Description

The holiday home, built in 2006 and renovated in 2017, is furnished in a modern, rustic, and functional style. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Firewood included.

Location
Gustow. The holiday home is located on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is not suitable for youth groups.
Cot and accessories available.
The landlord has a dog and a cat. Parking on the property.

Special
Central heating (gas, wood/coal). Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Children's toys, cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.

Shopping 1000 m, restaurant 1000 m, town centre 1000 m. Train station in Altefähr 5 km. Thermal bath, indoor pool, sauna, disco, cinema each 10 km in Stralsund. Theatre and Ozeaneum in Stralsund 10 km. In summer: Baltic Sea (Strelasund/Gustower Wiek) (beach 800 m in Gustow with sand). Fishing, diving, boat rental, boat dock each 5 km in Altefähr. Horse riding in Grossstubben 6 km. Surfing, sailing (training also possible) in Altefähr 5 km.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with dining area (8 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, hairdryer and window.
Top floor: Gallery in the living/bedroom with sitting area.

House rules
The holding of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
