Are you looking for a beautifully furnished 4****holiday flat, for 4 people, in the middle of the beautiful Volcanic Eifel? Then you've come to the right place! On request, an extra bed can be added in one of the bedrooms.
In the heart of the beautiful landscape of the Volcanic Eifel, surrounded by castles, maars and lakes, you will find the necessary relaxation with us. Our house is located in Meiserich - a district of Ulmen, in a very quiet new development area.
We offer you a 90m², comfortably furnished non-smoking holiday flat - however, smoking is allowed on the balcony. The flat has a large, open living room, which is lovingly furnished with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining area as well as an upholstered set and satellite TV. Adjacent to this is a large balcony with seating. Directly next to the two cosy double bedrooms you enter a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Price is valid for 2 persons / day.

Our house is located in Meiserich – a district of Ulmen, in a very quietly situated new development area. The town of Ulmen, with the youngest Eifel maar and the Jungfernweiher, is in a beautiful setting for cyclists, hikers, and nature lovers. On well-marked hiking trails as well as well-signposted cycling paths, you can relax from everyday stress with pleasant hikes or bike tours. Thanks to the direct motorway connection (A48), you can also quickly reach the many nearby towns. Some maars in the nearby area also invite you to linger. From the Ulmen castle ruins, you have a wonderful view directly of the Ulmen Maar. In the center of Ulmen you will find many shopping opportunities, cafes, restaurants, and an ice cream parlor.

All rooms are equipped with blinds, and the bedrooms as well as the living room are additionally fitted with insect screens. In our high-quality kitchen, you will find a fully automatic coffee machine (alternatively a filter coffee machine) as well as an integrated dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms – the country-style bedroom is 180x200 cm in size and equipped with new slatted frames, with electrically adjustable head sections. It also offers space to add an extra bed to the room. The other bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed 180x200 cm. Smart TVs can be used in both bedrooms. Please feel free to let us know which of the bedrooms you prefer for your stay with us.

Very nice vacation
We traveled as a group of three. The apartment is very clean and offers plenty of space. There are two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and shower, and a spacious living-dining area. Additionally, there is a large very comfortable sofa (which is an important feature for us!). There is enough storage space, and the open kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook something small. The balcony is large and will surely be great in the summer. The house is located in a quiet residential area in the greenery, and we have discovered a nice jogging route. Shopping options are available in Ulmen, about 2 km away. Ulmen is conveniently situated, as many excursion destinations can be reached in about 30-60 minutes by car. Information about excursion destinations, restaurants, etc. is abundantly available in the apartment, and the hosts are happy to provide information and tips. We were received very warmly, and communication with Petra and André worked great. The two are very attentive, and you can tell that they enjoy being there for their guests. The price-performance ratio is very good; we had a great vacation and would gladly come back.
