Description
Welcome to our second holiday home in the Jägerwiesen holiday park at Lake Erlauzwiesel in Waldkirchen, Lower Bavaria in the Bavarian Forest, which was completely renovated and refurnished in July 2020.
Here you can enjoy your family holiday but also a romantic couple's holiday in your own little house with a cottage feeling. Sloping roofs, old beams and clever indirect lighting make the cottage a cosy retreat where you can also enjoy yourself without going outside.

The beds are freshly made on your arrival.
Outside, on our small property, you will find a large wooden terrace with whirlpool and sauna, seating area, rocking chairs, lawn and a beautifully grown property with numerous trees and bushes that provide shade in the summer. There are also deck chairs and a cold water outdoor shower (in the frost-free months).
New since May 2022:
- Whirlpool now with automatic dosing system for ph and chlorine
The price includes fresh bed linen and a towel set (1x per stay/guest), as well as sauna, electricity, water, heating and waste.
A baby travel cot can be added in the large bedroom.

The Hütte41 is in the Jägerwiesen holiday park at the Erlauzwiesel Kurparksee. The town centre of Waldkirchen is 4 kilometres away and easily accessible by bike. It is about 30 kilometres to the three-river city of Passau.

In winter, there is a winter service in the holiday complex that maintains the public roads and paths. The path to the house entrance on our private property is cleared upon your arrival. Otherwise, the guest is responsible for clearing the snow on the private property during their stay. Snow shovels are available.
One dog (two on request) is welcome. The property is fenced in (slats approx. 5 cm apart, height approx. 80 cm). The narrow and somewhat steep stairs to the sleeping quarters on the upper floor are problematic for many dogs - the fur noses should therefore have their sleeping quarters on the ground floor.
No parties, bachelor parties or similar.

Beautiful vacation destination
Absolutely beautiful and clean accommodation in a great location. The hot tub and sauna are very well-maintained and set in a lovingly landscaped garden. The house has everything you need and everything is also very lovingly designed. A complete package to feel comfortable!
With a dog, it's also a great location at the edge of the forest and with plenty of fenced garden space! The landlords are very nice and helpful.
We will definitely come back again!!

Great house, beautiful location. Great for relaxing, hiking, cycling, sightseeing, etc.
Very nice landlord.
Whirlpool is great, facilities are top-notch, everything is very clean, furnished and equipped with a lot of love.
Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. Restaurant by the lake is excellent.
Definitely recommendable!

First honeymoon, then dream vacation!
We spent our honeymoon here in October 2021 and were very enthusiastic ?! Originally, we wanted to fly away this year. But since our honeymoon was so beautiful, we decided to come back here again and it was the right decision!
What more could you want: peace, private hot tub, private sauna, fireplace ambiance,.... simply fantastic.
The landlords are incredibly nice and there is nothing missing. We will definitely come back!
In the area: you can eat very well (even with delivery service), glassblowing workshops are nearby and it is about 30 minutes away from the Czech Republic. So there is something for everyone. Many thanks to the Werthmann family ?????

Mini-break in a beautiful accommodation
We are happy to give our feedback for Hütte41 after our little break
On the recommendation of friends, we spontaneously went to the Werthmann family in Waldkirchen to Hütte41 in a booking gap
We were welcomed very friendly by Mr. Werthmann and felt very comfortable right away
The hut is very tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and very cosy. Cleanliness is also very important here
The highlights are and remain the whirlpool and the sauna outside as well as the stove inside the chalet! ?
Freshly made beds and sufficient towels await the guests. Additional amenities such as a bottle of sparkling wine, toilet paper, kitchen roll, dish towels, washing-up liquid and slippers are available free of charge. That is not a matter of course!
The location in the Bavarian Forest is a dream for nature lovers. A lake directly in front of the door. The Dreisessel can be reached in a few minutes and also the Saußbachklamm in the immediate vicinity make the green heart beat faster. For city lovers, Passau is a good 25 minutes away and the sweet village of Waldkirchen is just around the corner
We really felt very comfortable and look forward to visiting this place again at another time of year. (Not that we don't love autumn, but to experience the hut with snow would be the icing on the cake ?!)

Great ambience
The design and very coherent furnishings are a perfect match for this holiday home. The decoration has also been chosen with great attention to detail. The outdoor area with its well thought-out concept immediately invites you to relax. Once again, we felt really comfortable, which is also due to the Werthmann family, who lovingly take care of their guests.

Oasis of well-being in the Bavarian Forest
We stayed for the third and certainly not the last time in this cosy holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired. Everything fits here. From the very tasteful, cosy furnishings to the secluded, secluded garden where the sauna and whirlpool are located. Everything is well maintained and you notice in every corner of the house and garden that the owners (Mr. and Mrs. Werthmann) regularly maintain and lovingly equip everything
No wishes are left unfulfilled and the landlords are always there to help with any questions

Gladly again

Toller Urlaub

Wunderschöner Familien Urlaub
Es war eine ganz tolle & erholsame Woche in dieser kleinen aber feinen Hütte, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Hütte ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet worden. Keine Wünsche offen.......
Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in einer zauberhaften Unterkunft verbracht. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Bis in's kleinste Detail ist das Domizil eingerichtet. Praktisch, urgemütlich, sehr geschmackvoll und dazu noch sauber bis in die letzte Ecke. Frau und Herr Werthmann sind herzliche Gastgeber und bieten sich als Ansprechpartner an, für alle Fragen. Es bleiben aber keine Fragen, denn es stimmt einfach alles und die Einführung am Anfang ist ausführlich. Wir haben unsere verspäteten Flitterwochen verbracht und es hätte keinen schöneren Platz dafür geben können. Für den 1. Hochzeitstag in 2022 haben wir bereits wieder eine Anfrage gestellt.
Auch die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Ausflüge mit dem E-Bike, oder zu Fuss in den Bayerischen Wald alles direkt vor der Tür. Ein absoluter Geheimtip.

Ruhe und Entspannung
Gemütliches Haus, in ruhiger und idyllischer Lage. Perfekt zum Spazieren gehen und genießen. Wen man Ausflüge machen möchte hat man genug möglichkeiten, da man über die Anbindung überall schnell hin kommt.
Die Woche hat uns sehr gefallen und auch unser Zwerg fühlte sich sehr wohl.

Ein kleines Paradies !!!
Jeder Raum ist urgemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet, es wurde wirklich auf jedes Detail geachtet. Dazu die Möglichkeit auch als Familie diesen Traum zu genießen und auch mit kleinen Kindern alles vorzufinden was man braucht ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Unser Highlight ist und bleibt der eigene Whirlpool und die Sauna rundet den Wellnessurlaub einfach ab.
Der nahe gelegene See lädt zum Spazieren ein und ist auf direktem Fußweg erreichbar.
Wieder einmal war der Service und Kontakt zum Vermieter überdurchschnittlich gut und man merkt, als Gast willkommen zu sein....deshalb haben wir direkt für 2022 wieder gebucht.
Für uns ist sowohl die Hütte 40 als auch 41, ein kleines Paradies und Erholung pur!!!

Ein Traum
Wir sind einfach nur begeistert! Waren schon öfter Gäste der Familie Werthmann und können auch dieses Mal nur sagen, es war wieder einmal alles einwandfrei.
Sehr freundliche und engagierte Vermieter mit höchsten Standards in Sachen Hygiene und Sauberkeit. Die Hütte ist sehr stylisch und urgemütlich. Sie bietet alles was man braucht und man fühlt sich einfach wohl hier. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig gestaltet und sehr durchdacht angelegt worden. Im Whirlpool lässt es sich wunderbar entspannen und die Sauna lässt mit ihren zur Auswahl stehenden Aufgüssen keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben schon wieder für nächstes Jahr gebucht!

Einfach ein Traum, 1a TOP :)
Wir haben unsere Flitterwoche hier nachgeholt. Es ist neu renoviert worden und einfach richtig gemütlich, urig und romantisch :)
Es wurde liebevoll eingerichtet, ist sauber und es ist auch bereits eine gewisse Grundausstattung vorhanden, wie z B Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Besteck, Zewa usw.
Sogar an Einweghausschuhe, Duft für Sauna usw wurde gedacht ;)
Der Whirlpool ist ein Traum und in der urigen Fass-Sauna lässt sich super entspannen.
Die Vermieter sind auch super nett und kümmern sich umgehend wenn man Fragen hat oder Hilfe benötigt.
Danke für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder :)
