Our holiday apartment, completed in December 2013, offers vacation comfort at the highest level for up to four people! Just a few steps to the fine sandy beach allow for a relaxed start to your holiday, but even in the apartment, the sauna, fireplace, whirlpool, three televisions, or the PlayStation provide relaxation and entertainment for our young and adult guests. The equipment is truly complete for all needs, with a high chair, cot, and washing machine. Of course, a free high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi access is also available.

Location and surroundings of object
The light-flooded flat with balcony is located in the newly built Standpark Großenbrode directly on the south beach on the 2nd floor (lift available). In the immediate vicinity of the flat, there is a lockable parking space at ground level for your bicycles in the bicycle house. A children's bicycle, a children's scooter and a trampoline are also available here for free use. Of course, a free parking space also belongs to the flat.
The small seaside resort of Großenbrode is located directly on the Fehmarnsund at the extreme tip of the Lübeck Bay and thus in one of the sunniest regions of Germany.
Scenically, the Wagrien peninsula has something to offer for everyone, and the six marinas in particular make the heart of every water sports enthusiast beat faster.
There are also many opportunities for short excursions in the region. Be it Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen, the famous Hansa Park in Sierksdorf or even a trip to Rødby in Denmark.

Here is the translation into English:
If the tenant is unable to take possession of the rental property for reasons for which he/she is not responsible (e.g. illness, death of a close relative), he/she may withdraw from the contract. The burden of proof for the stated reasons for withdrawal lies with the tenant.
If the cancellation occurs before the arrival date, compensation for damages is due. The amount of compensation is determined as follows:
• up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the rental price
• up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
• up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
• up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
• later than 14 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
If no cancellation is made and the property is not occupied, or if the tenant terminates the stay early, he/she remains obliged to pay the full rental price.
The tenant has the right to nominate a substitute tenant. The landlord must accept the offer unless there are justified objections to the person of the substitute tenant.
No compensation for damages is due if a substitute tenant enters under the same conditions.

Cleanliness and hygiene are more important than ever in times of Corona! We have our flat (incl. the beds) professionally disinfected and thus ensure the greatest possible precaution!

Great, Gladly again
It was our 1st family vacation and we are completely satisfied. Those with a small child are well taken care of here. But us parents also felt completely comfortable. The location by the beach couldn't be better. We can gladly recommend it with a clear conscience.

Relaxing break in winter
We spent very relaxing days in this beautiful apartment. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a heated, well-maintained apartment, allowing us to feel comfortable from the beginning. The equipment of the apartment is truly top-notch, and nothing was missing. Sauna, whirlpool, and fireplace are perfect for this time of year. We will definitely come back!

beautiful time out for two
The apartment and the holiday park are absolutely new. In the apartment, everything you need for a perfect holiday is available. From the dining table, you can see the sea. Großenbrode itself seems a bit sleepy, which may also be due to the travel time at the beginning of May. In addition, Fehmarn is only a few kilometers away. For golfers, it is only a few minutes to the golf park on Fehmarn, which is truly beautiful. After a day on the golf course, you can relax in the sauna and whirlpool and then prepare a delicious meal in the perfectly equipped kitchen. We only missed having Wi-Fi access, but that actually encourages you to disconnect even more. We will definitely come back again.
