This large villa is situated on a quiet holiday village (9 homes) just 800 meters from the beach. In 2014 newly decorated.
The house is smoke free. Dogs welcome.
Large garden also always somewhere sun.

Modern house. Newly furnished. Clean. Spacious and modern apartment fully equipped (satellite, Senseo and filter coffee machine). Large garden also always somewhere sun.

Boxspring beds. And 2 with slatted floor. Julianadorp is located in North Holland on the North Sea and is dominated by the beautiful sandy beach with wide dunes, colorful flower fields

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 43 days before the arrival date.
Until the start of the rental period, the customer can cancel his booking by means of a written statement to the lessor. The time of arrival of the cancellation statement is decisive. The following fixed cancellation costs apply: 25% of the rent in case of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period. 60% of the rent in case of cancellation from 41 to 28 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price in case of cancellation from 27 days before the start of the rental period or if not claimed. If the rental is canceled due to the applicable rules of COVID-19 and you can prove this, you must indicate at least 1 week in advance that you will not be coming. You will then be refunded 100% of the rent. If something changes in the rules of COVID-19 in the week before arrival, so that you still cannot come and you can prove this, you will still get 100% of your rent back.

Absolutely quiet location
We are here for the umpteenth time in this wonderful holiday home.
The location to the sea is excellent, absolute peace, and the house leaves nothing to be desired for us.
The dog felt very comfortable in the securely fenced garden.
We would love to come back.

Quietly located
A very nice and clean house. The landlord is very friendly, helpful, and always reachable.
We spent a very lovely week there with many walks on the beach and in the dunes.
Highly recommended.

A lovely quiet holiday home
It was a very beautiful and very clean house. Everything you need for a great vacation was available. The garden was very large and our dog felt at home there. The host also gets a grade of 1 from us. Super friendly, always reachable by phone.
