Quiet and green surroundings with views of the dunes, 5-minutes away from the beach and downtown, at the end of a dead end street, we offer you a part of our house "Kalla Anka" for up to 4 people, where your pets are also welcome!
"Kalla Anka" has a private entrance. On the ground floor there's a large kitchen, a cosy livingroom and a dining area with bar and 4 stools. The brand new kitchen offers you a 4-burner hob (induction), a refrigirator with a small freezer, a microwave (incl. oven), an electric kettle, a coffee machine, blender and a toaster.
The small but very functional bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom cabinet with sink and two drawers.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with spacious wardrobes; one with a double bed (180-200) and one with two single beds (90-200).
In the cozy sitting area there is a TV with 60 channels, equipped with WiFi and suitable for Netflix and YouTube (32" screen, HDMI/ USB connection) and a sound set. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge.
Central heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the house.
A part of the garage is at your disposal, where you can store your bicycles, wet clothing etc.
Behind the spacious garden you will find a ditch for fishing.
Nearby are 2 children's playgrounds (120 mtrs. / 350 mtrs. away).
Callantsoog is a lovely place for dogs, that is why pets are welcome, for a small surcharge (€ 20,- per pet, per period).
Bed linen is included in the rate, you must bring your own kitchen linen and towels.
And if you leave the bungalow as clean as you found it, there will be no charge of € 50,- for cleaning!

Quiet and green surroundings, fully equipped, near the village Callantsoog and beach, pets are welcome. The pittoresque coastal village Callantsoog is located only 43 miles away from the international airport Amsterdam Schiphol, in the region 'Kop van Noord-Holland'.
'Kop van Noord-Holland'... so the peninsula is called in the province of Noord-Holland, which has a 30 km long coastline on the North Sea with beautiful beach resorts. The sandy beach is everywhere easily accessible by a narrow dune area. No resort in Noord-Holland is so close to the beach and North Sea as Callantsoog!
What makes Callantsoog so unique?
One of the oldest and most beautiful seaside resorts in the Netherlands, with a delightful centre. Many shops, terraces and restaurants can be found here. Most shops are open on Sundays year-round, which gives it a cosy atmosphere throughout the year.
High dunes separate the village from the beautiful beach. The Blue Flag has been waving on this beach for years, recognition by the European Union that the beach is clean and safe. The beach pavilions/ -restaurants "De Strandtent" and "WOEST", are open throughout the year (and 6 are open from April to October), so after a refreshing walk on the beach, you can warm up with a cup of delicious hot chocolate.
During the summer, the beautiful white and inviting beach awaits the many visitors. There is also an area for nudists; the first official nudist beach in the Netherlands is situated just south of the Kiefteglop beach entrance, including a beach pavilion nearby ("Zilte Zoen"). The location of the centre is unique: leaving the beach, just up and down the dunes, you arrive in the midst of the lively centre.
The 'Tante Jaantje' museum farm can be found in the centre. It is open to visitors from May through September.
South of Callantsoog you will find 'Het Zwanenwater', a unique nature reserve (dogs are not allowed). The flora and fauna are invaluable and unique in the Netherlands. Very rare plants can be found here. Two dune lakes are a source of food for the many birds that find their breeding ground here.
Discover the area of
9 miles north of Callantsoog is the naval port of Den Helder, with several museums, such as the Royal Navy and Rescue Museum. Or visit 'Willemsoord', the former shipbuilding and repair yard for the Royal Navy, which is a monumental part of Den Helder. On 'Willemsoord' you will find several cosy restaurants, a casino, a cinema and an indoor children's playground. 'Fort Kijkduin' is also worth a visit, a former fortress of Napoleon, which includes a beautiful sea aquarium. From Den Helder you can visit the beautiful island Texel by ferry.
On the east coast of Noord-Holland, near the IJsselmeer, you will find very beautiful historic towns, such as Medemblik, Enkhuizen, Hoorn, Monnickendam, Edam and Volendam.
In Amsterdam, only 40 miles away from Callantsoog, you can spend a few days with lots of attractions and museums.
Alkmaar is also a very beautiful historic city, where in the summer season every Friday a cheese market is held.
Bergen, Schoorl and Groet are the artist villages, beautifully located in forest-rich dunes.
A variety of beautiful bicycle routes throughout Noord-Holland is also available. And during the summer, every day boating anglers depart from the ports of Den Helder and Den Oever.
Indoor swimming pools can be found in Callantsoog (camping Tempelhof), Julianadorp (Landal Beach Resort Ooghduyne), Sint Maartenszee (Campanula) and Schagen (de Wiel).
If you have children, consider to visit 'De Goudvis' in Sint Maartenszee, 6 miles by road from Callantsoog; a large children's playground with the largest air trampoline of Europe.

Beautiful and quiet!
We felt comfortable! Quiet and beautifully located! It was ideal for our dog, only 10 meters through the garden and we were at the canal! It took about 10 minutes to get to the beach, where there was food and drinks! The landlady and the son were very nice! Thank you very much!

Kalla Anka - Callantsoog
We stayed for a week in this small but nice holiday home. It is located at the end of a street and therefore very quiet. There is a large children's playground nearby and the beach can be reached on foot in about 8 minutes. The "market place", the centre of Callantsoog, can be reached just as quickly
The house was clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for daily cooking. There is also a small freezer in the fridge. The bathroom is very nicely renovated, but also relatively small. Upstairs are the two bedrooms. One with a larger double bed and one room with two single beds. These rooms can be reached via a steep staircase. There are a few German TV channels
The contact to the landlord's mother was very nice, the landlord himself answered messages quickly. All in all, very uncomplicated
Perhaps good to know for people with dogs: dogs are generally allowed, but not welcome on the first floor. Since the steep stairs, as usual in the Netherlands, can be very dangerous anyway, maybe it's better that way. However, dog owners should perhaps be aware of this if their dog does not like to sleep "alone"

Aan verbetering toe
Een knus vakantiehuisje op loopafstand van centrum en zee. Echter het onderhoud moet beter. Vloer en plinten zien er oud en versleten uit. Barkrukken wiebelig. Tv erg oud en geen fatsoenlijk beeld. Douchedeur te klein, waardoor de douche vol komt te staan met water. Traphekje echt oud! De bedden waren goed en dat is erg belangrijk. Alles verder aanwezig. Vriendelijke mensen. Schattig tuintje. Al met al knus verblijf, maar wel aan onderhoud toe!

Voor 2 personen is dit een ideaal vakantiehuisje, we hadden onze hond mee en dat was ook goed te combineren.
Het schoonmaken had beter gekund, onder de bank lag 1 sok van vorige huurders en onder het bed lag een vrij grote haarclip welke gemakkelijk gevonden zou zijn tijdens het stofzuigen.
De badkamer is uitermate klein en het was dan ook lastig douchen.
Maar al bij al zou ik dit vakantieadres toch willen beoordelen met een dikke 8 en zouden we hier met veel plezier terug komen.

Ruhiger Urlaub in einem gemütlichen Haus
Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand ! Bei meiner Ankunft habe ich es absolut sauber vorgefunden. Für mich als Einzelperson (oder auch für 2 Personen) mit Hunden ist es genau richtig. Mit 4 Personen möchte ich persönlich keinen Urlaub dort machen..mir wär das zu eng !
Im Garten gibt es für Gäste einen Sitzplatz, der bei schönem Wetter genutzt werden kann.
Strand und Ort sind schnell fußläufig zu erreichen !
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich ! Alles Perfekt !

Sehr schöne, ruhig gelegegene Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung Calla Anka ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch erreicht man das Zentrum und den Strand in ca. 10 Gehminuten. Top gelegen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Terasse und der Garten mit Hühner waren für unsere Tochter toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und freundlich.
Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist das doch sehr sehr kleine Bad mit Dusche. Das Wasser sammelt sich leider im gesamten Bad. Die Treppe die zu den Schlafzimmer führt ist steil und ohne Geländer. Hatten erst bedenken wegen unserer kleinen Tochter. Hat aber alles gut geklappt.
Wir würden jederzeit die Ferienwohnung Calla Anka erneut besuchen. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Toller Urlaub
Schöne Ferienwohnung in Callansoog. Der Garten war sehr schön.Es war alles da und sauber.
Zum Zentrum und zum Strand waren es nicht mal 10 min zu Fuss.In der Garage befand sich sogar ein Bollerwagen.Tolles Preis Leistung Verhältnis.

Sehr schöne Lage
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein gemütliches Häuschen, sehr sauber, eine tolle Küche ein niedliches Bad, eine bequeme Chouch und ein gutes Bett. Was will man mehr.
Die Garage ist ideal für Hundebesitzer, man kann dort gut den Hund abtrocknen. Der Ort ist schön, bei Albert Hejn gut einkaufen, Essen gehen und bummeln und natürlich der Strand.
Wirkommen bestimmt al wieder.????

Ein paar tolle Urlaubstage
Es war unser erste Urlaub in den Niederlanden.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Callantsoog ist ein sehr schöner erholsamer Ort direkt am Meer. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und hatte alles was wir für unseren Urlaub brauchten. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Auch unser kleiner Jack Russel fühlte sich in der Ferienwohnung und am Strand wohl.

Urlaub mit Hund in Callanstoog
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung Kalla Anka. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Den Strand und das Zentrum war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Callantsoog
Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung in Callantsoog. Ruhige Lage. Der Strand und das Ortszentrum sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Nachteilig muss ich die sehr steile, für kleine Kinder gefährliche Holztreppe hoch in die Schlafzimmer erwähnen. Und das Badezimmer ist wirklich sehr klein und eng. Ein Aufenthalt mit 2 Personen gleichzeitig im Bad ist nicht möglich.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Callantsoog
Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem sehr zentral, zum Einkaufen und Strand nur gut 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die ruhige Lage war einfach fantastisch. Räder und Zubehör konnten wir in der vorhandenen Garage abstellen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder. Alles gut
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Vom Haus aus ist es nicht weit in den Ortskern und an den Strand. Gefallen hat uns auch, daß eine sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin immer für uns da war.

Alles TOP!
Es war von Anfang an ein toller Kurzurlaub! Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt, es gab einen super netten Ansprechpartner direkt am Haus. Das Haus selbst lag sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Strand und der Einkaufsmarkt waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Schön war, dass die Schlafzimmer oben waren und unten die Küche mit Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer. Am ersten Tag haben wir alles sehr sauber und ordentlich vorgefunden. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl und wie zu Hause.

Sehr schön gepflegte Anlage
Die Wohnung liegt in Centrum und es ist sehr ruhig, für Kinder und Hunde
sehr gut geeignet. Für Menschen mit einer Körberlichenbehinderung nicht, da die Treppe in den Schlafräumen sehr hoch und steil ist.
Der Garten ist ein Traum und die Frau Griffon hat uns freundlich empfangen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Sehr, sehr angenehm
Wir fanden eine schöne und saubere Wohnung vor, in der alles vorhanden ist was man im Urlaub benötigt. Der kleine Garten lädt bei Himmlischer Ruhe zum Entspannen ein.

Beautiful holiday in Callantsoog
We felt very comfortable in the cosily furnished flat. We enjoyed the beautiful weather on the terrace. We liked the town of Callantsoog and the beautiful long beach with the dunes and the beach pavilions. Our dog could dig in the sand and romp around the sea until he dropped
The only thing that is a bit inconvenient is the leaky shower door. But the small flood in the bathroom can be quickly removed with the rubber spatula.
The contact with the landlord was good and friendly. Everything worked out wonderfully. We can only recommend this flat and will definitely come back again.

Beautiful small flat in a quiet location
Nice little flat on two levels (2 bedrooms upstairs, living-dining room kitchen area downstairs.) Sitting area in the garden directly on the canal. The flat is partitioned off from a detached house and is nicely situated. It is a few minutes walk to the centre of the village (all shops, restaurants, etc.) and the beach. It was nice that the flat is not in a holiday settlement but in a normal residential area. Everything was very clean and there was enough equipment (dishes, etc.). No oven, but that didn't bother us. Very nice contact with the landlord.

Super entspannter Urlaub

Immer gerne noch einmal
wir waren bereits das dritte mal in der Wohnung und haben die nächste Ausbaustufe erlebt! Im letzten Jahr war das Bad neu. In diesem Jahr ist die obere Etage neu mit Laminat ausgelegt worden und ein neues Bett stand da. Wir haben uns prima erholt und werden wieder kommen, das steht jetzt schon fest. Tot ziens!

Schöne Ferienwohnung!
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und aus unserer Sicht für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ideal. Besonders gut sind die Betten und insgesamt das Mobiliar, wir haben geschlafen wie zu Hause. Der Ort callantsoog ist richtig schön, ein kleiner Ort mit Läden und Restaurants einer Kleinstadt. An die Angler: nehmt ne Rute mit und kauft euch für 40 Kröten den Vispas, dann könnt ihr von der Terrasse aus Hechte fangen.

Ferienhaus Kalla Anka in Callantsoog, nur zu empfehlen
Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, leider waren wir nur 3 Tage dort.
Der Empfang (Frau Griffieon), war sehr herzlich, es wurde uns alles gut erklärt.
Die Wohnung war für uns 2 Personen und 1 Hund ( Bobtail ) optimal ausgestattet.
Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist empfehlungswert.

Super zufrieden
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen kurz Urlaub in diesem Feriendomizil trotz schlechtem Wetter. Alles war schnell zu erreichen, Strand, Dorfplatz sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeit.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, gemütlich und es fehlte an nichts. Betten toll, Bad sehr schön sowie auch Küche und Wohnzimmer.
Einzig die Treppe nach oben, also die fanden wir recht Steil. Für ältere oder für Leute mit Rücken oder Knie Probleme sehr schlecht! Vor allem da sich das Bad unten befindet!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Es liegt nah am Dorfplatz, aber doch sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir eine sehr saubere, gepflegte Wohnung und ein Tablett mit frischen Blumen, Kaffee, Kakao und Plätzchen als Willkommen vor. Das Badezimmer ist etwas eng, aber ausreichend.
Alle Zimmer sind mit Zentralheizung und das Wohnzimmer noch zusätzlich mit Elektroheizplatten ausgestattet, so dass es auch an kühlen Herbsttagen gemütlich warm ist. Es hat uns gut gefallen, wir werden gern wieder kommen.

Idylle in Ortsnähe
Die Kalla Anka ist eine kleines, aber liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus und super sauber! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr prompt und zuverlässig. Sehr nette Leute. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist optimal-total ruhig (wir waren mit unserer dreijährigen Tochter dort) am Kanal gelegen- es gibt auch ein Boot, was das man benutzen darf und einen kleinen Hühnerstall im Garten. Und trotzdem ist man zu Fuss in fünf Minuten mitten im Ort oder am Strand. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Gemütliche FeWo auch mit Hund
Wir sind mit einem etwas größeren Hund angekommen und haben erfreut festgestellt, dass auch dafür die FeWo gut geeignet ist. Zum Reinigen des Bodens (Hund verliert ja leider ständig Haare usw.) war genügend Putzzeug vorhanden. Auch der Fußboden ist zweckmäßig dafür. Ebenso war es für uns praktisch, dass wir unseren Vierbeiner immer schon in der Garage säubern konnten. Ansonsten, wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen schon öfter beschrieben, ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Auch uns gab die Mutter des Vermieters freundlich und ausreichend Auskunft auf unsere Fragen und die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Auch im Winter!!!!!!
Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Strandnähe !
Diese gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt. Zu Fuß steht man in 5 Minuten (wen man gemütlich geht) mit den Füßen in der Nordsee oder im Dorfzentrum wo es alles was man im Urlaub braucht gibt: Supermarkt (der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat), Bäcker, Metzger, Pommes- und Eisbude, Restaurants etc.
Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet und liegt so am Ortsrand, dass man seine Ruhe haben kann!
