A place with a special Mediterranean microclimate. The Transportation Options are on the national road 340, A7 motorway (exit 37), the train station is in Hospitalet de Infant, Reus airport (25 km), as well as on international bus lines. The coast is full of changing scenery with hidden coves and wonderful fine sandy beaches with clean, clear water. Nature lovers will find in Miami Playa beautiful mountain landscapes with picturesque villages and great views.

Beach a dream, villa a catastrophe.
We rented this villa for three families. Upon arrival, we were immediately shown some deficiencies by the person who unfortunately was not the landlord, and later we discovered more. In the living room, there was a huge water stain on the wall. The floor was warped, so that when you walked on it, you could feel it going down and up again. The furniture was really old and dirty. In the basement, there was a smell of mold, and the whole wall looked wet as well. In the evening when the air conditioning was turned on, condensation water flowed out. Even when we reported it, it was only fixed after 10 days. The pool was cleaned once, and only after we reported that it was already green. The mattresses were full of stains. One day it rained heavily, and afterwards all the kitchen drawers were full of water. The first thing to do upon arrival was to clean everything thoroughly because it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. When it was windy, the whole house made noises as if it would collapse. Even though there were so many defects, no discount was offered. I would not recommend this house.

Der RIESEN fleck war 30cm. war von Vorgänger, er hatte oben in Bad einen Wasserschaden, der würde behoben und der fleck im Wohnzimmer muss austrockne bis wir das streichen können, habe ich die Familie gesagt.
Die Möbel sind zweck eingerichtet.
Die keller in Spanien sind nicht wie die Deutsche Bauweise, von schimmel habe die anderen Familien nichts gesagt weil da keiner ist, habe gerade den Ausgang von die aktuelle Familie gemacht, sind glücklich und haben nichts beanstande.
Der Pool Junge komm zwei mal die Woche und guck nach den Pool, er kommt manchmal seht früh so da der nicht zu sehen ist, er macht früh Feierabend wegen die Hitze, ist nicht das erste mal das Familien mir das sagen. Wir hatten am Sonntag ein umwetter, da sich das so noch nicht erlebt habe, wie Wasser in die Schubladen von der Küche kam, kann ich mir nicht erklären. Wegen den Umwetter kam Wasser durch die Rohre von der Klimaanlage und kein Kondenswasser.
Das Haus würde geputzt, in die kann sen sasion hat sich nur eine Familie beschwert und zwar diese, auch über die flecken.
Wir haben hier manchmal straken winde und da ist es möglich das das haus klapper, mein Haus macht das auch, es ist eben kein Deutscher stand dar. Wer Deutscher stand dar such sollte nicht aus Deutschland raus.
Ich habe die Familie die Klimaanlage als entgegen kommen von meiner Seite nicht in Rechnung gestellt, 200€ im gesamt. Habe auch die mail von Eigentümer weiter gegeben, weil die Familie wollte mit ihn Kontakt aufnehmen, wahrscheinlich um die Urlaubs Kasse für 2018 aufzufühlen
