You reach the property via a traffic-calmed, almost car-free residential street, which serves as an extension of the promenade of Imperia and is secured by a barrier. At the same time, you are only a few steps from the sea: the freely accessible pebble beach is only about 200 meters away and can be easily reached on foot. Those seeking a bit more comfort will find several serviced beaches about 600 meters away, offering both pebble and sandy sections.
