In a charming landscape, with deciduous and coniferous forests along the dunes, you are invited to go on extensive hiking and cycling tours. Also for swimming, surfing, sailing, fishing, horse riding, golfing, tennis, volleyball, etc. sporty active people do not come too short.
Or you can simply look forward to a walk on the beach, flying kites, building sandcastles and letting your mind wander.
In Karlshagen you will find a variety of cafés and restaurants and small shops. The daily necessities can be met in various supermarkets which are approx. 100 m - 900 m away from your holiday flat, and the bakery is almost directly in front of the door.

Our holiday flat is located about 5-10 minutes walk from the beach and is in a rather quiet location.
In Karlshagen you will find a variety of cafés and restaurants and small shops. The daily needs can be met in various supermarkets which are approx. 100 m - 900 m away from your holiday flat, also the bakery is almost directly in front of the door.
The island of Usedom is the sunniest region in Germany with approx. 445 square kilometres of sunshine and the second largest German island after Rügen.
Usedom is a true holiday paradise, and not only in summer. In fact, the island is a classic year-round destination and relaxation can be found here at any time of year.
In addition to the wonderful nature and the tranquillity of the idyllic landscape, you can also expect lots of events, such as the Herring Weeks or the Vineta Festival. Weekly markets, flea markets and harbour festivals are of course also part of the island's permanent offerings.
