Description
It has three bedrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor is equipped with two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm), as well as a guest toilet with washing facilities. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor. It is a spacious sleeping area with a double bed (160 X 200 cm), wardrobe, as well as a comfortable seating area. The other bedroom on the upper floor has a cosy double bed (140 x 200 cm) in French style. The adjoining hallway leads to a spacious shower room with washbasin and toilet. On the ground floor is the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances to not only cook, but also bake. If you have to be quick, you can also use the microwave. After cooking, the dishwasher does the rest of the work so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxed meal. But breakfast can also get off to a good start, thanks to the coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Since the refrigerator also has a freezer compartment, food can be stored optimally during your stay. Directly adjoining the kitchen is the living room. There you will find modern entertainment electronics. There is heating in all rooms, so it is always nice and warm even in bad or cold weather
From the terrace, which is for the guest's exclusive use, you can enjoy the idyllic view of nature while relaxing with a glass of wine, or you can use the barbecue, which, in addition to putting you in a good mood, also provides variety in the preparation of meals. But also the beautiful garden invites you to linger. Nothing stands in the way of arriving by car, as there are three parking spaces on site.

This 100 m² thatched holiday home is idyllically situated amidst deep green meadows and wide fields. It is located far away from tourist streams in almost untouched nature in the south of the island of Rügen, in the small village of Datzow and is about two kilometres from Poseritz and 27 km from Bergen auf Rügen. The nearest grocery shop is about three kilometres away. Various restaurants and the village's own dairy with many unusual organic products invite you to enjoy and linger or visit the chalk lake about four kilometres away and take a refreshing swim. The nearest natural beach is seven kilometres away. The cities of Stralsund and Greifswald are interesting excursion destinations in the wider area. The Baltic Sea resorts of Binz, Sellin and Baabe can be reached effortlessly along the picturesque German avenue road. The holiday home is also the ideal starting point for long walks or cycling tours. In the immediate vicinity there are three riding stables, a golf course, a newly built marina and a sports and recreation centre. But anglers will also get their money's worth, thanks to the fishing spot about three kilometres away.

We were welcomed by a very beautifully located house in absolute tranquility and close to nature with a park-like property. If you want to enjoy the beauty of the island of Rügen a little off the beaten track, this is the right place. In addition, the house offers all the comfort and is excellently equipped. You can choose between extensive hikes, bike tours or excursions on the island or simply enjoy the beautiful garden for relaxation. If you want to listen to a nightingale once or experience rabbits and deer life, you are right in the middle of it all and that is just special. It is also very nice that dogs are welcome, our Bonnie also liked it very much. And above all, we would like to mention the very warm contact with the host family. We simply felt very comfortable. Place of silence and relaxation
Very nice feel-good holiday destination in a very quiet natural setting.
With all the comforts you can think of.
No WiFi in the house makes it possible to really switch off for once;-).
A car is necessary to reach all the sights and other beautiful places on this special island.
We had a wonderfully relaxing time in Haus Rosenrot.

If you like it quiet and idyllic, this is the place for you. For us, this was the ideal place for a holiday with a dog. All noteworthy sights are within an average radius of 30 km.
We can only recommend the house "Rosenrot". Modern equipment, very clean and well maintained and very nice landlords.

Beautiful thatched house in absolutely quiet location
This truly fantastic house is suitable for anyone looking for peace and quiet, plenty of space for outdoor activities and travelling with their four-legged best friend. The recommendations do not promise too much: this house and the landlords deserve at least 5 stars! We felt very well looked after at all times and the contact was very cordial. The house is located at the end of a street with a few holiday homes, all of which - like Haus Rosenrot itself - have a large plot of land. Behind it, the fields and meadows begin, wonderful for long walks. Even though it is a bit away from the usual tourist strongholds (which, by the way, absolutely speaks in favour of this accommodation), you can reach many excursion destinations in a good half hour. The construction favours a great indoor climate, which is quite noticeable. We were there in January and only had two heaters on - yet everything was cosy and warm. Overall, the house is tip-top maintained and very clean, the furnishings are of high quality. The kitchen is well equipped and the upper large bedroom even includes a very comfortable box spring bed. We will definitely come back and thank the Dawid family again for making this wonderful holiday possible.

Absolute tranquillity
Haus Rosenrot is idyllically situated somewhere in the middle of nowhere... far away from stress and hustle and bustle, with large paddocks right behind the house. Nevertheless, everything on the island of Rügen can be easily reached by car.
It was absolutely clean and well maintained, the heating in the hallway actually warms up the whole house quite quickly, which makes the heating costs manageable and we didn't miss anything in the kitchen (or anywhere else). The beds were comfortable, but it's very bright, nothing stands in the way of a conversation from upstairs to downstairs, or the other way around ;-).
Worth mentioning, and not insignificant, is that there is actually no internet. WhatsApp sometimes took hours, phone calls were possible with luck. This is not really a bad thing on holiday, but if you have saved excursion destinations etc. with links in your mobile phone, as we did, it becomes difficult to find out departure times and prices (Roland train / ferries etc.). There are many flyers in the house, but some of them are not up to date... Tip: Netto in Samtens has free WiFi for 1 hour, so you can plan your shopping and look up information :-)
All in all, we had a lovely week and can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Einfach Super
Sehr ruhige Lage am Ende einer Privatstraße.
Das einzige, was man hört, sind die vielen dort anwesenden Vögel.

Familienurlaub mit Hund
Wir haben in dem FH eine wunderschöne Zeit genossen abseits von Stress und Alltag. Es war einfach herrlich auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und die Ruhe zu genießen und den Vögeln zuzuhören. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, für den ist es genau der richtige Ort. Auch unser etwas lauter Vierbeiner hat sich dort super wohl gefühlt. Man hat es aber trotz der Abgeschiedenheit auch an den Strand sowie an das Festland nicht weit. Können es nur empfehlen. Kommen bestimmt wieder. Rügen ist und bleibt einfach eine herrliche Gegend.

...Und schön war´s :-)
Und wieder einmal waren wir im "Rosenrot". Die Häufigkeit unserer Anwesenheit spricht eigentlich für sich. Wenn man unkomplizierte und vor allem nette Vermieter kennen lernen möchte, dann ist man hier richtig. Das Domizil bietet alles, was der geneigte Urlauber so braucht. Vor allem für uns Stadtmenschen ist die Ruhe Gold wert. Man könnte sagen, dass beim Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse das Flügelschlagen der vorbeifliegenden Schmetterlinge das "lauteste" Geräusch war. Für uns war es wie immer perfekt. Tolles Haus in wunderbar ruhiger Lage und mit erstklassigen Vermietern
Wir durften eine Woche zu Gast im Haus Rosenrot sein und sind noch jetzt begeistert. Genau diese ruhige Lage haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Gemeinsam mit unseren Eltern und unserem Yorki Maxi haben wir wurderschöne Tage verbracht. Es passt wirklich alles. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bei der Ausstattung ist wirklich an alles gedacht - nicht so wie in anderen Unterkünften, wo jede Gabel und jeder Teller abgezählt sind. Die Einrichtung ist modern und hochwertig und das Außengelände großzügig gestaltet. Hier lässt es sich wirklich hervorragend leben. Hinzu kommen die netten Vermieter, die sehr bemüht sind um ihre Gäste. Unser Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen wieder - vielleicht sogar schneller als wir selbst gedacht haben - wir würden uns freuen! DANKE der Familie Dawid und Tilda :-)

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus
Ein Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Gegend am Ende einer Privatstraße. Der Garten welcher das Haus umgibt, ist mit Liegestühlen und einem Tisch mit Stühlen und Sonnenschirm ausgestattet, zum Verweilen und Träumen. Das absolute Paradies. Für Hunde super geeignet. Das Haus Rosenrot ist mit sehr viel Liebe ausgestattet. Die neue Küche läßt keine Wünsche offen. 2 Flachbildfernseher sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Es war für uns ein Urlaub der absoluten Spitzenklasse. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Wenn lärmgestresste Städter Ruhe suchen und hier wieder einmal finden
Liebe Fam. Dawid, nach Haus "Zauberblau" nun unsere Einkehr in das Haus "Rosenrot". Wir können gar nicht sagen, welches uns besser gefällt/gefallen hat, weil beide Anwesen - von der Lage bis zur Ausstattung - gleich top sind. Also, wieder haben wir das gefunden, was wir gesucht haben: idyllische Ruhe, abgelegen von jeder Hektik, mit einem weitläufigen Areal und allem Wohnkomfort.
Genossen haben wir den Sonnenschein auf der Terrasse unter dem Sonnenschirm, das Rauschen der Blätter, Vögelgezwitscher und unsere Ausflüge an die Strände Rügens, ob mit dem Auto oder mit dem Fahrrad.
Für alle künftigen Mieter (alle ehemaligen Gäste dürften es ja wissen): Mit der Fam. Dawid haben Sie Kontakt mit sehr netten Vermietern/Gastgebern.

Urlaub in schöner Lage
Ein Haus in schöner Lage, daher ist der Urlaub auch als gut zu bewerten, unserem Hund hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, allerdings ist das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen... die Fenster schließen teilweise sehr schlecht, die Sauberkeit könnte etwas in den Vordergrund gerückt werden, eine tote Maus im Haus riecht nun mal nicht nach Veilchen. Die Küche ist neu und ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet, da hat das Kochen Spaß gemacht. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Schönheitsfehler.

Hier kann man entspannt Urlaub mit seinem Vierbeiner machen!
Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig inmitten einer schönen Landschaft.

Pure peace and nature - Great dog holiday
For us, it was the ideal accommodation. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, this is the right place. Especially suitable for a holiday with a dog. No carpeted floors, outdoor shower and garden with direct access to field and corridor without car traffic - perfect for dogs.
The house is lovingly furnished and offers enough space
Also the kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired.
Because of the remoteness a car is absolutely necessary.
Within half an hour you can reach all the hot spots on the island, so everything is within easy reach.

Idylle pur zum Runterkommen
Traumhaft idyllische Lage für Mensch und Hund! Super ruhig, mitten im Grünen und Hunde können endlich mal frei rumtoben. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht (bei 2 Wochenbuchung wäre eine Waschmaschine noch klasse), ist super gemütlich und der Garten lädt perfekt zum Frühstücken und Grillen ein. Die Außendusche bringt Abkühlung bei heißen Temperaturen. Ein eigenes Auto sollte sein, da Supermarkt und Co. etwas entfernt liegen. Das Vermieterpaar ist super sympathisch und Hund Tilda eh! Für uns war es Entschleunigung pur! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist traumhaft, Natur pur. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell /zeitnah alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel.
Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht( außer Waschmaschine) Für alle die die mit Kleinkind anreisen vll interessant zu wissen das es dort sehr kalkhaltiges Wasser gibt. Was nicht weiter tragisch ist deshalb dies nur rein informativ und nicht als Negativpunkt zu werten.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Für jeden der einen ruhigen Platz braucht sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind mit unseren Hunden an Silvester da gewesen um den Knallern zu entgehen. Beide Hunde haben nichts mitbekommen. Für uns daher ein absoluter Geheimtip für alle mit ANgsthunden. ABer das Haus ist auch sonst sehr zu empfehlen.

Insel der Entspannung
Das Haus Rosenrot ist bis in das kleinste Detail mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und eingerichtet worden. Die nähere Umgebung lädt die Menschen und die Hunde zum entschleunigen ein.
