This large villa is situated on a quiet holiday village (9 homes) just 800 meters from the beach. In 2014 newly decorated.
The house is smoke free. Dogs welcome.
Large garden also always somewhere sun.

Modern house. Newly furnished. Clean. Spacious and modern apartment fully equipped (satellite, Senseo and filter coffee machine). Large garden also always somewhere sun.
Dogs welcome.
Boxspring beds. And 2 with slatted floor. Julianadorp is located in North Holland on the North Sea and is dominated by the beautiful sandy beach with wide dunes, colorful flower fields

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 43 days before the arrival date.
Until the start of the rental period, the customer can cancel his booking by means of a written statement to the lessor. The time of arrival of the cancellation statement is decisive. The following fixed cancellation costs apply: 25% of the rent in case of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the rental period. 60% of the rent in case of cancellation from 41 to 28 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price in case of cancellation from 27 days before the start of the rental period or if not claimed. If the rental is canceled due to the applicable rules of COVID-19 and you can prove this, you must indicate at least 1 week in advance that you will not be coming. You will then be refunded 100% of the rent. If something changes in the rules of COVID-19 in the week before arrival, so that you still cannot come and you can prove this, you will still get 100% of your rent back.

Absolutely quiet location
We are here for the umpteenth time in this wonderful holiday home.
The location to the sea is excellent, absolute peace, and the house leaves nothing to be desired for us.
The dog felt very comfortable in the securely fenced garden.
We would love to come back.

Quietly located
A very nice and clean house. The landlord is very friendly, helpful, and always reachable.
We spent a very lovely week there with many walks on the beach and in the dunes.
Highly recommended.

A lovely quiet holiday home
It was a very beautiful and very clean house. Everything you need for a great vacation was available. The garden was very large and our dog felt at home there. The host also gets a grade of 1 from us. Super friendly, always reachable by phone.

Lage zum meer ist bestens, absolute Ruhe und das Haus lässt für uns keine Wünsche offen.
Der Hund hat sich im sicher eingezäunten Garten sehr wohl gefühlt.

Für 2025 wurde direkt wieder gebucht.
Die Ausstattung ist einfach spitze-es fehlt an Nichts.
2 Terrassen zum Verweilen und herrlicher blick über die Felder.
Vermieter super freundlich und hilfsbereit-tolle Kommunikation.
Wir würden wiederkommen.
Vom Haus zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenso ist der Supermarkt und ein toller Kinderspielplatz in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist hervorragend, sehr angenehm und freundlich.
Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und können die Casa Juliana guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Der Strand ist ca 10 Gehminuten von dem Haus entfernt.
Die Umgebung lässt sich toll mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Wir haben viel gesehen und erlebt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an unseren fürsorglichen Vermieter Herrn Harmeijer, der uns über geplante Proteste und Blockaden durch Landwirte an unserem Anreisetag informierte. Damit wir möglichst stressfrei unseren Urlaub beginnen konnten ermöglichte er uns eine frühere Anreise.

Uns hat es in dem Haus an nichts gefehlt und wir möchten dieses "Schmuckstück" auch gerne einmal zu einer anderen Jahreszeit kennenlernen um den schönen,für große Hunde ausreichend eingezäunten Garten zu nutzen.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfbereit,aber in keinem Fall aufdringlich.

wir,d.h. 2 Erw,1Kind,2Hunde, haben ein schön eingerichtetes und sehr sauberes Haus vorgefundenen! Es war weder zu sehen noch zu riechen das bereits vor uns dort Hunde zu Gast waren! Der Weg zum Strand ist in angenehmer Nähe, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, schönes Haus, schöne Umgebung und ein sehr netter Vermieter !

Zweckmäßige Einrichtung und mit u.a. WLAN /Sat ausgestattet. Genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe vorhanden. Sehr netter Vermieter.
Der Strand war in wenigen Hundert metern fussläufig zu erreichen. Unser Jung-Hund konnte dort zu dieser Jahreszeit uneingeschränkt laufen und spielen.
