In our holiday home we offer 95 m² of space on two levels for 4 people, a small child and a dog.

All windows are fitted with exterior blinds and beautiful pleated blinds on the inside, which create a cosy atmosphere.

You reach the upper floor via a solid wooden staircase from the living area.
There you will find two more separate bedrooms and another small bathroom.

The hallway and the two bedrooms have laminate flooring.

Our holiday home is located in the holiday settlement of Neßmersiel.
The property is completely fenced in and is hidden from view by its beautiful shrubbery and trees.
Neßmersiel is a coastal seaside resort in the heart of the Wadden Sea.
From here you have many possibilities for excursions.
Popular destinations are:
The East Frisian islands of Baltrum, Langeoog, Norderney, Juist, Spieckeroog, Borkum and Wangeoog.
The mudflat hike from the beach in Neßmersiel to Baltrum or the ferry ride directly from Neßmersiel harbour to Baltrum are very popular.
The district town of Aurich has wonderful shopping facilities and a beautiful old harbour.
Norden - Norddeich with Ocean Wave, Whaloseum and seal breeding station.
Emden town with Otto Huus.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: --- **Contract Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay** The tenant may withdraw from the rental agreement before the start of the rental period by submitting a written declaration to the landlord. The relevant date is the date the notice of withdrawal is received by the landlord. If the tenant withdraws from the rental agreement, they must pay the landlord a flat-rate compensation as specified below. **Contract Cancellation** - Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price. - After that and in case of no-show: 90% of the rental price. - Processing fee for cancellation or rebooking: EUR 50.00 flat rate If you are not allowed to travel due to an official travel warning, your payment will be refunded by me within 10 working days. Perfekt
Perfectly equipped, super cozy house where we immediately felt comfortable. Any issues that arose, like the lack of WIFI access, were promptly and dedicatedly addressed by Mrs. Ockenfels, who is on-site and quick to help. We slept very well in the beds, although it is advisable to bring your own small pillow if you don't like sleeping too high, as the existing pillows are very thick. The entire equipment is significantly above the usual standard of a holiday home. We will gladly come again and have already booked for next year.

Great holiday homes
I'm not really a reviewer, but after years of holidays in the houses of Ockenfels, I finally have to write. Great holiday homes, super clean and well maintained. What always brings me back to the houses of Mrs. Ockenfels is the cleanliness, there is nothing used and dirty. Mrs. Ockenfels is always very concerned, if there are questions, etc..
We book there several times a year and will stay there, because you know what you have.
Great, keep it up, that's a holiday.

Super great, well-maintained holiday home. For years now, we have been guests at the holiday home. The other holiday homes of the Ockenfels family are also highly recommended. Especially dog-friendly. Clean and well-maintained. Always reachable for any questions. Highly recommended.

Oasis of well-being
We spent 1 week in this beautiful holiday home and felt very comfortable. Our little dog also enjoyed it. It was a successful week in a cozy atmosphere with "come back character". Thank you very much dear family Ockenfels.

Holiday home for well-being
We, 4 adults and a dog, felt very comfortable from the first minute. The well-maintained condition of the house with a covered terrace and the beautiful garden convinced and thrilled us. The individual rooms offer a cozy living atmosphere, the two bathrooms are perfect, and the kitchen with complete equipment leaves nothing to be desired. We also liked the quiet location of the house (dead-end street/cul-de-sac) and the easy walking distance to the surrounding restaurants as well as the small supermarket/bakery. All in all, we can highly recommend this holiday home of the "special class" and would like to compliment the Ockenfels family.

Wir buchen mehrmals im Jahr dort und werden dabei bleiben,da weiß man was man hat.
Super,weiter so das ist Urlaub.
Seid Jahren schon sind wir immer wieder Gäste in dem Ferienhaus.Auch die anderen Ferienhäuser von Familie Ockenfels sind sehr zu empfehlen.
Besonders Hundefreundlich.

Der gepflegte Zustand des Hauses mit überdachter Terrasse sowie der wunderschöne Garten haben uns überzeugt und begeistert.
Die jeweiligen Räume bieten ein behagliches Wohnambiente, die beiden Bäder sind perfekt und die Küche mit absoluter Vollausstattung, lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Auch hat uns die ruhige Lage des Hauses (Sackgasse/Wendehammer) und die fussläufige Erreichbarkeit der umliegenden Restaurants sowie des kleinen Supermarktes/Backshop besonders gefallen.
Alles in allem, können wir dieses Ferienhaus der "besonderen Klasse" gerne weiterempfehlen und sprechen unser Kompliment an die Familie Ockenfels aus.
Schon beim Betreten des Hauses haben wir uns direkt super wohl gefühlt. Die gemütliche Einrichtung verspricht eine tolle Zeit. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist hervorragend. Vorallem in der Küche sind viele hochwertige Produkte vorhanden, sodass man nach Lust und Laune kochen kann. In der Umgebung sind aber auch viele gute Restaurants, wenn man die Küche eher nicht nutzen möchte.
Der Garten inklusive der Überdachung ist super. Man kann bei jedem Wetter draußen sitzen und den Urlaub genießen. Das komplette Haus war absolut sauber und wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus hat uns so gut gefallen, daß wir 2019 für 3 Wochen dieses Haus
gebucht hatten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage am Ende einer
Sackgasse. Das Haus ist komfortabel und sehr gut eingerichtet, fast wie
zu Hause, nur daß man dort den Rasen nicht mähen und die Hecken
nicht schneiden muß wie zu Hause. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Ihr Haus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Besonders die Küche lies keine Wünsche offen. Toll ist auch die barrierefreie Dusche im EG. Ihr Herzblut, mit welchem Sie Ihre Ferienhausvermietung betreiben, spürt man im ganzen Haus. Wir waren eine Woche zu zweit mit drei Hunden, welche den schönen und gepflegten Garten sichtlich genossen haben. Die zweite Woche war ich mit meinem Hund alleine. Wir haben lange schöne Spaziergänge zum Hundestrand und entlang des Deiches gemacht. Nessmersiel ist wirklich hundefreundlich und da Wetter hat auch mitgespielt. Schön finde ich auch die Lage Ihres Hauses, am Ende einer Sackgasse. Da der Garten hinter dem Haus liegt, ist er (fast) nicht einsehbar. Morgens konnten wir immer frische Brötchen beim Bäcker um die Ecke mitnehmen. Es waren Ferien wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihre Flexibilität, uns drei Hunde zu erlauben, das ist wirklich nicht selbstverständlich. Gerne wieder!

im Urlaub benötigt, war von bester Qualität u. Technik. Bad neu renoviert, die Matratzen absolut perfekt. Sogar das Wetter hat sich in dieser Zeit dem Haus
angepaßt. Wir waren begeistert und haben die Absicht im kommenden Jahr
dieses Haus wiederum zu buchen, evtl. sogar eine Woche länger.
Direkt bei der Ankunft : WOW, ist das schön.
Alles sehr hügeschmackboll eingerichtet und sauber.
Der Garten mit der ÜberdahtenbTerasse war sehr schön.

Kleiner Minuspunkt:
Die Mülltonnen waren beinahe überfüllt..Abfall wurde vom Vorgänger nicht richtig entsorgt (Falsche Tonne zum Teil).
Ansonsten alles super und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir waren von den Bildern schon sehr begeistert aber live war es noch viel schöner.
Wir haben noch nie so ein sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus gesehen und sowohl Haus als auch Garten sind äußerst gepflegt. Küche, Bad und die gesamte Inneneinrichtung sind sehr hochwertig. Man kommt an und fühlt sich direkt wie zuhause.
Das Haus befindet sich sehr ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse und ist komplett eingezäunt, das war sehr entspannt und auch unsere 2 Hunde fanden es toll, sich im Garten zu sonnen.
Der Kontakt zu Frau Ockenfels war sehr herzlich und äußerst unkompliziert.
Der Urlaub ging leider viel zu schnell vorbei, aber wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !
