Description
This large detached house is situated on the edge of the Ligurian mountain village Pantasina on a sunny hill. From here you have a beautiful sea view to Porto Maurizio the south or the east: on the mountains and olive groves up to Vasia.
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the house, the very likeable owner couple lives in the other part of the building, so you have enough privacy. An outside staircase leads to the entrance area. All rooms are accessible separately, there is no connecting room. Through the hall you reach the right the spacious bathroom with bath and shower. On the left is a bright bedroom with two single beds. Further to the right you will find a very nice, second bedroom with a double bed. A double door leads to a balcony. Here you can read in peace in the evening still a book, or in the morning drink the first cup of coffee. Left of the bedrooms lead into a light-filled, just renovated kitchen. The kitchenette is furnished with a gas stove, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. The kitchen is equipped with an additional, large balcony, an ideal breakfast place. All appliances are new. There is also a small sofa and TV. During the winter months the gas heating for cozy warmth.
The house has a nice garden, which you can use. Outside the apartment there is a landscaped barbecue area with a brick built BBQ, a table, chairs and a porch swing. This area is exclusively for guests of the Ferienwohnung.
You can pay up front the apartment ancestors and park in the hotel's own grounds.
You will be the only guests in "Casa Angelo," in the house, there are no other accommodations. However, there are some holiday houses in the immediate vicinity, which I manage also. If you want to spend a vacation with family friends, without compromising on privacy, please ask me just then.

Location and surroundings of object
Liguria, one of the smallest Italian regions located, sun-drenched between the Alps and the Mediterranean directly on the French border. It's only hills and mountains, only less than 3% of the total area consists of plains. Because of the special climate - (rarely below 10 degrees in winter and almost never more than 30 degrees in summer) searched in the 19th century the rich Englishman on the Riviera refuge against the English rain. You are the magnificent villas in Sanremo, Alassio Bordigiera or owe.
In between Imperia, a city on the Riviera, which is rare in the guidebooks. Perhaps just as well, because that Imperia has been spared from mass tourism.
Casa Angelo is situated on the outskirts of the village Pantasina in the hinterland of Imperial-Porto Maurizio.
Pantasina is a typical Ligurian mountain village, surrounded by olive groves. During 100 years ago, about 600 people in Pantasina lived, the village is now only about 150 inhabitants. It is very quiet here, the people are very friendly and helpful. In the village there are some traditional oil mills that produce an excellent olive oil, also in organic quality. In the center of the village on the sunny Piazza there is a village shop, which has a cult following. Here you can buy regional products, homemade jams, fresh eggs, the cheese from the mountain farmers, delicious buns but also detergents, fire lighters or international press. The store is also a bistro, there are coffee, wine and snacks to eat. In Pantasina village festivals are celebrated again, the information is available in the store. The most famous and largest is the Chestnut Festival in October, where all day in Piazza eating, drinking, dancing and passionate Boccia is played. Directly from Pantasina you can take wonderful walks. The hiking can be found in the house.
If you drive from Pantasina about 4 km towards the sea to get to the Molini Prelà, where you will find 3 restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. Next Driving you come to Dolcedo. It is a slightly larger, very picturesque town with good infrastructure. There is a gas station, a bank, post office, a few bars and several restaurants.
