The cheapest and most beautiful holiday home in the Sauerland for groups of friends and families!
Comfortable and spacious holiday home on a size of 200sqm with 1 living room, 1 large kitchen, 7 bedrooms in different colors, 3 bathrooms, ideal for a maximum of 15 guests. With 5 parking spaces, 2 for the house and 3 next to the house, you are fully equipped. In the kitchen and living room is a wood stove for the coziness. We have specially designed for the children a play area with lots of toys
The kitchen is extensively equipped with appliances and space for our guests. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. For the little ones even beds (2) and high chairs (2). In nice weather you can use the barbecue outside and sit with everyone on our terrace.
Wifi is free and included! As well as 2 cots / high chairs. All reservations are based on self-care.
Negotiation is possible: please ask for prices for confirmation. The system does not always work properly, so longer stays (5/6 nights) are often priced lower
Energy supplement: summer per weekend €, winter €
The total price is therefore the rental price plus energy. The price also includes the tourist tax: you will receive it from us!
The total price is always for the whole house for the rented period, no matter if you arrive with 10 or 15 guests.

Cancellation terms:

Beautiful time spent in the Sauerland
Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and had a great time in the Sauerland. Thank you very much that 6 towels were brought to us afterwards. Unfortunately, we did not read exactly and have so far made the experience that towels are also provided with the bed linen.

Thank you for your email. We would be happy to write a review about our stay.
We had a nice weekend with friends in Wiemeringshausen and did numerous activities from the recommendation list. The house offers plenty of space and is also excellent for families with children. We also used the barbecue in the garden, which was included. There are also plenty of seating options in the garden.
The house stays cool in the summer, so it's comfortable to rest even in the heat.
The kitchen, bathrooms, and everything else are adequately equipped.

We had a good time in your accommodation with four families and two children. The issues reported through our online check-in were resolved within an hour by Olaf, who showed up at the door with wood, trash bags, and an apology. It was very cold because the night storage heaters were not turned on and had not provided warmth the night before.
It was very nice to sit on the terrace with plenty of seating and dishes in the house. The range of games was great and the barbecue was also easy to use.
We enjoyed ourselves.

We would love to come back :)
Purpose of the rental: Meeting with former classmates. We - a total of 8 people - felt very comfortable and cooked a lot. The two wood stoves in the living room and kitchen kept us warm and contributed to the good atmosphere. The rental process and communication with the landlord and caretaker were wonderfully uncomplicated. We would love to come back :)
Perhaps a small hint: We also used the grill and at the end, I couldn't find any utensils for cleaning the grill grate. That could be improved if possible. Otherwise, everything was perfect :)

Felt good
We liked it very much in the accommodation, although the heaters took a bit of getting used to (re-storage). Luckily we had super great weather though, so we didn't really need the heating; at least the adults did. We felt very comfortable in everything. The kitchen was great because we could all hang out here in the evenings, so we could always all end the day together.

Everything was fine
We were in this house with 8 adults and 2 children. Everything was tidy, especially the bathroom on the ground floor was very nice because it was new. The kitchen was our meeting point because it was cosy and warm due to the wood-burning stove. There was more than enough crockery, which was very pleasant. The contact with the landlords was extremely pleasant and there were no problems.

A very nice weekend in the Sauerland
We, my siblings with their partners and children, had a very nice weekend in the Sauerland. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate properly, it rained heavily and continuously on Saturday. Nevertheless, we had the opportunity for a short trip in the vicinity. We really enjoyed the apartment, everything was okay, clean, and tidy. There was enough wood to make it cozy and relaxing in the living room. So we felt comfortable, thank you very much. Next time, we will probably spend the family weekend in Northern Germany, but if we want to go back to the Sauerland, I will gladly contact you again. It was very beautiful.
Hello Hans,
everyone has arrived back home safely. We really enjoyed our stay in the holiday home in Wiemeringhausen. It was great that we could use the stoves and that there was wood available - this kept the kitchen and living room nice and warm in the evening. We also managed to figure out how to operate the night storage heaters and electric radiators - though a short instruction manual in the house folder would have been helpful. We couldn't use the kettles well - one was broken from the beginning, the other was very slow. So, we heated the water for the coffee (we had our own Bodum coffee pots) in a pot on the stove, which was no problem. Everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed the days in the Sauerland. Everything has been put back in its place properly - only the last dishes were still in the dishwasher because it was still washing when we left - and nothing was broken.
Everything worked out great and the process was very straightforward, thank you very much.

New Year's Eve trip to the Sauerland
We spent New Year's Eve 2015/2016 in the Sauerland with 11 people. The house is very well maintained, and above all, the kitchen is top-notch in terms of equipment. There are 7 bedrooms with double beds. The three bathrooms are clean and adequately equipped (the bathroom on the ground floor is in mint condition). The living room and kitchen have a fireplace, which provides warmth and coziness. Wiemeringhausen is a small village. By car, you can reach Olsberg (including Aldi, Rewe, etc.) in 5 minutes. It is 15 minutes to Winterberg. Willingen can be reached in 25 minutes by car. We had a lot of fun and were completely satisfied. Best regards from the Niederrhein, Andre and friends.

A wonderful weekend!
We were with a family of nine adults and three children and had a wonderful weekend! Very pleasant and personal contacts during the booking, quick response, and good advice. We spent a long weekend and mostly stayed in the house. The house looks very beautiful and is fully equipped. It is a mix of old and new, both in terms of decorations and in the bathrooms, but with three bathrooms, three toilets, a large kitchen with eight(!) hob gas stove and oven, and a spacious seating area we had everything we needed. The property is quiet with a beautiful garden and a terrace where we enjoyed the sun. Thank you for the great stay! ) Turn on the burner and plenty of dishes, pans, etc. It was totally fine. Also, it was very convenient to have camping beds and high chairs. Furthermore, the large toy cupboard is a paradise for the kids!

I would like to give you feedback on your holiday home.
The house was liked by our group and we felt comfortable. It is easy to imagine that we or another group from our organization will book with you again next year.
Something did break on the second-to-last day. A small corner of a side compartment of the refrigerator broke off. We glued it back properly, so it is fully functional.
