The farm Cà di Ughi is the result of the work of the owners Carmen and Filomeno, whose intention is to offer their guests a pleasant stay surrounded by nature and quiet of Diano San Pietro, a typical Ligurian village just few km far from the most beautiful beaches.
The apartment, created from the renovation of a “wing” of the manor house, is located a short walk from the village square. It has all the modern comforts and can accommodate up to5 people and consist of:
First floor:
Kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, fridge and freezer, coffemachine, sofa-bed (bed cm, 160x190) and satellite TV.
Bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet and washing machine
Second floor:
Double room with balcony (bed cm. 160x190)
Bedroom with 2 single beds cm. 83x190 and one armchair bed
Bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet.
Independent heating gas.
Hot-water is supplied by solar panels.
Towels and bed linen as well as kitchen utensils are included in the rent.
Cots and high-chairs are available on request.
Outdoor area equipped with dining table , chaise longue sun umbrella and barbecue.
250 mt far from the apartment you find: post office, pharmacy, butcher, grocery store with fresh bread and milk daily.
Unattended private parking next to the house or in public car park (about 250 m away).
To reach our apartament La Buraggia, the last 250 m are on a small uphill road, 300 cm (230 cm for 20 mts) and an max. high of 250 cms (due to a bridge). Otherwise the car can be parked in the free public parking at 250 mt from the apartment.
In our structure we also offer you the opportunity to buy vegetables, fresh fruit, olive oil, wine and typical products. It’s all of our production!

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment overlooks the old mule track , called ' Mulattiera', wich comes from the small square of Diano San Pietro up to the little Church Madonna della Neve and behind it lie the olive groves of our farm. This is an ideal starting point for walking or mountain biking, surrounded by the green and the silence, typical of country life.
If you prefer beach and shopping, Diano Marina (only 3,5 km far from our farm ), and the other small towns on the coast are the ideal destinations for you!!
There are many opportunities to make unforgettable your holiday in Liguria!
Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, you can enjoy many activities also in autumn or winter, such as beautiful walking, mountain biking or surfing or sailing. For those who want to know the history of our hinterland, we suggest to visit the medieval village of Cervo, the same Diano San Pietro, Diano Castello, Dolceacqua, Apricale, Bussana Vecchia, Pigna, Valloria. You can also visit the famous Hanbury Gardens, the prehistoric caves of Balzi Rossi and Toirano, Villa Grock, Borgio Verezzi, Albenga or the beautiful Genoa with its large historic center and Acquario...!and much more!

| The heating system works from the 1st November to the 31th March, about 3 to 7 hours per day, depending on the period, the climatic conditions and the applicable laws. For any further use payment according to the consumption. Price includes a free taste of our products, in the garden, and a tour to our olive fields. You can rent mountain bikes, it possible also to have the seat for babies. Possible low fares for private beach, sand beach, in Diano Marina. The pets are welcome and don't pay surcharge!! Wifi gratis. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
additional information:
At the farm you can buy all our products: fresh vegetables and fruit, extra virgin olive oil type Taggiasca, wine and other typical products.
One request free taste of our products, in the garden, and a tour to our olive fields.
The pets are welcome and don't pay surcharge!!
