Then you have made the right decision with your holiday in the Ockenfels holiday home.
We rent out our houses according to the motto:

Your holiday home Ockenfels - Brandgansstraße is situated in a quiet residential area
From here you can easily reach the bakery, the supermarket, the nice restaurants, the indoor playground Sturmfrei or the WellNeßmersiel, bicycle rental on foot.
The beach and harbour are approx. 1.8 km away.
Equipment house
In our holiday house we offer you on 100 m² distributed on two levels place for 5 persons, a small child and a dog.
Ground floor:
Bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, toothbrush mug, vanity mirror, toilet, washbasin
Bedroom:
Single bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed, spacious wardrobe, bedside table and TV.
The bedroom floor is tiled, as is the entire ground floor.
Kitchen:
Kitchenette with cooker with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee - fully automatic machine, waffle iron, kettle, cooking utensils, blender, toaster
In our kitchen you will not lack anything you need for a relaxing holiday.
At the cosy table with 5 chairs you will find enough space to eat or to play board games.
Living room:
Cosy L-shaped couch, armchair, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, DVD movies, board games.
The floor is covered with anti-slip tiles.
All windows are equipped with outside blinds and inside with beautiful pleated blinds, which create a cosy atmosphere.
Storeroom:
In the storage room you will find the washing machine, the tumble dryer, as well as the heating system with solar operation for the domestic water
Upper floor:
You reach the upper floor via a solid wooden staircase from the hallway.
There you will find two more separate bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom.
The hallway, the bathroom and the two bedrooms are equipped with anti-slip tiled floors.
Bedroom 1 OG:
A double bed measuring 100x 200 cm, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, TV, sitting area, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 OG:
Double bed 90×200, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe.
Bathroom upstairs:
The bathroom is also tiled and has a shower, WC, washbasin, vanity mirror, toothbrush mug and hairdryer.

Our holiday home is located in the holiday settlement of Neßmersiel.
The property has a beautiful south-west facing garden.
You can enjoy the evenings on the terrace with its glass roof.
Neßmersiel is a coastal seaside resort in the heart of the Wadden Sea.

A beautiful house on the outskirts of town.
The house was simply perfect, clean, very beautiful and equipped with everything you need! The location is also great, quiet and yet you are quickly at the supermarket and restaurants! We would have liked to stay longer and will definitely come back!

Traumhafte Woche
We had wonderfully beautiful autumn holiday days in a really well-equipped holiday home. The house is located in a quiet street, has a very nicely landscaped garden with a secluded sun terrace, was spotless and carefully thought out down to the last detail, furnished with high quality and cozy. We didn't miss anything!
Great cycling paths, bakery, supermarket, restaurants around the corner.
We will definitely come back!

Always a pleasure
We felt very comfortable, the house offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday. Completely fenced in, perfect for smaller dogs. The beds upstairs were unfortunately too soft for our taste and there were no dish towels. But we were able to quickly buy them at the Edeka around the corner. Unfortunately, on the day of arrival, it was closed due to the holiday, even though we had asked about it beforehand. However, it was open on Sundays. We really enjoyed our holiday and would love to come back. Thank you very much for everything!

Family vacation in Italy
We were 5 adults, including 1 person with limited mobility. We felt very comfortable. The house, furnishings, and garden leave nothing to be desired. The location of the house is quiet. Conclusion: Highly recommended, 5 stars in every respect.

Holiday home with all the bells and whistles
We spent our honeymoon with our child and grandparents in the house and felt very comfortable. Due to the two floors, you can also easily avoid each other, and it's not too noisy. We lacked nothing in the house, and both the kitchen and the bathroom were very well equipped. There were even games and DVDs in the house. The contact with Mrs. Ockenfels was always very friendly and personal. We would love to come back!

Great accommodation!
In all the years that we have been traveling, we have never inhabited such a generously proportioned and extremely tastefully furnished holiday apartment or holiday home. There was absolutely nothing lacking; on the contrary, the equipment in the house was "like at home". An absolutely quiet location, a large fenced garden (our Border Collie Tommy enjoyed it), a private parking space, and last but not least, the very friendly and personal contact with the landlady Mrs. Ockenfels allowed us to enjoy a wonderful holiday. It couldn't have been better! Thank you for that!

Dreamy!
We have been to the North Sea many times, but we have never had such a beautiful house! Nothing is missing, everything is simply there, even coffee beans, and the coffee tasted good! It was very clean! We have already booked another house from the same family and know that we can go on vacation very relaxed. It is simply fantastic.
