Terrace with furniture for 6 people, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen fully staffed, large living / dining room combination with a German satellite TV / DVD and stereo.
On the 1st floor:
1 large double bedroom with a comfortable sofa area, 1 bathroom and a balcony.
The garden:
beautifully waxed, with barbecue, large swimming pool (4x8m), outdoor shower and parking for 3 cars.
For our guests also sun loungers, parasols, 5 bicycles and Vespa scooters available.

lies the holiday home Casa Lobo in Miami Playa in the "Costa Zefir" district.
This beautifully arranged and tastefully furnished holiday home with a tower has three bedrooms and a large living and dining area with an adjoining kitchen. The holiday home offers you enough space on 115m² of living space for a relaxing vacation without compromises. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and very tastefully furnished living-dining room (32m²) with German satellite TV and radio, as well as a DVD player with USB connection. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size stove and oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker,
Two of the double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin are located in the rear area of the ground floor.
In the "tower", the 1st floor, there are two more double bedrooms. Two additional beds or baby cots can be placed on request. On the top floor there is a studio (32m²) with a cozy sofa corner, double bed, air conditioning, balcony with sea view, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin.
From the living room, you can access the terrace with direct access to the garden and pool. The outdoor area, which is detailed with care, features a large pool (4x8m) with an outdoor shower, a built-in barbecue, and garden furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas.
The washing machine located in the garage, as well as the bicycles (4 pcs.), are available for use. ) and the Vespa scooter (50cc) are also available for your use. (A heater is provided here for cold days) The house has everything you need for a carefree vacation.
The property (approx. 540m²) is completely enclosed by a wall and densely grown. Here, three cars can be securely parked; alternatively, there is ample street parking available. Your shopping at the supermarket or a visit to a restaurant can be done on foot (). A cafe and a French bakery are located about 300 meters away on foot around the corner, and it is only about 1000 meters to the sandy beach and the dreamy coves of Miami Playa.
Typical old Catalan towns, villages, harbors, reservoirs, churches, monasteries, and a museum with history await you in Labberia (9km), Reus (25km), Tarragona (32km), Siruana (60km), Barcelona (120km), and Montserrat (105km). Cambrils (12km), Salou (20km), and the amusement park "Port Aventura" (the second largest theme park in Europe after Disneyland Paris) invite you to adventure, enjoy, and shop.

Great villa at a bargain price
The reservation and booking went smoothly. The landlord described everything in detail, including tips. On site, we were surprised that everything matched the description or was even understated. Top price-performance ratio! We didn't miss anything in the household. The pool was regularly cleaned without us noticing. It took us 10 minutes by car to the beach, and 3 minutes on foot to the shopping center. We felt very comfortable, have already been there twice, and can recommend the villa.
