200 + 80x190) and own TV.
Kitchen : DISHWASHER, microwave, etc.;
Really well equipped with everything a woman/man needs, nothing is missing, at least that's what all our regular guests who return every year think.
Living room: Large flat screen SAT-TV, DVD, stereo system/CD, blackout roller blinds, fan, mosquito screen door.
Hallway : OWN patented suitcase trolley
The use of the HOUSE-OWN, SWIMMING POOL (8 x 15m) + sep. toddler pool > is included in the rent; on 3 days it is reserved for naturists for 2 hours in the morning or in the evening.
Table tennis room with 2 professional tables (rackets + balls available in the apartments)
In the house, ONLY: washing machines from 2EUR + dryer from 50ct., solarium.
OWN underground parking space free of charge;

Haus Berolina consists of condominiums that are individually furnished by each owner and are mostly rented out.
The entire house consists of 4 blocks, is quietly located and yet central!
Whether on foot > in 15 minutes to the town or in 6 minutes - on the direct beach path - to the promenade or to the fine, barrier-free sandy beach, ideal for a stroll or to unwind, this is where holiday life takes place and it can sometimes be a bit more turbulent in the HS

Outstanding
We have been regular customers for over 10 years! We have rented other apartments in this building, but unfortunately they were not as perfect and clean. Everything is available - just like at home: the view, the nearby beach, and the promenade. Also, the swimming pool in the building - genius. We rent from the Starosta family at least twice a year for vacation in their apartment. Again and again!!

It was a very nice and relaxing vacation!!!
We were in the vacation rental 802 of the Starosta family for the first time, the apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. Everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable during our time at the Baltic Sea. The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a fantastic view of nature. We are looking forward to summer as we can certainly experience and photograph beautiful sunsets there! We also want to thank you again for the super nice welcome and the phone calls beforehand.

Top holiday apartment
The vacation apartment surpassed our expectations. Very clean and tidy. The balcony offered a view of the Baltic Sea, which we enjoyed during our morning breakfast.

Very relaxed vacation.
It is a very beautiful apartment with great amenities. You arrive and immediately feel comfortable. Special thanks for the nice gift that is ready for the guests. GREAT APARTMENT!!!!!
After renting the same apartment on the 6th floor for 15 years, I was convinced that there was no apartment with better amenities. However, I had to be proven wrong, apartment 802, owned by the Starosta family, surpassed everything. Nothing was missing, everything was available for cooking, living, and sleeping. One had to feel comfortable in the tastefully furnished apartment. Even the great sunset was not missing. The 120 sqm large swimming pool is excellent for both young and older swimmers. The easy accessibility of the elevators is worth mentioning for elderly people; 5 steps and you can immediately reach the swimming pool or the exit. The vacation for 2023 is already booked, and I have already made some successful recommendations. Congratulations again on this superb apartment.

Travel reimbursement.
We were very disappointed by the landlord
we have the flat 10 days before arrival Corona conditionally canceled.arrival should be on Sunday 16.05.but according to Corona provision was only from the 17.05.at all possible.The landlord has retained from our deposit 50 €.Therefore, I can only give a bad review here because also a further clarification was not possible

Sie ist in unserer Mail mit Vertrags-Abschluß ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen worden, dass auch Corona bedingte Erfordernisse erfüllt werden müssen.
Dass das eventuell stressig sein mag, hätte Sie schon vorher bedenken müssen.
Original AbsageTEXT beinhaltet: Absage wg. vorraussichtlicher Öffnung; und das nur für Geimpfte oder mit negativem Test vor Anreise, alle 48 Std. erneuerbar....; das ist keine Erholung sondern Stress....
Daher wurde bereits VOR verbindlicher, gesetzl. Regelung der MV storniert.
SOMIT traten lt. unserer - gut leserlichen AGB's- (dem Vertrag mitgesandt+unterschrieben zurück) u.A. Folgendes in Kraft: Für Verwaltungsaufwand entstehen auf jeden Fall 50 € Pauschalgebühr, die von geleisteter Anzahlung abgezogen wurde; die restlichen 42€ sind prompt zurücküberwiesen worden.
Alle anderen Gäste erhielten wg. konkreten Reiseverbot's ihrer gesamten Urlaubszeit den vollen Betrag umgehend erstattet!
Dank unserer intensiven Bemühungen fanden sich nette Gäste, die diesen Termin dankend übernahmen, keine Probleme mit gesetzl. vorgeschriebenen Test's hatten.

It is rare to find such a neat and clean holiday flat...everything is labelled, even a shoehorn is available. Great view from the balcony.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
A beautiful modern furnished holiday apartment with a swimming pool in the basement for bad weather. The beach is only a few meters away and easy to reach. By bus, you can cheaply travel to places like Grömitz. The hosts are very nice and always helpful.

Really good
Dear Starosta family,
everyone who has children can confirm that when the children are well, the parents are well.
And when it's rainy and you don't want to go outside, the children help themselves to the games cupboard and spend hours in Lego adventures, building magnetic ball structures or even just "disappearing" for a car quartet, so that you can withdraw with a REAL wine glass and a book, then even the parents have a holiday.
Culinary pleasures can be satisfied:" Potato soup half/half with prawns please" one finds so everything in this kitchen. And even cleaning out the dishwasher becomes a hit when the big one can already prove how good he is at reading, because every item has its labelled place.
There were scavenger hunts to see who could find the right place first.
Even I, a self-confessed princess on the pea, found a suitable neck pillow on which to snooze, the boys preferred half pillows and hubby preferred a real one... (everything available) You don't even have this much comfort in a hotel.
We will definitely be back.

a clean and cosy flat in a good location !
One of the most beautiful flats in the Berolina ! We have been coming for years, but this flat was really the most beautiful so far ! We were very pleased with the beautiful flat, which is very cosy and yet comfortably furnished! You have everything, from tea lights to fans. The heating is great! The indoor swimming pool is also very nice, it was another great holiday in Dahme!

simply great!
We were super satisfied. A well-kept home with everything you need for everyday life. Very cozy and lovingly furnished. We would have loved to stay there. We will come back!

very nice holiday flat
Dear Starosta family,
we can only confirm that your flats are really very beautiful and well-kept; they have everything you need at home. Very well equipped and very clean flats; the view from the balcony is fantastic - even though we only had a lateral view of the Baltic Sea, we could also see Fehmarn very well. The beds are just great - you can turn them to make them softer or harder. The lift takes you directly to the swimming pool - you can't have more than that.
There is also a parking space in the underground car park. Very nice excursions can also be organised - there is something for everyone, young and old
It's only 5 minutes to the very beautiful beach. If you don't have a car, you're still very mobile, because there are buses right in front of the accommodation that take you everywhere, and they're very cheap, too, thanks to the spa card. I don't know what else to write, it was just a super nice holiday with you and that's why we'll be very happy to come back to Dahme next year. We have already booked for 2016

Insbesondere erfreut uns Ihre Aufmerksamkeit und der Blick auf die Details in der Wohnung und Ihre Beschreibung der Umgebung - wobei wir anmerken möchten, dass man bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle doch ca. 150m zurücklegen muß.
Sie sind uns immer herzlich willkommen und wir freuen uns außerordentlich, Sie bald wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.
