Treat yourself to a relaxing break in our bright and cosy Sonnenlage holiday flat in the beautiful Boltenhagen
on the Baltic Sea.

Live centrally but quietly and benefit from the high-quality and extensive equipment of our flat, which we have furnished in such a way that we always like to use it ourselves.

Wi-Fi and a parking space with parking bar and two bicycles (without guarantee) are available to our guests free of charge.

Our cosy, quiet flat with a small balcony is only a 7-minute walk from the wonderful, child-friendly Baltic Sea beach. 64 sqm of living space, including 28 sqm living room with a comfortable sofa, 2 spacious bedrooms with good mattresses and a perfectly equipped kitchen contribute to a successful holiday.

Equipped with all comforts, such as WLAN, flat screen TV, high-quality stereo system, CD's, DVD player with various films, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, blender, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

The sofa offers space for the whole family, the bedrooms can be darkened very well by the curtains and the roller blind. There is a wardrobe in each bedroom, where your wardrobe is well stored.
The bathroom has plenty of storage space for your toiletries.

Baby equipment:
2 highchairs, travel cot with mattress and blanket, toilet seat, buggy, stroller, tricycle, scooter, socket protectors, night light, picture books, indoor and outdoor toys.

For the beach stay, a beach umbrella, windbreak and beach mats are available for our guests.

With the two bicycles, our guests can explore the surrounding area.

The two lockable storage rooms provide space for the bicycles and other things you have brought with you.

Shopping facilities (Aldi, bakery, Markant, KIK, VR-Bank etc.) can be reached on foot in 3 minutes, restaurants in 8 minutes.

Location and surroundings of object

The apartment complex "Sünnslag" (high German: Sonnenlage) is one of Boltenhagen's best-known holiday complexes, it is located on a play street, and leaves hardly anything to be desired.

The quiet and sunny location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen promises a relaxing holiday.

The view from our flat from the bedroom, living room and balcony goes into the green. The green area may be used. On the other side there is a play street and parking spaces.

It is only about 400 m to the wind-protected, stone-free bay with its 4.5 km long fine sandy beach.
There are good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and the centre is only a few minutes' walk away.

Boltenhagen, a Baltic seaside resort with tradition, is located between the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck and Wismar. The second oldest seaside resort has developed into one of the most popular holiday resorts in recent years.

The cliffs in the western part of Redewisch and the marina in Tarnewitz are further highlights.
There are many opportunities for leisure activities. Sunbathing, swimming, cycling, horseback riding, climbing in the climbing forest, boating, excursions by boat or fishing are just a few examples.

The centre of the Baltic resort with its restaurants, cafés, shops, the spa gardens and the pier invites you to stroll and shop.

Boltenhagen is well connected to the national transport network. Centres such as Hamburg, Lübeck, Wismar, Rostock or Berlin can be reached quickly and safely via well-developed country roads and the A20, A1, A19 and A24 motorways. A beautiful spot awaits you.

Boltenhagen has a 4.5 km long sandy beach that invites you to swim. It goes shallowly into the water and is therefore also well suited for small children. There are various leisure facilities in the village, such as a mini-golf course, climbing park, boat rental, a riding stable, a diving and surfing school, tennis courts, trim trail, swin golf course and various playgrounds.

The steep coast invites you to take a walk and is a treat at any time of the year.

The place is well suited for spa stays, doctors. Dyalysis centre and phyotherapy practices are on site.

The apartment was not far from the beach, easily reachable on foot. Very, very clean and well-maintained! Everything needed was available in the kitchen. Parking space available. The contact with Ms. Holubek was very nice and occurred without long waiting times for a response.

Mega super beautiful?

Our first vacation in Boltenhagen was in the holiday apartment Sonnlage with the Kirschke-Holubek family. The apartment has everything that makes for a relaxed and restful vacation. It is very clean, and the apartment is very well located, as everything is within walking distance. There is a supermarket and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. What we particularly liked was that the way to the sea took less than 8 minutes; it is December, so we couldn't swim, but we had great walks by the sea. We would like to book again in the summer. The handover of the keys during arrival and departure was quick and easy. We would book the holiday apartment again at any time and can recommend it 100%. Thanks to the Krischke-Holubek family.

Super great accommodation

The FW Sonnenlage is well-appointed, located in a quiet yet central area. It is only a few minutes' walk to shops, the town center, or the beach, and it is also well-suited as a starting point for cycling tours. A beautiful apartment with a view of the greenery.

The apartment is very spacious, bright, and clean. The kitchen is new and has everything that is needed daily. The beds were comfortable, and the sleep was truly restful. The view of the greenery from the living room and balcony was a highlight. The couch in the living room is somewhat worn, but comfortable. We felt very at home there.

We were four people staying in this holiday apartment for the first time. First of all, everything was excellent - the location, the facilities, the cleanliness, and the communication with the host. We'll be back :)

We stayed in this holiday apartment for the second time this year and it is already booked for next year :) Perfect for our family, this year we were even five people in the apartment without any problems. There is enough space, the apartment is nice and bright and also clean. (which cannot be said about other holiday apartments) Everything you need is really there, and there are also shopping opportunities in the vicinity. It is only a short walk to the beach or the town (as I always like to say). In short, the best holiday apartment we have had so far for us.

The apartment is located close to the city and the beach. Both can be reached within a maximum of 8 minutes. Shopping possibilities nearby allow for fresh bread in the morning. Beautiful, well-equipped, and very spacious holiday apartment. Supermarkets, post office, ATM, etc. just around the corner, relatively close to the beach, and not far from the town center. Also nice is the very personally decorated interior with pictures, etc. Great to have the extra shed for bikes, etc., private, lockable parking space, could be a bit closer to the apartment. Holiday apartment for making holidays

Apartment very well equipped, dishes sufficient so that a dishwasher can be fully used. Landlord and service company very friendly. If we want to go to Boltenhagen again, this apartment is our first choice. Grocery shopping within walking distance.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

The very beautifully and functionally furnished holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of a residential complex. A large sofa invites you to linger after a nice day. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, so you can comfortably stay there with 4 people. Supermarket with bakery is a 3-minute walk away. It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and decorated. A small balcony is also available. We have felt very comfortable all around and will definitely come back.

Very nicely furnished holiday apartment sunny location

We stayed as a family with two children in the apartment Sonnenenlage. The apartment is very well equipped, and many things are provided for the children, such as a travel cot, high chair, changing pad, etc. We could easily reach many places with the children's buggy, and we often used the wagon. The kitchen is very well equipped, and everything is ready for self-catering. The location of the apartment is very good, quiet yet central. We would love to come back.
