You need a holiday? The stress of everyday life has swamped you? Then come to us in the Winter flat. Here you can relax. On 65 sqm you will find peace in a bedroom with two sleeping places (double bed (200x200)) and in the cosy living room another big double bed (200x200). How about starting the day with a first walk to discover the sunny island of Usedom. From our Villa Vierjahreszeiten you can walk inland through the woods or be at the kilometre-long sandy beach of the Baltic Sea in 15 minutes. Your way back will take you past the beach promenade and the little shops of Karlshagen, which really invite you to take a stroll. When you return exhausted to your flat, a hot shower is already waiting for you. How about ending a romantic evening with something delicious from the rustic outdoor barbecue on the terrace or time by the bio-fireplace. With us, you can come to rest with ease. Put your feet up and relax. With us, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Are you coming by car or perhaps by bicycle? Of course we have a place for both on the property. And that's not all. You will find free Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming function, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, foldable changing mat and much more.
Are you coming in extended family or planning a birthday on the island? On the property there is the flat Spring, Summer and Autumn with a total of 12 additional sleeping places, which we are of course happy to provide together.

The Baltic seaside resort of Karlshagen, in the very north of the island of Usedom, invites you to spend a family and beach holiday. A trip to the historic town of Peenemünde is also very interesting. The "Bernstein-Therme-Usedom" in Zinnowitz invites you to enjoy bathing and wellness all year round. winter Baltic Sea vacation
We took a little break and spent the new year in the lovely Karlshagen. The apartment's amenities are great. It's only a 15-minute walk to the beach. We felt very comfortable.

erholsamer Herbsturlaub
Im Norden der Insel Usedom konnten wir einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön zentral und ein Pennymarkt gleich in der Nähe. Auch war der Strand gut zu erreichen. Alles prima. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
