Casita Coco is an intimate adults-only hideaway for two, nestled in the peaceful village of Guatiza in northern Lanzarote. Far from the busy tourist resorts, it is a place to slow down, enjoy privacy and discover a quieter, more authentic side of the island.
With approximately 60 m² of living space and a generous 45 m² private terrace, Coco offers plenty of room to feel at home. Its distinctive white wooden ceiling creates a bright, warm atmosphere, while carefully chosen furnishings give the house its own relaxed character.
The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), and the bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer — ideal for anything from a leisurely breakfast to dinner with fresh local ingredients.
Air conditioning, fans, Wi-Fi and access to a washing machine make everyday life easy and comfortable. A projector is also available upon request for cosy movie nights.
Outside, your private terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine, read a book or simply appreciate Lanzarote's extraordinary light and tranquillity.
Just beyond your terrace, a beautiful garden surrounds the heated swimming pool. The property consists of only two independent adults-only casitas, Coco and Luna, so the pool is shared exclusively by guests of these two houses.
No crowds, no resort atmosphere — just peace, privacy and space to unwind.

Casitas Santa Rita is located in Guatiza, a quiet village in the north of Lanzarote, far away from the island’s large holiday resorts.
Guatiza is surrounded by Lanzarote’s characteristic volcanic landscape. To this day, the village remains a quiet, authentic place to live and an ideal starting point for guests who, in addition to the well-known sights, also want to discover the less touristy side of the island.
The famous Jardín de Cactus, one of César Manrique’s best-known works, is very close by. In the village itself, there is a small supermarket as well as several restaurants, all within walking distance from Casitas Santa Rita.
From Guatiza, you can quickly reach many of the most beautiful places in the north of Lanzarote: small villages, volcanic landscapes, the coast, as well as sights such as Jameos del Agua, Cueva de los Verdes, and Mirador del Río. The former island capital Teguise is also easily accessible.
The north of Lanzarote is much quieter than the large holiday resorts in the south. This is precisely what makes Guatiza a good starting point for hikes, excursions, and days when you simply want to spontaneously explore the island by car.
Casitas Santa Rita is situated in a rural setting and offers a peaceful retreat after a day out – with a garden, heated pool, and plenty of privacy.
