The cheapest and most beautiful holiday home in the Sauerland for groups of friends and families!
Comfortable and spacious holiday home on a size of 200sqm with 1 living room, 1 large kitchen, 7 bedrooms in different colors, 3 bathrooms, ideal for a maximum of 15 guests. With 5 parking spaces, 2 for the house and 3 next to the house, you are fully equipped. In the kitchen and living room is a wood stove for the coziness. We have specially designed for the children a play area with lots of toys
The kitchen is extensively equipped with appliances and space for our guests. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. For the little ones even beds (2) and high chairs (2). In nice weather you can use the barbecue outside and sit with everyone on our terrace.
Wifi is free and included! As well as 2 cots / high chairs. All reservations are based on self-care.
Negotiation is possible: please ask for prices for confirmation. The system does not always work properly, so longer stays (5/6 nights) are often priced lower
Energy supplement: summer per weekend €, winter €
The total price is therefore the rental price plus energy. The price also includes the tourist tax: you will receive it from us!

Beautiful time spent in the Sauerland
Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and had a great time in the Sauerland. Thank you very much that 6 towels were brought to us afterwards. Unfortunately, we did not read exactly and have so far made the experience that towels are also provided with the bed linen.
We hope that we left the house according to your expectations. Thank you very much.

Thank you for your email. We would be happy to write a review about our stay.
We had a nice weekend with friends in Wiemeringshausen and did numerous activities from the recommendation list. The house offers plenty of space and is also excellent for families with children. We also used the barbecue in the garden, which was included. There are also plenty of seating options in the garden.
The house stays cool in the summer, so it's comfortable to rest even in the heat.
The kitchen, bathrooms, and everything else are adequately equipped.

Wir hatten mit vier Familien und zwei Kindern eine gute Zeit in Ihrer Unterkunft. Die durch unseren online check-in gemeldeten Probleme wurden innerhalb von einer Stunde durch Olaf geregelt, er stand mit Holz, Mülltüten und einer Entschuldigung vor der Tür. Es war eben sehr kalt, da die Nachtspeicheröfen nicht angeschaltet wurden und eine Nacht vorher für Wärme gesorgt haben.
Sehr schön saß man auf der Terrasse und hatte ausreichend Sitzmöbel und Geschirr im Haus. Die Ausstattung an Spielen war prima und der Grill auch gut nutzbar.
Wir haben es uns schön gemacht.

Schöne Zeit

Felt good
We liked it very much in the accommodation, although the heaters took a bit of getting used to (re-storage). Luckily we had super great weather though, so we didn't really need the heating; at least the adults did. We felt very comfortable in everything. The kitchen was great because we could all hang out here in the evenings, so we could always all end the day together.

Everything was fine
We were in this house with 8 adults and 2 children. Everything was tidy, especially the bathroom on the ground floor was very nice because it was new. The kitchen was our meeting point because it was cosy and warm due to the wood-burning stove. There was more than enough crockery, which was very pleasant. The contact with the landlords was extremely pleasant and there were no problems.

A very nice weekend in the Sauerland
We, my siblings with their partners and children, had a very nice weekend in the Sauerland. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate properly, it rained heavily and continuously on Saturday. Nevertheless, we had the opportunity for a short trip in the vicinity. We really enjoyed the apartment, everything was okay, clean, and tidy. There was enough wood to make it cozy and relaxing in the living room. So we felt comfortable, thank you very much. Next time, we will probably spend the family weekend in Northern Germany, but if we want to go back to the Sauerland, I will gladly contact you again. Es war sehr schön
Hallo Hans,
alle sind wieder gut zu Hause angekommen. Es hat uns gut gefallen in dem Ferienhaus in Wiemeringhausen. Es war sehr schön, dass wir die Öfen nutzen konnten und das Holz zur Verfügung stand - so war es in der Küche und im Wohnzimmer abends schön warm. Wir haben auch heraus gefunden, wie die Nachtspeicheröfen und die Elektroradiatoren zu bedienen sind - eine kurze Anleitung im Hausordner wäre aber hilfreich gewesen.
Die Wasserkocher konnten wir nicht gut nutzen - der eine war von Anfang an kaputt, der andere war sehr langsam. Wir haben dann das Wasser für den Kaffee (wir hatten eigene Bodum-Kannen dabei) in einem Topf auf dem Herd heiß gemacht, das war also kein Problem.
Es haben sich aber alle wohl gefühlt und konnten die Tage im Sauerland sehr genießen.
Es ist alles ordnungsgemäß an seinen Platz zurückgeräumt worden - lediglich das letzte Geschirr war noch in der Spülmaschine, weil sie noch gewaschen hat, als wir abgereist sind - und es ist nichts kaputt gegangen.
Es hat alles super geklappt und die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert, vielen Dank.

Silvestertripp ins Sauerland
Wir haben mit 11 Leuten Silvester 2015/2016 im Sauerland verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und vor allem die Küche von der Ausstattung her top. Es gibt 7 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. Die drei Badezimmer sind sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet (Bad im EG neuwertig). Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche verfügen über einen Kamin, welcher Wärme und Gemütlichkeit spendet. Wiemeringhausen ist ein kleines Dorf. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Olsberg (u.a. Aldi, Rewe etc.). Bis Winterberg sind es 15 Minuten. Willingen erreicht man in 25 Minuten jeweils mit dem Auto. Uns hat es vie Spaß gemacht und wir waren vollends zufrieden. VG vom Niederrhein Andre und Freunde

Ein Wünderschönes Wochenende
Wir waren mit eine Familie mit neun Erwachsene und drei Kinder und haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende gehabt!
Sehr angenehme und persönliche Kontakten bei der Buchung, schnelle Reaktion und gute Beratung.
Wir haben ein langes Wochenende und weitgehend uns im Haus unterhalten. Das Haus sieht sehr schön aus und ist komplett ausgestattet. Es ist ein Sammlung von alten und neuen, sowohl im Bezug wie die Dinge im Bäder, aber mit drei Badezimmer, drei Toiletten, ein schöne Grosse Küche mit acht(!) Brenner auf den Herd und mehr als ausreichend Geschirr, Pfannen, usw. Es war vollkommen in Ordnung. Auch war es sehr praktisch, das es Campingbetten und Hochstuhle gibt. Daruber hinaus ist die grosse Spielzeug Schrank ein Paradies für die KInder!

Sehr gut gefallen
Hallo Herr van der Pouwkraan,
ich möchte ihnen gerne eine Rückmeldung zu ihrem Ferienhaus geben.
Das Haus hat unserer Gruppe gefallen und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Gut vorstellbar, dass wir oder eine andere Gruppe unserer Einrichtung im nächsten Jahr wieder bei ihnen bucht. Uns ist auch erst am vorletzten Tag etwas kaputt gegangen. An einem Seitenfach vom Kühlschrank ist eine kleine Ecke abgebrochen. Wir haben diese ordnungsgemäß geklebt, so dass sie voll funktionstüchtig ist. Wenn sie diese dennoch ersetzen möchten, teilen sie mir bitte mit, wie viel diese kosten würde.
