The detached holiday home Möwe 1 is located in a traffic-calmed residential street, without through traffic.

It is only a few minutes' walk to the fine sandy white Baltic Sea beach. The beach promenade with the pier is the starting point for carefree bathing pleasure.

Shopping facilities, cafés and restaurants can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Wellness areas with swimming pool, sauna and massage are located in the immediate vicinity.

The dreamy "Usedomer Bernsteinbad" Koserow is located in the middle of the sunny island of Usedom, at the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser.

The kilometre-long, fine-sand white Baltic Sea beach is ideal for families with children because of its shallow sloping shore. The beach is bordered to the east by the highest elevation on Usedom, the Streckelsberg, which is about 66 m high. From the cliff you have a wonderful view over the Baltic Sea and the beach.

The very well developed cycling and hiking network offers ideal conditions for an active holiday.

Lüttenort", the former workplace of the painter Otto Niemeyer Holstein, is worth seeing, as are the historic salt huts, a place to linger with restaurants and fish smokehouses.

From Koserow, all the island's sights can be easily reached by bicycle, car or the UBB Usedom Bäderbahn.

Cancellation of the vacation home booking (Cancellation by the tenant) 1. Up until 45 days before the start of the trip, 15% of the rental price is due. 2. From 44 to 35 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the rental price is due. 3. From the 34th day before the start of the rental, 80% of the rental price is due. 4. From the 14th day before the start of the rental, 90% of the rental price is due. 5. In the case of a rebooking of the vacation home, we charge a 15% handling fee of the rental price. However, a minimum of €50.00 will be charged. Notes: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. You can do this directly on the internet.
