Villa Laura is first a detached villa in which there are two apartments with completely separate entrances. Each apartment is 120 square meters. Each one decorated and fully furnished apartment. With modern leather furniture, special furniture, paintings, lamps, curtains and other furnishings, all this has a pleasant atmosphere, so you definitely feel immediately comfortable and can start your holiday relaxed. The wide beds ( x m) and good mattresses contribute to your relaxation. The Company's fully meaningful appliances and utensils kitchen is almost perfect and makes cooking easier. The large pool has two parking spaces for each six chairs. Cozy, wide terraces with table and chairs and barbecue nice for a pleasant stay in the open. An unreasonable stone wall surrounds the property. The quiet, central location and proximity to the sea make the villa an ideal holiday destination.
The pool: The side-located swimming pool has dimensions of 10 x 4 meters and is about 2 meters deep at its deepest point. He is regularly maintained by the caretaker, so you can look forward to clean, well maintained water. At the pool there are 2 terraces and there are 12 sun loungers available.
Also for individual families privacy is ensured by separate swimming areas and separate terraces.
When socializing or new acquaintances are desired, then the two respective existing Grill's may be the meeting place for conviviality.
For cool days an oil heating system is installed.

Special features: The villa is located just 3 minutes from the bakery and 4 minutes from the supermarket. The nearby center can be reached without a car. Distance from the beach about 450 m. No high-rise buildings are in the neighborhood, only private villas form the district. There is no through traffic. The villa is well maintained and is improved every year. Good restaurants and beautiful bars are nearby, where you can sit wonderfully. The quiet villa town has great sand beaches, pleasant climate and invites to the interesting surroundings and to many leisure activities on excursions. The villa can be the starting point for bicycle tours in the hilly hinterland or in the flat beach region. 2 golf courses, tennis courts are within a short distance (3 and 7 km).
Most private villas characterize the quiet, equipped with all the services are to place. go long, gently sloping into the sea beaches on with intimate sandstone coves and landscaped waterfronts.
A variety of smaller shops, banks and shops lining the main street. Several good restaurants and bars are maintained in the vicinity.

Wie erhofft
Da ich den Ort schon kannte wusste ich, dass die Lage perfekt ist!
Einkaufen zu Fuß ist kein Problem, zu den Buchten zu Fuß ist kein Problem (Nein, man sucht keine Unterführung oder eine Brücke wegen der Gleise. Man schaut, hört, und geht einfach drüber), Lokalitäten genug in diesem Zeitraum.
Wir hatten die untere Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig „geschnitten“ und überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet.
Wie unsere „Vorbewerter“ haben wir die Grundklammheit natürlich auch bemerkt, aber durch die gebotenen Möglichkeiten entgegen wirken können. Das „Problem“ wird aber schon im nächsten Jahr behoben, laut Vermieter. Darum volle Sterne!
Ganz besonders betonen möchten wir die Hausmeisterin Gabi, auch für die Vermieter! Hausdame wäre der bessere Ausdruck.

Wenn hohe Lustfeuchtigkeit besteht und das passiert öfter, dann muss mehr gelüftet werden.
Mittlerweile ist eine Klimaanlage in beiden Wohnungen eingebaut.

I can only recommend
we spent a few very nice days in Villa Laura. The telephone contact with the owner was very pleasant. When we arrived, the caretaker was already on site and explained everything to us. We had the upper flat and everything was exactly as described. It was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. Unfortunately, the weather was not so nice. However, we were able to sit on the covered terrace every day. All in all, we can recommend the villa with a clear conscience. Many thanks to the owners and the caretaker.
