Description
Visit our beautiful holiday flat in Norden on the North Sea coast. Our approx. 120 m² holiday flat was completely renovated and mostly newly furnished in 2017.
It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a wardrobe, for the small things there is a shelf per bed.
The living room is bright and contemporary furnished and has a modern flat screen TV. For entertainment, you will find a few board games as well as an X-Box with games
The large terrace adjoining the dining room on the west side invites you to linger on the comfortable furniture, and a charcoal grill is available for barbecuing.
The flat has electrically operated shutters on all windows and fly screens on the windows of the bedrooms, bathroom, guest toilet, kitchen and the terrace door of the dining room
The separate kitchen is extensively equipped, e.g. with a cooker with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, egg boiler, toaster and sufficient dishes. A coffee machine and a Senseo machine for a good start to a beautiful holiday day are also available.
Between the kitchen and the living room is the separate dining room with a large table and a sufficient number of comfortable chairs.
The daylight bathroom consists of a shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.

The rental price includes:
1 set of bed linen per person (beds made up on arrival)
on request second pillow ( 40 x 80 cm), additional duvet/wool blanket
1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person is provided per full week of stay, these are for use in the flat only, not beach towels. Additional hand and bath towels can be rented for a fee of € 2,00 per set
a free WLAN access to the internet is available
For bicycles, there is a two-metre high fenced lockable outdoor area with currently still provisional roofing. There is also a rotary clothes dryer for general use.
Dogs and cats are welcome on request
For the laundry in between, a washing machine is available for shared use. A rotary dryer is parked in the bicycle shelter.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is close to the centre of Norden with its pedestrian zone and numerous opportunities for strolling and shopping. You will also find localities in the centre of Norden that are familiar to crime fiction readers from the various books by Klaus-Peter Wolf.
The large tree-lined market square and the Ludgeri Church with its famous Arp Schnitger organ are within walking distance. In addition, the town of Norden (and the surrounding area) has a wide range of museums (automobile and toy museum, seal station national park house, ), pedestrian zone, fishing boat fleet and much more.

We provide one hand towel and one shower towel per person. Additional hand and shower towels can be booked for a fee of € 2 per set (1 hand and 1 shower towel)
A set of bed linen is provided. The beds are made upon arrival.
Included in the price is an initial supply of consumables in the bathroom and kitchen such as toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, etc.
Arrival: Arrival 15:00 - 18:00; thereafter only by prior arrangement.
