Mala is a very tranquil and picturesque village set in a landscape of large cactus plantations and bizarre volcanoes to which the white, cubic houses make an outstanding contrast.
There are one mini supermarket, a doctor, a dentist, a pharmacy a restaurant and a columbian snack-bar where you can taste “arepas”.
Mala is untouched by mass tourism.
