Our 4 exclusive holiday flats are located in the beautiful complex "Dünenpark****" in close proximity to the beach of Binz. The flats are modern and stylishly furnished and are regularly renovated
The 2-room flats, ground floor/1st floor, have a living room, separate bedroom with dressing room, fully equipped kitchenette with dining settee and a bathroom tiled in Italian granite
The 1-bedroom flat has an integrated sleeping area .
Each flat has a furnished balcony/terrace and a chargeable parking space (3,00EUR/day).

| The rental price per object per day applies to an occupancy of 2 persons. For the 3rd and 4th person a surcharge of 12,- € per day will be charged. For children up to the age of 5, the surcharge is only half the amount, therefore = 6,-€ per day. |
Cancellation terms:
If a government-imposed `corona-related rental ban` should be in place again during the booked travel period, the booking will be `automatically and free of charge` cancelled!!! Otherwise, the cancellation terms will apply according to the business conditions listed in the booking confirmation!

Great apartment with fantastic view of the mountains.
From booking to handling everything was excellent! Cleanliness couldn't be better, I have rarely seen such a clean apartment. Great location, you are quickly at the beach and the promenade is just a short walk away. One point deduction, there is no light in the shower. Otherwise, everything is really there and you feel comfortable immediately.
If you don't have noisy children above you. You actually only have sun in the morning for breakfast, but that was enough for us.
If we visit Rügen again, then definitely here! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
