Our holiday home is located in Strasen, a small village at the Ellbogensee, in the middle of the beautiful Mecklenburgische Kleinseenplatte.
We have built our beautiful, family-friendly holiday home in this idyllic location. You can rent the comfortably and modernly furnished holiday home all year round, directly from the owner.
The holiday home is situated in a quiet side street, directly at the lake with bathing area and jetty. Shopping facilities are within easy reach on foot or by bike. A fresh-bread-at-home service is offered on site by our harbour master.
The house for 2-6 persons offers 110 sqm of living space on two levels and has high-quality furnishings. On the ground floor you will find the entrance area, the living room with a panoramic view of the lake, fireplace, satellite TV, stereo with CD player and the kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and microwave. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, a WC with shower and the utility room on the ground floor.
The attic is divided into two bedrooms (one with a panoramic view of the lake) with double beds and a toilet and bathroom with a bathtub.
Outside, there is a garden with a terrace and a large meadow area down to the lake for your use.
The parking space for your vehicle is also located on the property. There are 4 bicycles in the carport for free use, and you can rent more in the village at various places. You can also rent 2 paddle boats on request.
To ensure a pleasant and relaxing holiday stay for all guests, pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the house.

The quiet but central location of the villages of Strasen, Priepert and Wesenberg invites you to go on extensive hikes and cycling tours around Lake Ellbogensee, the neighbouring lakes and the surrounding area.
Take advantage of the expanse of water for boating, rowing, paddling, sailing, fishing or swimming. Discover remote bays and islands by boat or canoe, which you can rent on site. Launch your own boat and set off - from your own jetty - for nearby and distant beaches or the best fishing grounds. Enjoy swimming in the lake, from your private bathing jetty, in one of the highest quality bathing waters in Germany.
Whether as a family holiday, as a couple, or with friends, everyone who loves nature and relaxation will get their money's worth here.

| The rental is weekly with arrival/departure on Saturdays (other rental periods are possible by prior arrangement). We ask our guests to bring their own bed linen and towels; if required, we can also provide linen packages for a fee (EUR 14 per person) Rental prices for the in-house paddle boats are charged extra. |

Our 2 paddle boats can also be rented to the holiday home (rental price: 30 EUR per day, 50 EUR for 3 days, 100 EUR per week per boat).
Our motor yacht Bayliner 265 can also be chartered to the holiday home. The Bayliner was built in 2004 and is a sporty excursion boat for up to 8 people. For overnight trips there are 4 berths on board, a galley and on-board toilet. Enjoy the combination of nature and a little luxury.
The SBF Sportbootführerschein Binnen is required to use the boat.
