We were thrilled with the beautiful accommodation. Upon entering the apartment, you are first greeted with a stunning view of the lake and mountains. The apartment and the entire complex were well-maintained and clean. Very nice landlords, very helpful and always up for a chat. You can easily bike along the promenade from one point to another. The private bathing dock and parking are worth their weight in gold. Good restaurants around the corner. We had a wonderful, relaxing 10 days at Villa Bruna. We will come back.

Dream holiday at Lake Garda.

It was our first vacation at Lake Garda. We were totally enthusiastic about the beautiful and immaculate holiday apartment with the fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
A small shop with fresh bread daily as well as restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. You can also take a wonderful stroll along the promenade.
Our landlady Andrea made sure with her friendly and accommodating manner that we lacked nothing and were completely satisfied.
It was La Dolce Vita in Bella Italia!
We will definitely come back and have already recommended Villa Bruna to others.

Top holiday apartment.

The vacation apartment is very beautiful and super clean. The view of the lake is simply fantastic.
The garden is very lovingly and beautifully designed.

The beach is within a few steps and there is a small private dock.

The hostess is very nice, friendly and helpful. Everything is very uncomplicated. You feel very welcome!

We also felt incredibly comfortable.

Our 2 dogs and our son were also welcome.

We had no complaints. Simply everything all around great and recommendable!

A wonderfully friendly and lovingly run house for absolute well-being. Whether alone, as a couple of any age, or as a family. Very clean and excellently located. Beach just across the street with a private bathing pier and three very good restaurants just a few steps away plus an ice cream parlor. 100% recommendable. A place to feel comfortable

We stayed for 8 days in the beautifully located and clean apartment with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains on the west shore. The equipment is completely adequate, and if you need something, Andrea is immediately available. Andrea's service is very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location of the property by the road is not disturbing, especially since the traffic calms down late at night and allows for restful sleep. We would love to come back. Thank you, Andrea!

In August, we were guests at Villa Bruna and felt very comfortable here: The location of the house is perfect, with a splendid view of the lake from the balcony (you get used to the noise of the road, especially since there is hardly any traffic at night), you are at the beach in 2 minutes (with its own bathing jetty), in 3 minutes in the picturesque Cassone (with many restaurants); the spacious apartments are practical and very clean; the garden where the house is nestled is a delight, and last but not least, Mrs. Sackmann, the landlady, is pleasant, warm, and competent, the value for money is appropriate, we will come back!

Beautiful accommodation by the water.

My friend and I had a very nice time at Villa Bruna. The apartments are right on the lake with a beautiful view, and there is a private dock where you can enjoy the sun. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed in very good condition. Although it is right next to the road, we quickly got used to it and did not find it bothersome. When looking for accommodation on the lake, most of them are located next to the road. The landlady is extremely accommodating and hospitable, she provides numerous tips and helps with all questions. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Villa Bruna.

We stayed in this truly beautiful apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains at the beginning of September. It is very spacious and super clean! The host family anticipates every wish. They are very accommodating and friendly. A lovely combination of Italian charm and German virtues. It was a holiday as one would wish for. Great Pentecost holiday at Lake Garda!

The vacation rental has an excellent location. The view from the balcony over the lake is sensational. The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you need. It's just a shame that there was no microwave or oven.

Class holiday on Lake Garda

Dear Andrea, we would like to thank you very much for the wonderful holiday in Cassone. We especially liked the warm welcome, the beautiful flat and the gigantic view of Lake Garda. The separate access to our flat was very convenient for us, as we arrived with a small dog. The flat is well equipped and very clean. Our biggest concern was about the beds. But all our worries disappeared when we tried them out for the first time. Super quality for those with intervertebral disc problems. The good location made it easy for us pensioners to visit the surrounding interesting places by car and ferry. Our rough-haired dachshund dog "Raya" became cheekier to her fellow dogs every day and was deeply offended after the return journey...! We have been there several times and would like to come again. Great, very well maintained villa, owner is very nice and friendly. When we needed something urgently, everything was done immediately, as if with a magic wand. :) The apartments are bright, clean and spacious. The lake is across the road. Malcesine is 5 minutes away by car. So we could only recommend :)

One of the best holiday flats we know

This flat and its landlords are just great. The flats are right on the lake, you only have to cross the road and you are right on the beach. The flats are clean and very well maintained. The furnishings are above average with everything you need. Even if something is missing or you need an additional toaster or kettle, it will be provided immediately. A parking space or a grage for the car or a barbecue area is also available. The price-performance ratio is very good. The landlords are very friendly and always have a tip for an excursion. The small village is a little dream with a few very tasty restaurants. We will gladly spend our holidays there again and again because we feel completely at home there.

Great

Villa Bruna is great, very clean and well-maintained. The apartments have a beautiful view of the lake, which is right next to the Villa. You can have meals on the terrace overlooking the gorgeous lake or in the huge garden available to everyone. The Villa has all the necessary amenities: a spacious garage, a beautiful terrace with sunbeds, a brick barbecue and furniture for gatherings, Wi-Fi, TV, and everything else you might need. There is a private pier on the beach by the house, and a mini playground for children nearby. The owner, Andrea, is very kind and, most importantly, very helpful. She is always available, always asking if everything is okay, and gives great advice. Our family was very satisfied with the hospitality at Villa Bruna and we recommend it to everyone :)

We spent a wonderful week in October at Villa Bruna. The apartment is even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures in the ad promise. The amenities offer everything you could wish for a cozy stay in a holiday apartment. The whole house is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Beautiful Vacation Destination.

We had a wonderful holiday week here at Villa Bruna and at Lake Garda. The warmth of Mrs. Sackmann and the clean accommodation contributed to this. The vacation rental is right on Lake Garda, and you can practically walk across the street in swimwear and be there. After a long car ride, we were already rewarded with the view from the balcony of Lake Garda. Our vacation rental was great for two people. We would love to come back.

Wonderful short break

We stayed at the Villa Bruna accommodation for an extended weekend. The small village of Cassone is ideal for hiking and all kinds of excursions. We didn't take our car out of the garage once in the three days. Malcesine is easily accessible on foot via the lakeside promenade and there is also a tourist bus available. The landlady - Mrs. Sackmann - was really incredibly nice and friendly and was always there for tips and advice, which we found very pleasant and accommodating. Our accommodation was very clean, and everything needed was there. All in all, it was the perfect short break that unfortunately ended much too quickly. Next year, we definitely want to stay longer! ! ! ! ! ! !

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Hello, here is the Lange family from Bochum! In September 2016, we spent our holiday in Cassone, a small dreamy suburb of Malcesine, in the "Villa Bruna," which we will often look back on. From our apartment for 2-4 people, we enjoyed a breathtaking view directly overlooking the lake. We were fascinated by the interplay of colors in the entire surroundings, emanating from the surrounding mountains, clouds, changing times of the day, and of course, the lake itself. We did not necessarily perceive the noise of the traffic from the nearby street as disturbing.
Those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the major tourist destinations like Riva, Limone, Malcesine, etc. are in the right place in Cassone.
With public transportation (bus and boat), the above-mentioned places are easily reachable.
Your own car can confidently stay in the garage. Therefore, we have already booked this apartment for next year with our always friendly and very competent landlord, Mrs. Sackmann. She is always attentive and helpful - whether it's questions or requests regarding the house or the surroundings! We are looking forward to next year already!!!

We spent a very pleasant holiday week in Villa Bruna in August 2016. The house, apartment, and property are spotless. The lake view is wonderful. To reach the lakeside path, beach, and private bathing jetty, you just need to cross the street. Strong recommendation

Located in the district of Cassone at the southern edge of Malcesine, we spent wonderful ten days here. Our apartment was clean, the bathroom almost newly equipped. The location is great, with a private jetty for swimming and a beautiful barbecue area for all holiday apartments in the complex. And the best part is the personal and very loving care provided by Andrea, who was born in Germany! If there's anything to complain about at all, it would be the traffic noise from the lakeside road that comes with the good location, noticeable in the mornings and at night. Clear recommendation - we will gladly come back!

Great vacation apartments with friendly support in a top location!

We really liked the vacation rental in Villa Bruna. Everything we needed was there, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The house is right by the lake, a significant advantage on hot summer days. This means you can hear the sounds of the road around the lake from the accommodation, but that's just how it is and we didn't find it bothersome. Garages and sufficient parking spaces are available at the property, so that you can park your vehicle and possibly bicycles brought along well. The landlady is from Germany, which naturally simplifies communication, and is not only extremely personable but also always strives to make the stay of the vacationers as pleasant as possible. If anything is missing in the apartment, she immediately takes care of it. She is also available for support and advice, gladly answering questions about the country and its people. Many thanks, Mrs. Sackmann! We also found the location of the holiday property in the Cassone district great. Cassone has a beautiful small harbor, a bakery, and various cozy restaurants. The beach right in front of the holiday home is sufficiently large, and you can walk or take the local bus to Malcesine. In conclusion, I would say that our vacation at Lake Garda was wonderful, and we definitely won't be there for the last time. When we then look for accommodation, we will surely be happy to come back to Mrs. Sackmann and her property. So, see you soon!

Beautiful accommodation. Great view of Lake Garda, directly from the apartment and balcony. We even had a separate entrance and a small front garden. Very dog-friendly! Beautiful lawn with barbecue area available. To swim, just across the street. Good restaurants nearby. Shopping opportunities available. Great to walk along the lakeside promenade to Malcesine.
