Are you looking for a beautiful holiday flat on the Baltic Sea - directly by the sea - with a gently sloping fine sandy beach? Then you've come to the right place!
We want you - our guests - to feel as comfortable as we do:
arrive - feel good - enjoy - switch off - relax - simply let your soul dangle.
Our 63 sqm holiday flat is located in the Großenbrode beach park and is fully geared to the needs of our guests. The holiday flat is lovingly furnished down to the last detail and extends over 2 floors. On the lower floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm and with adjustable slatted frames), a wellness bathroom with rain shower, whirlpool tub and washing machine, and a cosy living area with dining area and open kitchen. On our roof terrace (south-facing), which is protected from the wind and view, you have a great view of the Baltic Sea.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, blender, water and egg boiler, waffle iron, Brita water filter, so that you don't have to do without anything on holiday.
The second sleeping area (gallery) with two single beds (90x200 cm and with adjustable slatted frames) can be reached via a staircase. The stairs can be secured with a stair guard. There is a second TV and a second Blu-ray player, so that there is always a possibility to retreat. This is also very popular with the kids and teenagers. A baby travel cot with mattress and top bed, a high chair, a footstool for the little ones, a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games are available to make holiday luggage easier. You can store your valuables in the available safe.

Location and surroundings of object
Strandpark Großenbrode is only a few steps away from the promenade and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the beautiful fine long sandy beach in every season. Restaurants, cafés, bakers and small boutiques invite you to stroll and linger. The marina, countless sports facilities and beautiful playgrounds are on site, Heiligenhafen and the island of Fehmarn are only a few minutes away by car. There you will also find a nice leisure pool. Fun and action can be found at the nearby Hansapark.
You can pamper yourself with massages and wellness treatments at the spa centre. The Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode with its six marinas is located at the extreme tip of the Bay of Lübeck on the Wagrien peninsula between Heiligenhafen and the island of Fehrmarn and is surrounded by water on three sides. It is one of the areas in Germany with the least rainfall and the most sunshine. Here, relaxation and tranquillity await you directly on the Baltic Sea with its fine sand on the south beach with pier and the long sea pier or also on the quieter west beach (natural beach). Enjoy the mild maritime climate.
And always present: the imposing 963-metre-long Fehmarnsund Bridge, which has connected the mainland with the island of Fehmarn since 1963. A visit to the island is always worthwhile, whether by car, train or even by bike, e.g. to Burg (only approx. 12 km), if it is not too windy.

Great flat all round
We immediately felt very comfortable in this very well equipped flat. Nothing was missing! One review complained about the mattresses, but we can't confirm that. We slept very well. The flat can definitely be recommended. We will be back next year.

Beautiful flat
The flat corresponds to the description. It is furnished and equipped to a high standard - apart from the mattresses. Unfortunately, I have been undergoing orthopaedic treatment since our return and we slept very badly on the thin mattresses. There should be urgent investment here.
Otherwise, as I said, a beautiful flat in a very good location. The architecture of the beach park and in Großenbrode is certainly not the most beautiful, but the really beautiful beach with great promenade compensate. There is a lot of building going on in Großenbrode at the moment, including right in the first row by the sea in front of Strandpark. Upsdalsboom is also building one of its residences here. But the construction noise was bearable. The foundations were already in place when we went there.
The new playgrounds and the restaurants within walking distance are nice.

Gladly again...
A wonderful vacation in a well-equipped holiday apartment. Nothing was missing. The apartment is appealing and lovingly furnished. No exaggeration: really everything at a high level. There were no complaints. We will gladly come back.

Ausstattung komplett :-) und dazu noch wirklich ansprechend :-)
Wenn man sich im Urlaub keine Gedanken über evtl. Mängel der Unterkunft machen will (das wollen wir ja wohl alle nicht ;-) ), dann ist diese Ferienwohnung nur zu empfehlen !
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht und uns während der schlechten Tage auch gerne in der Wohnung aufgehalten :-)

Sehr gut ausgestattet . Es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen . Selbst für mitgebrachte Fahrräder einen eig. Abstellraum , der Fahrstuhl , alles super. Die Nähe zur Insel Fehmarn .
