Description

Our house is generally rented only to one group for exclusive use. You enter the smoke-free accommodation through the cozy living room, where there is even a bar. On the flat-screen TV, you can watch television programs just like at home, and there is also a DVD player, a music system, and a WiFi internet connection. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all conveniences/facilities such as a dishwasher, an oven, a gas stove with 6 burners, a large refrigerator, and a freezer. Supermarkets and shops can be found in Brilon, 3 km away. There are a total of 14 bedrooms: 10 comfortably furnished double rooms (accessible via the stairs), each with its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, and toilet), as well as 4 family rooms for 4 people each, which are also equipped with their own bathroom. All bedrooms have a small seating area and sufficient closet space. The beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. We kindly ask you to bring your own fitted sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases, or otherwise there is the option to rent bed linen from us. For the children, there are various possibilities for all kinds of leisure activities both inside the accommodation and outside, such as a table tennis table, a foosball table, and various dart games. Behind the house, there is also a publicly accessible playground. Next to the house there is a large terrace and behind the group accommodation there is a large garden.

Location and surroundings of object

A cross-country ski trail and various hiking and cycling routes (Rothaarsteig) lead directly along the group accommodation through the beautiful nature. In the immediate vicinity, you can play golf in Brilon, swim in the outdoor forest pool or have fun in the "Aqua" thermal baths in Olsberg, but you can also go archery or explore the truly wonderful nature with a forester. The wonderful Diemelsee with its beach is only 12 km away. Here you can enjoy all kinds of water sports in summer and fishing is great in summer as well as in winter. There are truly many possibilities in and around the accommodation to make your stay with us an unforgettable time. You will find the many offers concerning the Sauerland region in the brochures and information material in our house. The Sauerland region truly has more than enough to offer in all seasons. The small town of Brilon/Gudenhagen is located in the hilly Sauerland region and is only 10 km away from the well-known town of Willingen. This well-known winter sports resort has many ski slopes, a ski jump, a wildlife and leisure park, a toboggan run (in summer), a lagoon outdoor swimming pool, a midget golf course, a glassblowing workshop, etc.
