Traumhaftes Ferienhaus

We spent a wonderful holiday week in this holiday home in August. There were three of us adults. As soon as we entered the house, we felt really comfortable. The cozy furnishings promised a great time. The equipment of the holiday home is excellent. Especially in the kitchen, there are many high-quality products available, so you can cook to your heart's content. In the area, there are also many good restaurants if you prefer not to use the kitchen. The garden including the canopy is great. You can sit outside and enjoy your vacation in any weather. The entire house was absolutely clean, and we had nothing to complain about. We can highly recommend this holiday home.

Urlaub in Neßmersiel

A super beautiful house, we felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the Ockenfels houses. Two years ago, we were also guests (with the whole family, 7 people) at the chalet by the Wadden Sea, and were extremely satisfied. We will definitely come back.

Recreational vacation

We felt very, very comfortable from the beginning. The house is very cozy and we lacked for nothing. It is very clean and the garden is lovingly designed. The garden is absolutely escape-proof, so our dog could move around freely. We will definitely come back!!!

Holiday home Ringelgansweg 12

In 2018, we were able to use your holiday home for 2 weeks. We liked the house so much that we booked it for 3 weeks in 2019. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful location at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house is comfortable and very well equipped, almost like home, except that you don't have to mow the lawn or trim the hedges there like at home. Highly recommended.

Absolute Erholung

After the Easter hustle and bustle, we were able to relax for a few days in dream weather. The garden was beautifully landscaped with a lot of love and stands out immediately from all other gardens. The house was also furnished with great attention to detail. We simply lacked nothing. The vacation was pure relaxation. We would love to come back! Thank you very much :)

Super satisfied!

The holiday home fully met our expectations. There was a beautiful, sufficient garden, which is not visible to neighbours. The bathrooms in the house are very modern, all other rooms invite you to feel comfortable. A special highlight is the wood-burning stove, which provides cosy warmth if you prefer a holiday at the North Sea in autumn/winter.
Dog and human had a lovely week, we will definitely be back! It's a pity that the holiday is already over. Best regards from Frankfurt from Carolin Feucht

Holidays like at home - only more beautiful

Dear Mrs Ockenfels,
Your house has exceeded all expectations. The furnishings are very tasteful and of high quality. Especially the kitchen left nothing to be desired. The barrier-free shower on the ground floor is also great. Your heart and soul, with which you run your holiday home rental, can be felt throughout the house. We were there for a week with three dogs, who visibly enjoyed the beautiful and well-kept garden. The second week I was alone with my dog. We took long, beautiful walks to the dog beach and along the dyke. Nessmersiel is really dog-friendly and the weather was fine. I also like the location of your house, at the end of a dead-end street. Since the garden is behind the house, it is (almost) not visible. In the mornings we could always get fresh bread from the bakery around the corner. It was a picture-perfect holiday. Thank you again for your flexibility in allowing us three dogs, that is really not a matter of course. We would love to come again!

We have been in this region a few times now, and not for the first time in a holiday home of the Ockenfels family. All in all just great, here you notice without question how everything has been furnished with thought and is also provided that way. Just arrive, come in and feel right at home. Holiday Home Ringelgansweg 12 in Neßmersiel

We found a very well-equipped holiday home here. Everything needed for a holiday was of the best quality and technology. Bathroom newly renovated, the mattresses absolutely perfect. Even the weather adapted to the house during this time. We were thrilled and intend to book this house again next year, possibly even for a week longer.

Successful vacation

We were able to spend a week in this wonderful house. Right upon arrival: WOW, it's beautiful. Everything is very tastefully decorated and clean. The garden with the covered terrace was very nice. Many thanks to Mrs. Ockenfels, we will definitely come back.

Wanderurlaub mit Hund

Very nice holiday home. Perfect enclosure. Bicycle rental on site was very convenient.

Slight downside:
The trash cans were almost overflowing. The waste was not properly disposed of by the previous occupant (wrong bin in part).

Otherwise, everything was great and we really enjoyed it.

What more could one want?

As you can see, we, two bipeds and two quadrupeds, spent a week in this holiday home. The key handover was uncomplicated. The same with the return. The house is very clean and fully equipped. Nothing is missing. The dogs also liked it because they could run around in the garden. The garden is completely escape-proof. You can be at ease in the house and let the dogs into the garden.
We can absolutely recommend this house. With kind regards

Fantastic short break with Mrs. Ockenfels!

We decided rather spontaneously to take a vacation at the North Sea, and how lucky we were that there was still availability in Mrs. Ockenfels' house. We were already very impressed by the pictures, but in person, it was even more beautiful. We have never seen such a clean and lovingly furnished holiday home, and both the house and garden are extremely well-maintained. The kitchen, bathroom, and the entire interior are of very high quality. You arrive and immediately feel at home. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac and is completely fenced, which was very relaxing, and our 2 dogs also enjoyed sunbathing in the garden. The contact with Mrs. Ockenfels was very warm and extremely uncomplicated. The vacation went by way too quickly, but we will definitely come back!

Erholung

The house is located in a quiet holiday area and in a dead-end street where our children could play outside. Ideal for children and dogs as well as for us adults. The house is great, we didn't lack anything, everything was there. Our 3 dogs also didn't lack anything, the garden is super beautiful and we all used it every day since we had nice weather. Always happy to come back. Everything great until next year.

The house is very well-maintained and very clean.
Due to its location at the end of a dead-end street, our daughter was able to play outside alone.
We really enjoyed the terrace, especially during the bad weather we had, as we could sit outside even in some rain.
