The 39 sqm holiday home for 1-4 persons has a bathroom with shower and WC, incl. electric towel warmer, as well as a fully equipped small kitchen with fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen radio and induction cooker, a bedroom for two persons, as well as a living room with satellite TV, WLAN, sofa bed for 1 to 2 persons and cot (optional). In front of the house there is a generously covered terrace with corrugated sheets, garden furniture and a meadow that invites you to sunbathe. A parking space is located next to the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Silz is a small (approx. 350 inhabitants), quiet community about 2 km away from Lake Fleesensee, one of the "thousand lakes" of the Mecklenburg Lake District. At the edge of the village there is a settlement of mainly holiday homes, between the forest and Lake Fleesensee. The holiday bungalow is located in a nature reserve on the edge of a forest near the lake in a holiday home settlement. A camping site is attached to the holiday settlement. It is only about 300 m to the beach. A playground and a restaurant with food are about 150 m away. Bread rolls, fresh country eggs, milk, coffee, newspapers, etc. can be bought in a mini-market during the season. Further shopping possibilities are in Malchow (approx. 8 km) or in the district town Waren (approx. 21 km). Here you will find almost all the usual discount grocery stores, pharmacies, doctors, DIY stores, mobile phone shops, clothing stores, etc.

Bathroom with shower and WC. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, kitchen radio and induction cooker. Living room with SAT-TV, sofa bed for 1 to 2 persons and dining area, as well as storage space. Bedroom with double bed. A children's travel cot and a children's high chair can be provided for a one-off charge of 11 euros each. The holiday home was renovated in spring 2018. Linen packages (bed linen, shower towel, towels, flannels) can be booked on request for a one-off charge of 11 euros per person. Weekly change for further 11,- Euro per person is possible. The season runs from mid-June to mid-September. In the high season the minimum stay is 1 night, otherwise 7 nights. As tenants of a holiday flat, we always found it annoying to have to either bring or buy the essentials of life for a few days, so you will find kitchen rolls, dish towels, washing-up liquid, dish sponge, toilet paper and cleaning products in our holiday home.

We, the Schwaller family, have been connected to Fleesensee since the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1990. The region has simply captivated us, we have learned to love it. For this reason we have bought a small holiday home here, which we rent out when we are not using it ourselves.
