Holiday flat with large balcony, relaxing loungers and panoramic Moselle view. Fully equipped small kitchen with 2 hotplates and dining table, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A beautiful, bright living-bedroom is situated on the Moselle side with a modern double bed, 2 very comfortable recliners, flat screen satellite TV, blue ray DVD player. From here you have access to the large balcony on the Moselle side (20 sqm) with seating and 2 sun loungers. Here you can have breakfast in the morning sun with a wonderful view. Sun protection is available. Bathroom with shower and WC. Parking space directly at the house.

The wine town of Zell an der Mosel, world-famous for the "Zeller Schwarze Katz", is situated in a landscape that is known to be particularly charming. The convenient location on the Middle Moselle is ideal for excursions throughout the Moselle valley. Cochem and Bernkastel are about the same distance away (35-40 km)

Relaxing Moselle holiday
The holiday apartment is located directly on the Moselle and offers a wonderful view of the Moselle and the opposite Zell from the large, very beautiful balcony.
The furnishings of the apartment are absolutely appropriate and reasonable under the criterion "price/performance."
The apartment has a separately accessible, lockable basement room for bicycles and therefore offers wonderful opportunities for cycling tours along the Moselle. It should be noted (but it did not bother us) that the apartment is not barrier-free and therefore only partially suitable for those with limited mobility.

Prime location, the two comfortable armchairs are absolutely excellent.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separat zugänglichen, abschließbaren Kellerraum für Fahrräder und bietet daher wunderbare Gelegenheiten, Fahrradtouren an der Mosel zu unternehmen.
Hinzuweisen ist allerdings (hat uns aber nicht gestört), dass die Wohnung nicht barrierefrei ist und daher für in der Beweglichkeit Eingeschränkte nur bedingt geeignet ist.
