In case of late arrival, early departure, or non-occupancy of the booked vacation villa, regardless of the reason, I will charge the full amount for the reserved period. Therefore, for your own safety, I recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. The villa is officially registered with the municipality as a rental property, so you do not have to worry about any inconvenience in case of inspection by the authorities.

In the heart of the Costa Dorada, 30 km south of Tarragona, is Miami Playa. A place with a special Mediterranean microclimate
Access is via the N340 national road and AP7 motorway (exit 37). Recently there has been an Autovia that runs parallel to the Autopista and is toll-free. The train station is in Hospitalet de Infant, the airport in Reus (25 km away) (Costa Brava away). The journey can also be reached via international bus lines.
The coast is full of changing scenery with hidden bays and wonderful fine sandy beaches with clean, clear water. Nature lovers will find beautiful mountain landscapes with typical villages and great views nearby.
Miami Playa offers many shopping opportunities.
It is particularly popular with families because of its fine sandy beaches and leisure activities.

Disappointing
The object was not clean upon arrival, sand in the beds, dirty dishes in the cupboard, a completely filthy pool filter in which a salamander was rotting. The outdoor grill was still filled with the ashes of the previous user, the grate completely rusted. The building structure leaves much to be desired. Leaky terrace door, rain coming in, concrete washed out between the floor and window frame. Paradise for ants! Blinds that cannot be fully raised because they then get tangled. Rusty faucet and extractor hood in the kitchen. Defective lamps on the terrace hang loosely from the ceiling. There are two deep holes on the terrace ceiling, presumably former nests that were removed, but they spared the patching. Defective showerhead holder and mold formation in the bathroom. Siphon shifted and poorly secured. The paint was already peeling off the bathroom cabinet in the second bathroom. A house to linger in, unfortunately not! Pool maintenance is not taken seriously, and so the pool showed strange particles and an indefinable film, which made us stop using it after a short time. Thank God there are beautiful beaches and good restaurants nearby, because we did not find self-catering advisable there!

Das sind die besten kunde, kommen an alles ist in ordnung, machen urlaubt melden sie sich nicht für sachen die nicht in ordnung sind, laut ihre meineung, geben keine schonse die eventuelen fahler zu korrigieren und zum schluss ist alles eine katarstofe. Den näschen urlaubt emphfele ich ihnen in ein hotel mit 5 strener zu verbringen, und eins weis ich, sollchen personen finden immer was, sind mit nichts zufrieden und suchen ständig den 5 bein am die katze.
Eventuele fehler mussen sofort gemelden werden, damit wir die möglichkeit bekommen diese fehler zu beheben.

Very nice villa, well equipped, large pool
A beautiful and very well located villa, a large pool and well maintained grounds. Nothing is missing in the house to spend a great holiday, with three large terraces and one with sea view, to shopping, bars, restaurants are 450m. We felt very comfortable and we can recommend it. We were two families with 4 children and the villa is ideal in terms of location and equipment.
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday without car, beach holiday
