In the morning, the bread rolls are quickly fetched, because a bakery and pastry shop with an Edeka supermarket is only a two-minute walk away. The popular 'Norder Fußgängerzone' with all the amenities of a small maritime town (restaurants of all nationalities, bistros, cosy cafés, hotels, cinema, Norder Tor shopping centre and much more) is also just a few minutes' walk away.
● With the bicycles provided free of charge for use, the beach of the North Sea spa Norddeich is only a few minutes away.
● A seasonal beach chair is available for free use on the sandy beach in Norddeich.
The holiday home has a well-kept garden and a spacious covered terrace with garden furniture and cushions, which invites you to barbecue. In the garden there is also a children's slide and a children's playhouse, which will also make young holidaymakers' hearts beat faster.
in the garage, four adult bicycles, three children's bicycles, a children's bicycle trailer, a handcart and a barbecue are available for free use.
You live in a bright and light-flooded holiday home with two daylight bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find the luxuriously equipped bathroom with two washbasins, a ground-level shower and underfloor heating, which provides cosy warmth. Save time in the morning in the spacious bathroom, with a separate WC on the upper floor and 2 washbasins, you will be back on the beach in the North Sea spa of Norddeich twice as quickly.
All windows in the living rooms and bedrooms have external shutters.

Our holiday home has been furnished with great attention to detail. In the separate fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and integrated oven, cooking with all the important cooking utensils is child's play. All the usual kitchen appliances such as toaster, kettle, egg boiler, blender, coffee maker, sufficient crockery and all the other usual kitchen utensils are available.
The spacious, bright living and dining area offers your family all the comforts you need to feel at home, including a modern large Panasonic 107cm Full HD 3D LED flat screen TV and a 3D DVD player, as well as a Panasonic compact stereo system with USB connection. A comfortable large corner leather couch also invites you to "lounge". The seating in the dining area was designed with comfort in mind, and there is also a high chair for children. A washing machine is also available for free use.
On the first floor there is a stair guard, a small, modernly equipped separate WC with a hand washbasin and two bedrooms. The floor consists of good quality laminate, the bathroom is of course tiled. The master bedroom has an elegant double bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a wardrobe with sufficient storage space and is refreshed by a light beech wood.
● The beds are freshly made on your arrival so that your holiday can start straight away. A linen package consisting of two towels and a bath towel are included in the rental price
a cot (0.70 m x 1.40 m) and a changing unit are available for our younger guests.
The second bedroom is equipped as a children's room with a children's play table, here a wardrobe also offers sufficient storage space. Both single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) are equipped with high-quality mattresses, so that nothing stands in the way of a pleasant, healthy sleep.
the holiday home is rented out as a non-smoking house, so we ask the smokers among our guests to smoke on the terrace on the ground floor. Likewise, keeping animals of any kind or breed is not permitted. We ask you to respect this rule.

Our exclusive holiday home is located in the heart of Norden, only a few minutes' walk from the historic old town
In the morning, the bread rolls are quickly fetched, because a bakery with supermarket is only 250m away. In the centre of Norden you will find everything your heart desires: modern boutiques, many restaurants of all nationalities, bistros, cosy cafés and much more. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in the immediate vicinity. The state-recognised North Sea spa Norden-Norddeich is located in the northwest of East Frisia directly on the North Sea coast.
There are numerous bakeries, grocery shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, banks and souvenir shops.
You will find further shopping facilities in the small tranquil town of Norden.
The small town of Greetsiel, approx. 17 km away, also invites you to stroll and linger with its historic rows of houses, the twin mills and the harbour with the largest shrimp cutter fleet in East Frisia. On your way to Greetsiel, also take a short detour to the famous Pilsum lighthouse (Otto Tower).
Perhaps you are planning to get married? More than 200 weddings take place there every year.
If it's not beach weather, we recommend a visit to the Ocean Wave indoor swimming pool with its 30 degree warm seawater wave pool, an outdoor pool, sauna area and solarium.
A visit to the seal station in Norddeich is also an experience. From feeding to the fascinating swimming skills, you can experience the species-appropriate rearing of the small marine mammals live.
Adventure mini-golf course, maze, fairy-tale ship, numerous playgrounds and the golf course of the Golf Club Schloss Lütetsburg, about 10 minutes away by car, provide enough variety.
Explore the countryside with the provided bicycles, including children's bike trailer and handcart.
Thanks to well-developed cycle paths directly behind the dikes and partly with a view of the North Sea and the islands, you can cycle from one coastal bathing resort to another. For a change of pace, take a day trip to the offshore islands (Norderney, Juist and Baltrum).
You can take our provided bicycles with you on the Frisia ferry to Norderney or Juist.
Whether you want to romp with the whole family in the Ocean Wave adventure pool and then relax on the sauna deck, or enjoy the Wadden Sea and the North Sea idyll with our free seasonal beach chair provided on the sandy beach (from April to September): In Norden-Norddeich there is certainly something for every taste - young or old.
The East Frisian Tea Museum, which is only a few minutes' walk from your holiday home, provides cultural entertainment and variety during your holiday, as does one of the many guided tours of Norden. The seal station Nationalpark-Haus, where many young howlers are cared for, is not to be missed. From there you are guaranteed to take home unforgettable memories of your North Sea holiday.
Medical care is also provided in Norden, as well as by the Ubbo-Emmius Clinic.
Norden itself is a small town in the north-western part of East Frisia with a population of about 26,000, a town worth living in and loving.

We found a very nice house. Perfectly equipped and spotless. Although there were only two of us, the house is ideal for families with children. Child-friendly amenities, playground equipment in the garden. We also really liked the terrace. You can quickly reach everything by bike. A bakery is 2 minutes away and a small Edeka about a 5-minute walk. The center is also not far. We felt comfortable in the house and had a lovely week in Norden.

Everything is fine!
Nice house in a quiet residential area! Very large bathroom with two sinks, good shower, cosy living room, enough coffee utensils available (we didn't cook), electric shutters everywhere. The bed was a bit too hard for us personally, but we know that's a matter of taste ;-) Quarter-hour walk into town. Problem-free handover of keys. Parking directly at the house. We were very satisfied and had a good rest.

Best experience, highly recommended!
We rented the holiday home for two weeks for the two of us. We have experience and reasonable demands. We were very impressed with the house. It is neatly renovated. We also felt very comfortable in the beautiful garden. The glass-covered terrace can be used very well in any weather. The beautiful beach chair on the beach in Norddeich is a huge asset. It can be reached by bike in 15 minutes. Our car was parked in the driveway, which is quite spacious. In the garage, we found a whole fleet of bicycles, suitable for all sizes. For young families, there is a bike with 21 gears, a trailer hitch, and a trailer for two small children. Everything is well-maintained and in good condition. And, of course, the customary handcart for the area. Here, not only adults but also families with children can feel comfortable. Especially with the playground equipment in the garden. A non-smoking house, which was important to us. If you want to smoke, you can do so on the covered terrace in any weather. The bakery and Edeka are within walking distance, a piece of cake by bike. Also, the city center and various restaurants. The caretaker couple lives opposite, friendly people and very helpful. Internet worked right away. We enjoyed our stay here very much and can highly recommend the house. We also had a very nice contact with the landlord. He would have probably taken care of everything right away, but everything was perfect, and there was no need. Even the lawn had just been mowed.

Any time again
We spent a wonderful holiday here from 05.June.2021 to 19.June.2021. We occupied the holiday home with two people and accordingly had plenty of space.
We especially liked the quiet location and the covered terrace at the back of the house, here it is also possible to sit outside even during small showers, to barbecue in the evening or to have a cosy breakfast in the morning.
We liked the private beach chair on the sandy beach very much. Although we were here in the low season, there were sometimes no more beach chairs for rent after midday. We did not have this problem
Otherwise, the house is as described and we would recommend it. We would book the house again at any time.
