Description
We would like to welcome you to our sun-flooded, high-quality furnished bungalow. Our house is located in the new development area of Nessmersiel in a dead-end street.
Enjoy the stylish, spacious ambience and the high level of comfort on approx. 100 sqm of living space, which leaves hardly anything to be desired. Our bright living room is equipped with a modern couch corner, wood-burning stove, a 55 inch 3D big screen TV with SAT connection and 3D Blue Ray Player along with 3D glasses for optimal movie enjoyment. Should the weather not play along, 3D BluRay films, CDs, a games console as well as board games and books are available. An internet connection is available in the house.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with many kitchen utensils, including rich crockery, ceramic hob, fully integrated dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg boiler, blender, spices and much more.
We offer 2 bedrooms. Our master bedroom with a double bed, baby cot and SAT TV; the second bedroom with two single beds and SAT TV.
The bathroom has two washstands, a large walk-in shower area, WC and hairdryer
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the utility room for your free use.
The beds are already made up with modern bed linen on your arrival and are included in the rental price.
All rooms are equipped with fly screens.
The 470 square metre property with two sun terraces, facing south and south-west, with a view of the greenery invite you to relax. The garden is fenced and you have two bicycles, a children's bicycle and a handcart at your disposal during your stay. A parking space is available at the house.
Here in our Leiihuus you can leave everyday life behind and enjoy your holiday to the fullest!
As all rooms are on one level, the house is very suitable for families with small children as well as for our older guests. Our house is a non-smoking house and pet-free and therefore ideally suited for allergy sufferers

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a new housing estate in a cul-de-sac near the dyke. The beach and the harbour for the ferry to Baltrum are approx. 1.7 km away. Children's playground, football field and small supermarket are within 5 minutes walking distance. For bad weather, the Sturmfrei in Nessmersiel with wellness and sauna facilities is a 5-minute walk away. It offers multifunctional sports areas, open experience gastronomy with show cooking, mini bowling, climbing wall , cinema, animation programmes for adults and children, spa administration ... Neßmersiel is an ideal starting point for mudflat walks Neßmersiel is a small fishing village.

Wir waren zum 2.Mal hier im Leiihuus und alles war wie gewohnt perfekt:
Toll ausgestattetes Haus, Einrichtung stilvoll, modern und ansprechend.
Netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und Verwalter.
Wir waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Unterkunft :-)

Ferienhaus mit viel Herz für Kinder
Das neue Ferienhaus erfüllt alle Erwartungen des Gastes.In dem geräumigen Wohn-Essbereich ist sehr viel Platz für die ganze Familie.Das Kinderzimmer ist liebevoll mit vielen Spielsachen,Büchern usw.ausgestattet.Im großen Schlafzimmer kann man herrlich ruhig schlafen.Im schönen Badezimmer ist besonders die begehbare Dusche hervorzuheben.Man kommt ins Haus hinein und fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl. Besser geht es nicht.Auch die Kommunikation mit Eigentümer,Verwalter usw.klappt reibungslos.Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne mit unserem Enkel wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit sehr guter Ausstattung.
Man fühlte sich vom ersten Tag an willkommen.
Hervorheben möchte ich auch die freundliche Übergabe des Hauses und dessen Sauberkeit.
Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und absolut angemessen.
Der Ferienort Neßmersiel bietet das Notdürftigste und sticht nicht gegenüber den anderen Ferienorten hervor. Die Insel Baltrum ist schnell und bequem erreichbar.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Leiihuus ganz klar empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in dem modernen Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten verbracht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und liegt in einem schönen Feriengebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder zu Besuch ;)

Wir haben 4 Tage Kurzurlaub im Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden,was man braucht, alles an Küchenutensilien,Geschirr was man sich denken kann. Unsere 3 - jährige Tochter war begeistert,im Kinderzimmer sind fast so viele Bücher,Puzzle,und Spielsachen wie zu Hause

Schöne Tage im Top Ferienhaus
Es ist ein wirklich sehr schönes, top modernes Ferienhaus. Die Beschreibung des Vermieters stimmt in allen Belangen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die großzügige Küchenausstattung und die Sauberkeit im Haus. Auch für Familien haben die Vermieter wirklich an alles gedacht. Vom Kinderbettchen über Spielzeug, Spiele, Bücher, BluRays, Bollerwagen, Fahrräder etc. Gefreut hat uns auch die Begrüßung mit einer netten Karte, Blumen und einer guten Flasche Wein. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Leiihuus nur weiter empfehlen.
Wir freuen uns auf die nächsten Tage im Leiihuus.
