Description
Comfortable, bright, modern non-smoking holiday flat is allergy-friendly. Level, barrier-free, separate entrance with outdoor seating (with a view of the Moselle) and private parking space (directly in front of the holiday flat). Bathroom with daylight and new ground-level, non-slip glass shower, living room with flat-screen TV, as well as an LED floor lamp and modern sofa bed for a third person. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an LED light above the sink. In the outdoor seating area with a view of the Moselle, you can enjoy the sun from morning until sunset.
The holiday flat is located in a central, traffic-calmed residential area with a view of the vineyards on the opposite side of the Moselle. Internet via Wlan.
The bedroom is very spacious, newly designed and with a 4-door wardrobe, as well as 2 chairs and table.
You sleep on raised and allergy-friendly beds without footboard. Guests with above-average body height also feel comfortable with us (height of the doors).

Worth seeing are the winding alleys with their half-timbered houses, the late Gothic, twin-towered "Electoral Castle" [1307-1543], one of the most beautiful Baroque proto-buildings on the Moselle, the former synagogue, the parish church of St. Peter [1786-1793] with its three-storey tower, the late Gothic baptismal font and the wooden Madonna figure, the wine and local history museum, the parish church of St. Michael in the Merl district. Michael parish church in the Merl district, a monastery church of the former Minorite monastery [1290] with an Antwerp carved altar [1525] and Germany's oldest roof truss [1290], the Boos-von-Waldeckhof in the Kaimt district, one of the most beautiful half-timbered houses on the Moselle and a large number of well-preserved half-timbered buildings in the districts.
Germany's longest suspension rope bridge very close by and circular walk, a special experience.
Well-maintained hiking and cycling trails lead along the most beautiful course of the river in Europe.
At the centre of the wine and holiday region of Zell Land lies the world-famous wine town of Zell (Mosel) with its districts of Kaimt, Merl, Barl and Althaus.
The hometown of the "Zeller Schwarze Katz", situated on the impressive river bend "Zeller Hamm", is one of the largest wine-growing communities in Germany. The queen of vines, the Riesling grape, thrives here in the mild, stimulating climate and on the steep, sunny slate slopes.
The historic townscape is dominated by the "Round Tower", a former powder tower from the town fortifications, today the town's landmark.

Holidays with a feel-good atmosphere

Schöne Ferienwohnung
We stayed for the 2nd time this year in the vacation rental Heinrich in Kaimt/Zell on the Moselle. Like last year, we felt very comfortable again this year and immediately booked for next year. The apartment has everything you need for the vacation. The beds are great too. We slept very well and the apartment is quiet as it is located in a dead-end street. It is only a few steps to the Moselle. Mrs. Heinrichs welcomed us very nicely, and the welcome wine was in the fridge again this year, just like last year.

Very nice flat
We stayed for the first time in the Heinrichs holiday flat in Kaimt/ Zell - Mosel.we liked it very much. The flat has everything you need for a holiday. What we also liked were the beds. We slept very well and the flat is very quiet because it is in a dead end street. Mrs Heinrichs is a very nice landlady. You could always talk to her. She was always friendly and had a few tips. We will be back next year.

Schon zum zweiten mal
We are repeat offenders. After spending a wonderful holiday last year in the bright, clean, and very well-equipped holiday apartment of Mrs. Heinrichs, we also went to the beautiful Moselle this year. The location of the holiday apartment in the district of Kaimt is quiet. The lively town center of Zell is still easily accessible by foot via a pedestrian bridge over the Moselle. We will definitely come back!
