Our comfortable holiday flat with living room and one bedroom is located in the beautifully developed Dünenresidenz Karlshagen. This is a pure holiday settlement and is located directly behind the dunes. The flat has a living room (TV, DVD, radio) with open kitchen (cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine), dining area, 1 bedroom, bathroom, hallway, terrace with garden, parking space, shed with 4 bicycles. Own parking space is available directly at the house.

Our apartment is located directly in the Dünenresidenz Karl Hagen. This is a pure Fereinsiedlung with apartments and thatched-roof houses. From the apartment you are within 3 minutes on the beach. The Baltic Sea is located between Charles Hagen Peenemünde and Trassenheide. The site is bounded by reaching to the dunes deciduous and coniferous forests, where walking and cycling recreation seekers kö shops, cozy restaurants, and a beach promenade with a variety of event offerings offer a pleasant stroll.
