The luxurious holiday home "Flora & Fauna" offers you a spacious living area of 115 square meters, spread over two floors. Here you can expect modern and cozy furnishings, providing every imaginable luxury and comfort so that you can feel at home.

- The spacious, shaded terrace is equipped with comfortable garden furniture for 6 people and invites you to relax outdoors.
- 2500 m² garden plot for enjoying nature and relaxing. On the large lawn in front of the house you can sunbathe in comfort.
- There are 2 parking spaces/carport on the property. - The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with a double bed (2 mattresses of 90x200cm each) and, among other things, a spacious wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.
- The bathroom is equipped with a modern washbasin, a rain shower, and a toilet.
- In the separate utility room there are a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and various outdoor games. 2) Upper floor (OG):
- The small bedroom offers you a cozy double bed (mattresses 80x200cm each), radio, CD player, modern built-in wardrobes, and the option to completely darken the room.
- The large bedroom, with a double bed (mattresses 90x200cm each), offers a breathtaking view of the greenery towards the lake and canal and is equipped with comfortable seating, a modern desk, spacious built-in wardrobe, and gadgets such as a CD player/radio. - An integrated infrared sauna is perfect for your individual wellness experience.
- The bathroom invites you to relax with its walk-in rain shower and a cozy bathtub, and is equipped with an additional toilet and washbasin.

The luxurious holiday home Flora & Fauna is located on a plot of approx. 2500m² – directly on the lake, framed by enchanting old trees – in Strasen, a charming place on Lake Ellenbogen. At the lake there is a small bathing area and the marina with boat docks.
Let yourselves be enchanted by the idyllic surroundings and slow down amidst the beautiful nature. The holiday home is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac – so there is no through traffic – here you are among yourselves, close to the water, and can fully enjoy the peace and quiet.
If you are looking for a change from motor boating or paddling, you have the opportunity to explore the varied forest and lake area on foot or by bike (directly on the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle route).
Shops and the restaurant are easy to reach on foot or by bicycle.

Two motor boats for 6 persons can be rented (1 x licence free and 1 x licence required). The boats are located a few metres from the house at the private marina. The boats are handed over and a detailed briefing is given by our harbour master on site!

Very beautiful holiday home
The house is situated on a very beautiful large property near the water. Unfortunately, due to the tall trees, you can see very little of it, but the small harbor is very close. We used the little boat twice, then the weather unfortunately got worse. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you need. The large awning on the terrace was perfect for withstanding the rain. We can only recommend the house, especially because of the absolute peace.

A very nice winter vacation
A big compliment at this point!
The holiday home offers all comforts and is very high-quality furnished.
Just the right thing for the winter days were the private sauna and the fireplace!
Big plus point: Firewood was available in sufficient quantity and at no additional cost! We didn't know this from our previous winter vacations!
We were there in mid-December for a week to relax from the everyday stress and really enjoyed it!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Grundstück und die nähere Umgebung sind einfach toll!
free time activities: Am anderen Ende des kleinen Ortes "Strasen" befindet sich der "Büffelhof". Dies ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant in dem man unter anderem, wie der Name schon verrät, ein sehr leckeres Steak vom Büffel serviert bekommt. Das Restaurant ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen!

Very pleasant stay!
The house and the large garden are maintained with attention to detail and you can see that here.
Very nice are the many birds that get their meals directly at the house from the feeders.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr schön und vor allem absolut ruhig gelegen!
free time activities: Rheinsberg sowie der Tierpark Kunsterspring sind einen Besuch wert (auch / erst recht im Winter).
shopping facilities: Wir hatten all unsere Verpflegung mitgebracht. Nach wenigen Minuten Autofahrt liegt jedoch eine kleine Stadt mit mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
