ENTIRE VILLA ONLY FOR ONE TENANT WHO WANTS TO USE 1 OR 2 UNITS. SMALL SURCHARGE FOR THE 2ND UNIT.
Villa Laura is primarily a detached villa, consisting of two apartments with completely separate entrances. Each apartment is 120 sqm in size and has 3 bedrooms. Each one has air conditioning. They are tastefully and fully furnished living units. With modern leather suites, special furniture, paintings, lamps, curtains, and other furnishings, all this creates a pleasant ambiance, so you will surely feel comfortable right away and can start your vacation relaxed. The wide beds and good mattresses contribute to your relaxation. The kitchen, equipped with all sensible appliances and crockery, is almost perfect and makes cooking easier. The large pool has 2 areas for 6 loungers each. Cozy, wide terraces with a table and beautiful chairs, and 2 outdoor grills, allow for a pleasant stay outdoors. An opaque natural stone wall encloses the property. The quiet, central location and the proximity to the sea make the villa an ideal holiday home. The villa is very well maintained and is improved annually.
The pool: The swimming pool, located on the side, measures 10 x 4 meters. It is regularly maintained by the caretaker, so you can look forward to clean, well-maintained water. The pool has 2 terraces and there are plenty of sun loungers available.
Privacy is also ensured for the large family due to separate lounging areas and separate terraces.
If socialization is desired, then the two available grills can be the meeting point for cheerful gatherings.
For cold days, an oil heating system is installed. for the hot days an air conditioner.

Special features: The villa is located just 3 minutes from the bakery and 4 minutes from the supermarket. The nearby center can be reached without a car. Distance from the beach about 450 m. No high-rise buildings are in the neighborhood, only private villas form the district. There is no through traffic. The villa is well maintained and is improved every year. Good restaurants and beautiful bars are nearby, where you can sit wonderfully. The quiet villa town has great sand beaches, pleasant climate and invites to the interesting surroundings and to many leisure activities on excursions. The villa can be the starting point for bicycle tours in the hilly hinterland or in the flat beach region. 2 golf courses, tennis courts are within a short distance (3 and 7 km).
Most private villas characterize the quiet, equipped with all the services are to place. go long, gently sloping into the sea beaches on with intimate sandstone coves and landscaped waterfronts.
A variety of smaller shops, banks and shops lining the main street. Several good restaurants and bars are maintained in the vicinity.

Since I already knew the location, I knew that it was perfect!
Shopping on foot is not a problem, walking to the coves is not a problem (No, you don't need to look for an underpass or a bridge because of the tracks. You just look, listen, and walk over them), plenty of localities in this area.
We had the lower apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is spacious and equipped above average. Like our "pre-reviewers," we also noticed the basic shabbiness, but we were able to counteract it through the offered amenities. The "problem" will be fixed next year, according to the landlord. That's why full stars!
We would like to especially emphasize the housekeeper Gabi, also on behalf of the landlord! Housekeeper would be the better term.

Wenn hohe Lustfeuchtigkeit besteht und das passiert öfter, dann muss mehr gelüftet werden.
Mittlerweile ist eine Klimaanlage in beiden Wohnungen eingebaut.

I can only recommend
we spent a few very nice days in Villa Laura. The telephone contact with the owner was very pleasant. When we arrived, the caretaker was already on site and explained everything to us. We had the upper flat and everything was exactly as described. It was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Unfortunately, the weather was not so nice. However, we were able to sit on the covered terrace every day. All in all, we can recommend the villa with a clear conscience. Many thanks to the owners and the caretaker.
