Nothing connects the idea of peaceful, nature-conscious, and stylish living with the beauty and uniqueness of the Baltic Sea coast better than living under thatch.
The cozy thatched-roof house with 140 sqm of living space features an inviting and generously designed living/dining area with an open kitchen, through which you can access the terrace as well as the garden. On the ground floor is the first bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine. The house offers sleeping accommodations and space for up to 8 adults and 1 small child, divided into 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The available crib (1.20 x 0.60 m) can be placed as needed. A staircase leads you to the upper floor of the house, where the 3 bedrooms as well as the second bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub are located. Another staircase leads to the attic to the 4th bedroom. The holiday home is only 650 m from the Baltic Sea beach and approx. 15 minutes' walk from the city center. This way you can enjoy both the quiet, natural surroundings and make optimal use of the city's offerings for evening events and day trips. Equipment:

The holiday home is located in the park, a naturally grown facility, of the old manor castle on the outskirts of Rerik.
There are many ways to get to know Rerik and its surroundings. Whether on foot or by bike, you can explore the area in various ways and discover many interesting sights. By car, you can quickly reach the surrounding cities - such as Rostock, Bad Doberan, Warnemünde, Stralsund, and Schwerin - which are always worth a trip. Additionally, you can take advantage of the extensive range of sports activities in the area. The fishing harbor with the Haff promenade is particularly worth seeing. There, you can sit together in a convivial round in the restaurants and pubs over coffee and cake or a glass of wine in the evening. Do you want to forget everyday life and just let your soul dangle, or would you rather take advantage of the extensive cultural offerings of the nearby cities? There is something for everyone!

Leaves nothing to be desired.
We arrived with 6 adults and 2 small children and met Mr. Lüdtke and the manager, Mrs. Weber, as very accommodating hosts. The house is very modern and beautifully furnished, and everything has been considered! Despite the rain, the short vacation at the Teufelsschlucht was great. As a gift for the little ones, we received a kite which we flew even in the drizzly weather, thank you very much :)

Fantastic vacation house
We had a great time during our week-long stay at Ferienhaus Drööm unter Reet 1. The house is perfectly situated in Rerik and is within a short walking or cycling distance to restaurants, fresh fish markets, and the beach. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, serving ware, and glasses. There is also a grill available to use. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated and one can tell that attention has been paid to detail here, from the pictures hanging on the walls to the luxurious towels in the bathrooms. Added bonuses are the Bose soundsystems in the bathrooms and on the terrace, as well as the wood-burning fireplace. What makes this vacation house so amazing is that it is both very modern and cozy. We felt really comfortable here and communication with the owner was fantastic. We highly recommend Ferienhaus Rööm unter Dreet and will be returning soon!
