Welcome to the "Bavarian Forest Holiday Paradise". Our holiday home is in a top location at Lake Erlauzwiesel in the mountains of the Bavarian Forest.
We have furnished our house with much love for up to 4 persons (with extra bed 6 pers.) cosy and comfortable
Our roof-only house/ cottage is located on an approx. 400 sqm large and beautifully grown property. The house extends over 2 floors.
On the ground floor
(TV, DVD, radio), bathroom with shower, a small hallway and the kitchen
In the living area, the wing chair and the comfortable sofa bed invite you to relax and read.
We would like you to feel at home with us and have therefore placed great value on upscale furnishings
The dining area with its solid wooden table offers 4 seating options for eating, playing or just lingering
The fitted kitchen has a fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sufficient crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a dishwasher
The bathroom with shower offers enough storage space
In the small hallway, jackets and shoes find their place
The wooden staircase in the living room leads via a small hallway to the two bedrooms on the first floor, one with two beds 90x200cm and one with 90x200cm + pull-out bed 90x190cm. The beds in the large bedroom can easily be pushed together for cosy nights for two
On the sloping walls, there is a reading lamp for each bed which gives the room a nice cosy light at night. From the large bedroom, you have a beautiful view over the roofs of the other houses to the surrounding mountains
But not only from the first floor but also from the terrace you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the setting evening sun with a glass of wine. The terrace is beautifully overgrown and not easily visible. Whether you want to relax in the sun or in the shade, you will always find the right spot
In the woodshed you will find cosy garden furniture and a barbecue. In addition, there is a sledge for tobogganing fun in winter
In the holiday house you will find additional information about cycling and hiking trails and the numerous leisure activities in the immediate vicinity.

Location and surroundings of object
Erlauzwiesel is a district of the town of Waldkirchen in the border triangle of Czech Republic, Austria and Germany. The holiday park is located in the beautiful mountain landscape directly at the Kurparksee. It is 2.5 km to Waldkirchen and about 30 km to Passau. Waldkirchen itself is a small town that has a lot to offer. From the Karoli bath, the Saußbachklamm gorge and the climbing forest to the good shopping facilities, there is something for everyone. Numerous cycling and hiking trails lead directly from the holiday park into the enchanting mountain landscape of the Bavarian Forest. Our cosy holiday home is located at the upper edge of the "Jägerwiesen" holiday settlement on Lake Erlauziesel (distance to the lake). The path around the lake takes you to the lake stage and the numerous well-marked cycling and hiking trails that lead along crystal-clear streams and into the pristine mountain forests.
Enjoy and experience nature no matter what time of year it is. Leave your everyday life behind and breathe the fresh air of the mountain forests. Besides hiking and cycling, the surroundings of Waldkirchen have much more to offer. The Karoli Bathing Park is located directly in the village.
It is the largest and most modern bathing facility in the Bavarian Forest. On an area of around 4 hectares in a prime location with a distant view, you will find everything your bathing heart desires. (25x10m swimming pool, children's pool, hot whirlpool, steam sauna, the Mediterraneum with a salt pool and 4 circular pools (brine pool, warm water pool, sitting pool, story pool)). The outdoor pool is open all year round.
The Waldkirchen Climbing Forest offers a very special experience. High in the trees, they move on five different courses. Children from a height of 1.10 m can experience the thrill of heights in this high ropes course. Those who are then intoxicated by the high-altitude experience can go on the world's longest treetop trail with a 1300-metre walkway at a height of 8 to 25 metres above the forest floor. Here they can walk in untouched nature and experience the unique perspective.
The 1300-metre-long footbridge ends on the platform of the impressive lookout tower at a height of 44 metres. From here, you have a fantastic and almost limitless view in the direction of Lusen of a settlement-free area with pure forest and wilderness and of the cultivated cultural landscape of the Bavarian Forest all the way to the Alps.
It's a great experience for your children and it's a journey back in time to the "Wild West". Nestled in the Bavarian countryside is the western town of Pullmancity. A variety of show programmes, many attractions and the close experience of nature and animals will give your family a wonderful day in another time.
If you visit us not in another time but in winter, you will also get your money's worth with alpine skiing in Waldkirchen. Nestled in a wonderful winter landscape, the Waldkirchen-Oberfrauenwald ski area offers 3 lifts and 1 toboggan run. Discover other beautiful top skiing areas in the immediate vicinity of Waldkirchen in the Bavarian Forest. A cross-country skiing trail entrance for cross-country skiing fans is located directly at the holiday park. 35 km of cross-country trails await you.
This is only a small excerpt of the many leisure activities in the vicinity of our holiday home. Come and visit us and experience a wonderful holiday.
In the holiday park there is a large children's playground, a bicycle rental, a good restaurant directly at the lake and a bread/newspaper service.

| The rental price is the basic price including electricity, water, heating and service charges. There is a small kiosk in the holiday park (fresh bread rolls and current magazines every day), a restaurant and 1.30 euros/day/adult. For the 5 and 6 person there is an additional 10€/day. |
