It is located in Miami-Playa on the Costa Dorada, in a villa area, no high-rise buildings.
Sea distance about 10 min. by foot, 5 min. by car (other route),
extensive, well-kept sandy beaches. Shopping facilities: about 8 min. by foot, supermarkets,

Miami-Playa on the Costa Dorada is located about 120 km south of Barcelona and about 30 km south of Tarragona. It is a charming place between Cambrils and Hospitalet d'el Infante.
The long, wide sandy beach (12 km) is interrupted by small, picturesque bays.
Miami-Playa is protected by the nearby mountains and therefore has a balanced and healthy climate.
Miami-Playa is a very popular resort, also because of its rich recreational possibilities. The sports harbor can be reached in only a few minutes by car. Riding possibilities for beginners and advanced riders are available to the vacationer in a nearby beautiful mountain valley.
About 5 minutes by car there is a wonderful 18-hole golf course. You will also find a sailing school with pedal boat rental on the beach, ideal windsurfing & sailing conditions.
Local, international and German restaurants, bistro's and discotheques are easily reachable in a few minutes.
In the village are all shopping facilities.
Cheap flights are offered by the low cost airlines RyanAir ( from Frankfurt-Hahn to Reus, about 30 km from Miami and Germanwings (several departure airports in Germany to Barcelona, about 120 km from Miami). Of course, all major airlines fly to Barcelona.

Very beautiful pool villa
We spent our three-week summer vacation in the pool villa of the Hecht family.
Communication with Mrs. Hecht was flawless, and she answered our open questions very quickly and is a great host.
The villa offers enough space for 10 people (we were there with five).
The arrival and departure went smoothly, and Mr. Meier, the property manager, is very friendly and super helpful; he cleans the pool and the outdoor area twice a week in the mornings. The pool villa leaves nothing to be desired; everything for home use is available and meets all expectations. The villa was very clean, and there are fly screens on the windows. The solid pavilion also offers a lamp with an integrated fan, which makes sitting outside very pleasant. The surroundings are very quiet despite the popular location in Miami Platja, allowing for a relaxing vacation. We wholeheartedly recommend the wonderful pool villa and hope that we can come back soon.

Not recommended.
We had booked the house for 10 days, but moved out after 2 days. The furnishings are old and worn out. The couches are completely worn out, the kitchen is missing basic essentials like spices, and the pans are inadequate, old, and scratched. The stove is ancient with rust buildup, and the dishes are also old and not clean. An egg cooker is disgustingly dirty. The bathroom is tiny, and there are multiple power cords behind the headboard of the bed in the bedroom upstairs, which is fine, but concerning. A caretaker who is making an effort to make this unloving house bearable. Never again.

Ich bedaure, dass Sie und Ihre Frau sich nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Ebenso bedaure ich , dass Sie Ihr Missbefinden nicht vor Ort kundgetan haben. Das Haus ist für 10 Personen ausgelegt . Es verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer mit Dusche in Standardgrößen.
Das Wasser ist sehr kalkhaltig und bei der Benutzung des Geschirrspülers entstehen Gebrauchs- und Abnutzungsspuren.
Offene Lebensmittel , wie auch Gewürze, werden aus hygienischen Gründen nicht bereitgestellt.
Ich bedanke mich für Ihre konstruktive Kritik und werde entsprechende Maßnahmen vornehmen.

Very beautiful finca
We stayed at Casa Allegria in August with our two girls and two dogs. The house has a good location, not far from the beach and also from consum (supermarket) - everything within walking distance.
We return to Miami Platja every year ? it has become a bit like a second home
The landlords as well as the house manager are very nice and take care immediately if something is wrong, every few days the house manager comes to clean the pool - you almost don't notice that he is present... he is also available for questions at any time.
There is enough space for two families or a family and a couple, also the outdoor area offers plenty of space to linger. The large pool was well and gladly used after excursions, beach visits or in the evening.
We had a great relaxing time in a very nice, tidy finca - where nothing was missing
