1) Ground Floor (GF):

- The living room is comfortably furnished with an elegant leather corner sofa, cozy seating, and a modern fireplace. - The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with a double bed (2 mattresses each 90x200cm) and, among other things, a spacious wardrobe and
a flat-screen TV.
- The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a washbasin, a rain shower, and a toilet.
- In a separate utility room, there are a washing machine, clothes dryer, and various outdoor games. 2) Upper Floor (OG):
- The small bedroom on the upper floor offers a cozy double bed (mattresses 80x200cm each), radio, CD player, modern built-in cabinets, and
the option to completely darken the room. - The large bedroom on the upper floor, with a double bed (mattresses 90x200 cm), offers a breathtaking view of the greenery towards the lake and canal and is equipped with cozy seating, a modern desk, a spacious built-in wardrobe, and gadgets such as a CD player/radio.
- An integrated infrared sauna on the upper floor is perfect for your individual wellness experience. The bathroom on the upper floor invites you with its level-access, spacious rain shower and a cozy bathtub for relaxation, and is equipped with another toilet and washbasin.
Additional amenities:
- The entire house has the latest generation underfloor heating.
- Even the little guests have not been forgotten: A crib and a high chair are available for the little ones. - Additionally, an outdoor shower, rock garden, charcoal grill, grill accessories, firewood, fire bowls, lounge chairs, and bicycles

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on an approx. 2500m² plot in Strasen, a small village on Lake Ellenbogensee. In the middle of the beautiful Mecklenburg Kleinseeplatte and directly on the Berlin-Copenhagen long-distance cycle route.
We built our family-friendly, modernly furnished holiday home here in 2011 and hope that you too will be enchanted and de-stressed by the idyllic surroundings. If you are looking for a change from motor boating or paddling, you can explore the varied forest and lake area by bike. You are alone, constantly by the water and can enjoy the slowness to the full.
The holiday home is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac, directly on the lake framed by beautiful old trees. At the lake there is a small bathing area and the marina with the boat moorings.
Shopping facilities and restaurant are within easy reach on foot or by bike.
In the evening, a Trabantshuttle can be booked for the way home from the restaurant and in the morning we offer a bread roll service - on order.
The large meadow in front of the house invites you to sunbathe or play.
There are several parking spaces for vehicles on the property as well as a double carport.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets unfortunately also have to stay outside!
You can easily order bed linen as well as hand and shower towels at the same time. The village is situated on a canal with a lock, which connects the Ellbogensee in the east and the Pälitzsee in the west.
Strasen is situated between Rheinsberg, Fürstenberg and Wesenberg.

Very beautiful holiday home
The house is situated on a very beautiful large property near the water. Unfortunately, due to the tall trees, you can see very little of it, but the small harbor is very close. We used the little boat twice, then the weather unfortunately got worse. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you need. The large awning on the terrace was perfect for withstanding the rain. We can only recommend the house, especially because of the absolute peace.

A very nice winter vacation
A big compliment at this point!
The holiday home offers all comforts and is very high-quality furnished.
Just the right thing for the winter days were the private sauna and the fireplace!
Big plus point: Firewood was available in sufficient quantity and at no additional cost! We didn't know this from our previous winter vacations!
We were there in mid-December for a week to relax from the everyday stress and really enjoyed it!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Grundstück und die nähere Umgebung sind einfach toll!
free time activities: Am anderen Ende des kleinen Ortes "Strasen" befindet sich der "Büffelhof". Dies ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant in dem man unter anderem, wie der Name schon verrät, ein sehr leckeres Steak vom Büffel serviert bekommt. Das Restaurant ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen!
shopping facilities: Im 8km entfernten Wesenberg bieten sich allerhand Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Very pleasant stay!
The house and the large garden are maintained with attention to detail and you can see that here.
Very nice are the many birds that get their meals directly at the house from the feeders.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Sehr schön und vor allem absolut ruhig gelegen!
free time activities: Rheinsberg sowie der Tierpark Kunsterspring sind einen Besuch wert (auch / erst recht im Winter).
shopping facilities: Wir hatten all unsere Verpflegung mitgebracht. Nach wenigen Minuten Autofahrt liegt jedoch eine kleine Stadt mit mehreren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
