Description
Our holiday home Ockenfels - Kapitänshuus is located in the holiday home settlement of Neßmersiel on Brandgansstraße.
It will be renovated in winter 2020, furnished with new furniture upstairs, the shower cabins, mirrors, and toilet seats in the bathrooms will be renewed, a terrace roof will be built, the terrace will receive new furniture, the entire house will change a little and be prepared as a beautiful, cozy holiday home for you.

Your holiday home Ockenfels - Kapitänshuus is located on Brandgnsstraße in a quiet holiday settlement.
From here you can easily reach the bakery, the supermarket, the lovely restaurants, the indoor playground Sturmfrei or WellNeßmersiel, and the bike rental on foot.
It is about ... to the beach and harbor. 1.8 km.

In our holiday home, we offer you 100 m² spread over two levels, space for 6 people, one small child, and one dog.
Ground floor:
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toothbrush cup, cosmetic mirror, toilet, 2 washbasins
Bedroom:
Double room with spacious wardrobe, bedside table.
The bedroom floor, like the entire ground floor, is tiled. Kitchen:
Kitchen unit with stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine – fully automatic, waffle iron, electric kettle, cooking utensils, blender, toaster
You will find everything you need in our kitchen for a relaxing holiday.
At the cozy table with 6 chairs you will find enough space for meals or board games.
Living room:
Comfortable couch, armchair, satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system, DVDs, board games. The floor is tiled.
All windows have external shutters and, starting in spring, beautiful pleated blinds inside that create a cozy atmosphere.
Upper floor:
You reach the upper floor via a solid wooden staircase from the hallway.
There you will find two additional separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as another bathroom, external shutter. The hallway and both bedrooms are fitted with cork flooring
Bedroom 1 on the upper floor:
The double beds measure 180 x 200 cm, nightstand with lamp, wardrobe, TV, reading corner
For our little guests, children's books and children's games are available. Bedroom 2 on the upper floor:
2 single beds measuring 90 × 200, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe,
Bathroom upper floor:
The bathroom is also tiled and features a shower, a toilet, two washbasins, cosmetic mirror, toothbrush cup, and a hairdryer.

Our holiday home is located in the holiday settlement of Neßmersiel.
The property has a beautiful south-west facing garden.
You can enjoy the evenings on the terrace with its glass roof.
Neßmersiel is a coastal seaside resort in the heart of the Wadden Sea.

Quiet and cozy
We spent a week here with a four-generation family (ages 11-85) and our Great Dane during the pandemic and had a wonderful time. The house is top-equipped, super cozy, and situated in a pleasant and quiet location. We all really enjoyed it there!

Urlaub mit Hund
We were there with 6 adults and a Bernese Mountain Dog. The house is perfectly equipped, no wishes remain unfulfilled. The service from Mrs. Ockenfels is top-notch, she is immediately available to help with any questions. We all felt very comfortable, the dog couldn't escape in the garden, and we have never rented a vacation home that was so well-equipped. Thank you for the great holiday.
