Description
Our holiday home Ockenfels - Kapitänshuus is located in the holiday home settlement of Neßmersiel in Brandgansstraße.
It will be renovated in winter 2020, the upstairs will be equipped with new furniture, the shower cabins, mirrors and toilet seats in the bathrooms will be renewed, a terrace roof will be built, the terrace will receive new furniture, the entire house will change a little and be made into a beautiful, cosy holiday home for you.

Your holiday home Ockenfels - Kapitänshuus is located on Brandgnsstraße in a quiet holiday settlement
From here you can easily reach the bakery, the supermarket, the nice restaurants, the indoor playground Sturmfrei or the WellNeßmersiel, bicycle rental on foot.
The beach and harbour are approx. 1.8 km away.
Equipment house
In our holiday house we offer you on 100 m² distributed on two levels place for 6 persons, a small child and a dog.
Ground floor:
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toothbrush mug, vanity mirror, toilet, 2 washbasins
Bedroom:
Double bedroom with spacious wardrobe, bedside table.
The bedroom floor is tiled like the entire ground floor.
Kitchen:
Kitchenette with cooker with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, waffle iron, kettle, cooking utensils, blender, toaster
In our kitchen you will not lack anything you need for a relaxing holiday.
At the cosy table with 6 chairs you will find enough space to eat or to play board games.
Living room:
Cosy couch, armchair, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, DVD movies, board games.
The floor is tiled.
All windows are fitted with external blinds and, from spring onwards, with beautiful pleated blinds that create a cosy atmosphere.
Upper floor:
You reach the upper floor via a solid wooden staircase from the hallway.
There you will find two more separate bedrooms with double beds and another bathroom.
The hallway and the two bedrooms are covered with cork flooring
Bedroom 1 OG:
The double beds measuring 180 x 200 cm, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, children's play corner with small table and 2 small chairs.
Children's books and games are available for our little guests.
Bedroom 2 OG:
2 single beds measuring 90 ×200, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, reading corner with armchair, SAT-TV, sleeping armchair
Bathroom upstairs:
The bathroom is also tiled and has a shower, WC, two washbasins, vanity mirror, toothbrush mug and hairdryer.

Our holiday home is located in the holiday settlement of Neßmersiel.
The property has a beautiful south-west facing garden.
You can enjoy the evenings on the terrace with its glass roof.
Neßmersiel is a coastal seaside resort in the heart of the Wadden Sea.

Quiet and cozy
We spent a week here with a four-generation family (ages 11-85) and our Great Dane during the pandemic and had a wonderful time. The house is top-equipped, super cozy, and situated in a pleasant and quiet location. We all really enjoyed it there!

Urlaub mit Hund
We were there with 6 adults and a Bernese Mountain Dog. The house is perfectly equipped, no wishes remain unfulfilled. The service from Mrs. Ockenfels is top-notch, she is immediately available to help with any questions. We all felt very comfortable, the dog couldn't escape in the garden, and we have never rented a vacation home that was so well-equipped. Thank you for the great holiday.
