Description
20 meters from the wide and long sandy beach, with a large swimming pool, rent a villa for a large family or with friends. The villa can accommodate 2-12 people. She is newly built in Spanish style, quiet standing in a dead end with no traffic and enjoys a prominent position overlooking the sea penultimate house. Remarkable equipment and the pleasant atmosphere will delight you and contribute to your relaxation. These include antique solid wood furniture in the living-dining area, two modern and fully fitted with all necessary equipment kitchens, wide and comfortable equipped with good mattresses beds (1,80x2,00) and nice bathrooms with double sinks. Outside, you can almost jump from the terrace directly into the pool or comfortable in the abundant chairs enjoying the sun. On the terraces, each with an outdoor barbecue the meeting place for social could be together. On the two balconies on the first floor you have a separate space for intimate sunbathing and listening to the sea rustle softly. The beach Villa Felix and Max consists of 2 equal apartments. Seen in the Villa Felix and Max, a completely self-contained residential unit with its own entrance and driveway for your car, as well as a sun terrace from which you can jump directly to the communal swimming pool. A large living room, decorated tastefully furnished with antique furniture and modern leather furniture, lamps, curtains and accessories, so you can feel comfortable. The kitchen is perfect with all reasonable equipment and lush stocked with beautiful dishes. The bathrooms are furnished with fine plates and marble, some with double sink and bidet. Width, firm beds ( x ) and large closets some with 5 doors are built in a double room sheep. On the balcony on the 1st floor, you can take an intimate sunbathing. On the outside terrace with chairs, table and umbrella you can deliciously prepare meals in a barbecue.

The location of the villa 'Felix and Max', the urbanization 'La Riviera', there are no high-rise buildings. You can easily make typical Spanish food or enjoy at the beach bar "Friends", a very friendly Dutch to stay in the neighborhood in the restaurant open all year 'la Riviera'. In the summer months you can make your purchases, whether in the morning the fresh bread or the meat for grilling, in just down small market without having to drive by car, make. Grandioser Urlaub

Unbeatable proximity to the beach -really SUUUPER!!!
We already know Miami from other holidays, ebnso the beach section, and this time we had searched specifically and found Villa Felix. We rented Villa Felix with two families (6 people) and it was a great holiday! The interior of the villa was as described on the internet and shown on the pictures, but in reality it seems a bit smaller (thanks to the wide-angle lens) and the driveway, at least on our side, we could not use. Be it that we had somewhat "larger" cars or also the parked cars on the opposite side had made manoeuvring almost impossible. So we always parked outside on the street,...not too bad until you had to leave the car park because of shopping or something else.... In the early morning hours there was a good smell of fresh baguettes from the small supermarket (where you could get almost everything you needed), but you could also hear the small trucks that did all the deliveries for the supermarket and the restaurants. Our children loved the pool, just as we used the barbecue a few times, most of the time we sat outside anyway. The proximity to the beach is IMPOSSIBLE, we took our beach umbrellas for free. You could eat delicious food in the area, but we can also recommend a short drive to Miami (unfortunately the main road is a huge construction site this summer). As we had a hot summer this year, air conditioning in the bedrooms would have been worth its weight in gold, but unfortunately we only had fans. In the age of the internet, a somewhat stronger wi-fi would almost be expected, unfortunately we had weak (from the neighbouring villa) to no network at all in our villa. The manager, Gabi, was very nice and helpful and always available, as was the landlord. From us a 100% recommendation for this house, we will be happy to come back in the next few years!

Holiday directly by the sea
We rented both houses and found everything as described in the advertisement. Our children and grandchildren were very enthusiastic and enjoyed the short distance to the sea and the restaurants and we old people enjoyed the clean, beautiful pool. The caretaker was very nice and fulfilled all our wishes. If we were younger, we would stay there and in this house more often. But maybe the children will do it? We can only recommend this beach villa!

Traumvilla am Meer
Meine Lebenspartnerin Meggi und ich waren schon 5 Mal in dieser Gegend. Oft haben wir uns Villen in La Riviera angeschaut und blieben immer bei "Felix und Max" stehen, und träumten davon, diese mal zu mieten. Jedoch hatten wir leider keine Kontaktadresse, bis wir dieses Jahr im Internet sie gefunden haben. Nun war der Fall klar und wir haben Villa "Max" für die ersten 2 Oktoberwochen gebucht. Es ist in jeder Beziehung das "Non plus Ultra": am Meer, eigener Pool, Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt, ruhige Gegend, was willst Du noch mehr?
Gerne werden wir die nächsten Jahre hierher zurückkehren.

Sommerurlaub 2016
Wir sind jetzt schon zum 2mal in der Strandvilla Max gewesen.Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Menschen sind überall sehr freundlich.Die Lage ist natürlich der Hammer.Man hat wirklich nur ein paar Meter zum Meer so das der Pool fast überflüssig wird.Der Strand ist auch nicht so überfüllt als anderswo.Da hat man noch seine Ruhe.Restaurants und kleine Bars hat es auch.Es ist alles da für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub.Aber man sollte unbedingt ein Auto haben,sonst wird es schwierig mit dem einkaufen.Wenn man mit zwei Autos anreist so wie wir dann wird es ein bischen schwierig mit dem parken. Es passen zwar zwei Autos in die Einfahrt aber dann wird es sehr eng weil der Pool unmittelbar daneben ist.Ein Auto sollte immer draußen stehen,aber da liegt das Problem.Wenn man mit dem Auto einmal weg fährt ist der Parkplatz gleich weg.Das heißt öfters mal ein Stück laufen und öfters umparken.Aber wie gesagt,wir haben uns daran gewöhnt und es stört uns nicht.Trozdem meine 100%ige Empfehlung für dieses Haus.Wir planen schon unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Villa.

Urlaub in der Strandvilla Felix
Wir, mein Mann und ich, hatten die Villa Felix für zwei Wochen gemietet.
Als wir ankamen waren wir schon von außen total begeistert über das komplette Anwesen. Es hatte alles genauso gestimmt wie es im Internet angegeben war. Der Strand war direkt vor der Tür...nach paar Metern hatte man schon den Sand zwischen den Füßen.
Der Pool war sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt, gereinigt und kontrolliert. Es befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück eine Dusche um sich nach dem Strandbesuch kurz abzuduschen und dann direkt in den Pool zu springen.
Die komplette Innenausstattung des Hauses war auch genauso wie im Internet beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das einzigste was wir täglich in der Villa benutzt hatten, war die Küche. Da das Wetter zu 99% immer schön war, saßen wir sowieso ständig draußen, waren am Strand oder am Pool. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Was absolut super ist, dass bei dem Haus ein Außengrill/-kamin dabei war. Wir haben sehr oft gegrillt oder abends zum Ausklingen des Abends einfach Brennholz angezündet und die Ruhe genossen. Das Haus liegt so perfekt, dass man vom Straßenlärm oder Menschenmassen die zum Strand gehen nichts mitbekommen hat. Direkt im gegenüberliegenden Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt der die nötigsten Sachen vor Ort hatte, so daß man nicht ständig in den Ort fahren musste, wenn man mal was vergessen hatte.
Der Strand ist einfach nur ein Traum, so wie man es aus Spanien kennt. Kilometerweiter Sandstrand der täglich gesäubert wird und der so breit ist, daß man keine direkten Nachbarn hat, wenn man sich ein ruhiges Plätzchen am Strand sucht. Einfach herrlich und zum Entspannen einfach perfekt. Die Strandbar FRIENDS war perfekt für den täglichen Snack oder Mittagessen für zwischendurch. Die Leute dort sind sehr nett und freundlich, das Essen war einfach nur lecker und super so dass wir fast täglich dort waren.
Hatten wir irgendwelche Fragen oder Probleme, was das Haus angeht war die deutsche Hausmeisterin sofort zur Stelle und hat alles gleich gelöst.
Mit dem Auto war man auch nach paar Minuten Fahrtzeit in Miami Platja für Einkäufe oder weitere Essensmöglichkeiten.
Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden!!!
Wir sind so froh, dass wir durch Zufall dieses Haus im Internet gefunden haben und können zu 100% sagen, dass wir es sofort wieder mieten würden.
Wir hatten uns nach 2 Tagen so sehr in das Haus, in die Lage und den Strand verliebt, so dass wir spontan unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub um eine Woche verlängert hatten. Da es noch keine Nachmieter gab hat das auch problemlos funktioniert.
Wir sind sehr begeistert und super erholt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
