Very nice accommodation!

We were already at Villa Alessia for the second time and certainly not the last time. The holiday home is in a prime location, right on the lake. The accommodation is very spacious, very clean and the view is fantastic. The owner Andrea is very warm, friendly and is always there to help with advice and action.
We can only recommend this holiday home.

Excellent holiday apartment in a top location, very clean and well equipped.

The holiday apartment is located in the small town of Marniga. The welcome by Andrea was very warm, you immediately felt welcome. Villa Alessia has everything you need for a great holiday. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were particularly impressed by the many terraces with a fantastic view of the lake. It is also worth mentioning that restaurants, a supermarket, a bus stop, and especially the beautiful promenade are within walking distance. We had a very nice week here and Andrea was always available when we had questions. Thank you very much for the many information and help in planning our excursions. We will definitely come back.

Great location, very spacious apartment with a large terrace, rooftop terrace, and balcony overlooking Lake Garda. Very well-equipped! We felt very comfortable. We had a vacation apartment for the first time at Lake Garda. The location of the vacation apartment is as described, off the main road above Lake Garda. The first impression when we entered the house was breathtaking. The view from the dining room through the large windows of Lake Garda is a lasting impression. The holiday home is very clean, very modern, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking. In addition to the great holiday home and well-kept outdoor area, the staff and Mrs. Andrea Sackmann are very nice, loving, helpful, and accommodating.

Large apartment in a beautiful house and in a very nice location.

Everything is great, only the huge living room with a view of Lake Garda could use a bit more furniture. At least a coffee table would be good. Beautiful, large bedrooms with terraces. From the house, you can walk directly up the hills/mountains to old, almost ruined villages. Wonderful views are guaranteed. But the paths are rocky and steep. Very good gastronomy (e.g. Belvedere, Giuly, etc.) in the village, all within walking distance.

The holiday apartment is not far from Lake Garda, so perfect for families with children. It is equipped exactly as shown in the pictures, all very modern and new. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

The location of the apartment is great, slightly elevated with a beautiful view over Lake Garda. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate with us, so we were only able to use the balcony and terraces on the last two days. The apartment itself is very spacious and modernly furnished. You can feel comfortable from the first minute. The next restaurant, Belvedere, is within a 3-minute walk and also highly recommended. Many thanks to our landlady Andrea, who always stood by us very friendly and accommodating.

An absolutely wonderful & successful holiday :)

We, two families with almost grown-up children , rented the holiday flat South together with the adjoining studio in August. This combination of the two accommodations was just super for our number. Everyone had their own area and there were also enough bathrooms available
But nevertheless, the space was so sufficient, and I mean of course the dreamlike terraces, that we arranged the furniture and could enjoy the dreamlike view of Lake Garda together during breakfast or evening lakes
We have been to Lake Garda many times, but have never rented such a beautiful and well-kept accommodation. Everything just fits. The accommodation is exactly as in the pictures, the way to the lake is not far and you hardly notice the Via Gardasena.
A special thank you goes to Andrea . The whole contact, from the enquiry to the clarification of dates, further information about the journey and our stay, was simply uncomplicated.
We were greeted very warmly on arrival and Andrea gave us lots of helpful information about Lake Garda. During our stay, she was always there for us for all our wishes and questions :).
We can only recommend this accommodation and if we ever get to Lake Garda again we will definitely come back.

The best holiday accommodation of the last 40 years

We were with four, occasionally with six people in the apartment and felt very very comfortable.
I don't even know where to start listing the positive impressions and have read through the previous reviews.
It's all true. Starting with the warm welcome by Mrs. Sackmann, who always stood by friendly and helpful, as if you had known each other for years, to the lovingly and high-quality furnished apartment and the outside terraces. The storage options for our eBikes were excellent as well. I definitely give 6 out of 5 stars. If we decide to vacation at Lake Garda again, I will plan my trip based on the availability of this apartment. Once again, many thanks to you, dear Andrea, for your hospitality, advice, and the beautiful calendar that will have a special place in our home next year. Warm regards to your family as well.

Favorite - Villa Alessia

The description "Villa" fits! We stayed with 6 people in the apartment SüD and had enough space in the villa, in addition to the 3 terraces. 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with dishwasher and big fridge, 2 parking spaces, washing machine, bike rental... what more could you want? The view of the lake was impressive! The apartment was absolutely clean and the family very attentive and helpful. Thanks for the great accommodation, we will gladly come back!

Unforgettable vacation days at Lake Garda!

We were four at the beautiful Lake Garda and spent unforgettable vacation days at Villa Alessia.
The holiday apartment "Sud" is very comfortable with its spacious terrace, balconies, two bathrooms, and the friendly and lovingly furnished rooms. Not to forget the fully equipped kitchen, which besides a dishwasher, large refrigerator, and stove, also has an oven. Each of us had their own sun lounger on the terrace. Since there is garden furniture on every balcony, we were able to get comfortable everywhere. It was simply fantastic to enjoy the view of Lake Garda from the terrace every morning at breakfast. The area is fantastic! We visited places like Malcesine and Venice, and drove to the nearby lakes Tenno and Ledro. The walks to Campo and Castelletto were very eventful. But what we always found most beautiful was swimming in the clear waters of Lake Garda. Dear Andrea, thank you very much for your hospitality. We felt very comfortable in your holiday apartment and had a wonderful vacation.

Villa Alessia holiday apartment South

We have been going to Lake Garda for many many years, but Villa Alessia was the most beautiful, biggest, and most modern accommodation we have ever had. From the very first second, we felt comfortable. Finally, you don't constantly get in each other's way because there is just sooo much space. The view of the lake is indescribable. We love being so close to the lake, but the view from the balcony and the two terraces is just insane. The accommodation is located on a parallel side street to the Gardesana, on the first night we had some difficulty sleeping due to the quite heavy weekend traffic, but by the second night we had gotten used to it and it was quieter and no longer disturbing. The proximity to the main village of Magugnano, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, we found very good, as we could start a boat trip from there and also visit the evening arts and crafts market. But you can also walk to Castelletto in half an hour, along the beautiful lakeside promenade, where we liked the bathing bays and sunbathing spots the most. The first one was reachable in just a few minutes from the villa. In the same street as the accommodation is the Ristorante Belvedere, not even a 5-minute walk away, we liked it so much that we were there almost every day. The view of the lake from there is also fantastic. Since we felt so comfortable, we spent a lot of time at "home" on the balcony or terrace.

The contact with Andrea was super friendly and informative from the beginning, and on-site, we were greeted with numerous tips and flyers. Upon request, a toaster was provided to us additionally.

The whole stay was like a carefree package for us, and if we have the opportunity, we will come back next year.

A vacation you definitely want to repeat

We were at Lake Garda for the first time and are absolutely thrilled. Thrilled not only by this unique area including the villages and small towns, all of which are worth seeing, but also by Villa Alessia and its holiday apartment. We felt comfortable from the beginning. This had to do with the absolute cleanliness of the apartment, its good equipment, the beautiful location with a magnificent view of the lake, and the always helpful and friendly landlady Andrea Sackmann. The holiday apartment offers a very nice balcony and a large terrace, so we spent a lot of time in our holiday home. We would like to come back next year and see no reason to look for another holiday accommodation. Thanks to Mrs. Sackmann, who cares for her guests with passion and has lovingly decorated the holiday apartments down to the smallest detail, we had a uniquely beautiful vacation.

View of Lake Garda is like watching TV, only better! There's something good on ;-) A wonderful apartment, spacious rooms, rarely found in vacation rentals. The standard exceeded our expectations, and the location in this quaint village was ideal for us as sailors. An absolutely perfect vacation, where we lacked nothing. Top holiday accommodation

The holiday accommodation is located in a very good location near Malcesine. From there, you can start many activities, with the landlady, Mrs. Sackmann, always being helpful. She is also always available for any questions or problems regarding the entire holiday and can be reached by phone at all times. The rooms are all very spacious and very clean. The 2 bathrooms/toilets are visually excellent, everything is optimally arranged and spotless. One feels comfortable during showering and using the toilet as well as during the daily morning routine. From almost all rooms, from the balcony, and from the huge terrace, you have a fantastic panoramic view of Lake Garda (dreamlike for nature lovers). We were able to experience a very beautiful vacation at Villa Alessia on Lake Garda and we can only highly recommend this holiday accommodation.

Super beautiful holiday apartment with dream view

In September, there were five of us (including 2 seniors) staying in the holiday apartment, and we felt very comfortable. We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Sackmann and received many suggestions for leisure activities and dining. The view of the lake from the apartment is simply fantastic. The apartment's amenities are as shown in the online pictures. There is plenty of space, everything is new, the mattresses are very good and clean, and we could sleep very well on the pull-out couch. Shopping opportunities are nearby, as well as a wonderful pizzeria on the street that you must try. We would have liked a heater, as the apartment cools down at night in September, but it will only be installed in October. Otherwise, it was a nice holiday in a great apartment that can definitely be recommended.

A perfect holiday apartment for a dream vacation at Lake Garda

We, 2 retirees aged 67 and 66, requested a vacation very spontaneously from you this week. Your response was back in our email inbox within 30 minutes and you offered us the only available week at short notice. We quickly read through the offer and took another look at the pictures posted on the website and then immediately booked. Your booking confirmation was back with us within a few minutes. I must say, we have never received a response to a booking inquiry so quickly, thumbs up! When we arrived on Sunday, you were already expecting us personally and had already opened the gate, so we could immediately drive to our parking space belonging to the holiday apartment. The arrival instructions were so detailed that we would have found the apartment even without a navigation system. The welcome was very warm and friendly, we immediately felt at home. When we saw the premises, we were completely surprised, a very beautiful new apartment with a very tasteful decor on two levels. Everything was very clean and tidy. Especially the large terrace in front of the entrance door and the balcony in the living room with a magnificent view of Lake Garda. On the upper floor where the large bathroom and two bedrooms with French doors leading to another terrace with 4 loungers and a fantastic view of Lake Garda were located, the vacation could only be successful. We would especially like to emphasize that the description of the vacation rental on the website exactly matched what we found. The photos show the holiday apartment as it actually is, it is not taken or retouched beautifully, just great. The Conad supermarket is within walking distance in a few minutes and has everything you need in stock and was open every day, including Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 8 pm, the staff very friendly. The tip with the Ristorante Belvedere, which is also located about 200m away, was just right. The boss and the staff are very friendly, and the food offered is recommendable. However, during the peak travel season, it's advisable to book seats in advance. We can recommend this vacation rental 100%, it was a successful holiday, and the weather was great: 27-30 degrees every day. The tips provided by Mrs. Sackmann were helpful and just right. Comfortable holiday apartment with stunning views

Really a great vacation rental, everything that is promised is true. The apartment is beautiful, well-maintained, and well-equipped. Even when fully occupied, it offers enough space and the sofa bed is of a comfortable size and is comfortable. The stunning view captivates from every room and all balconies. The lake beach is reachable by foot in 5 minutes, with the option to turn left at the house and reach a surf and boat rental on the shore immediately, or to go right through the town of Marniga and down the romantic narrow road - both take about the same time. The landlord is super nice, very committed, and gladly shares her insider knowledge with guests. Even though she doesn't live in the town, she can be contacted at any time. She answers all questions courteously, whether they are about sports activities, bus schedules, shopping possibilities, or anything else. THANK YOU, we will gladly come back!

A perfect apartment, the perfect vacation.

For us, a small family, the apartment was simply perfect!! Not only the size and the view were breathtaking, but also the upscale furnishings + cleanliness and, above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of a stunning landlady who could be contacted at any time!!! Traumhafte Villa

It was a completely perfect vacation in a beautiful villa with a magnificent view of Lake Garda in a fantastic environment. The villa was top furnished - besides a huge living-dining room, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms, we could enjoy a marvelous view of Lake Garda from the two terraces and a balcony. Even the car had enough space in the open garage. A washing machine could also be used. We lacked nothing - we felt at home! The valuable tips for the area were provided by the landlady, which rounded off the package.
