Description

The detached holiday home, built in 2012, is furnished in the typical regional style. The property is located in a holiday home estate on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular due to the view from the property over the garden and its quiet, sunny waterside location. This holiday property is a romantic accommodation. For exclusive use there are: a sunbathing lawn, a parasol, a sun lounger, barbecue facilities, a terrace, garden furniture and a courtyard. 1 beach chair, seating for 8 people each for the morning and evening sun.

Location
Dranske, district Lancken. The holiday home is located on a 535 sqm large, open, enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. You leave the house and walk 500 meters across a meadow and are at the wonderfully unspoiled sea without crowds, just you alone. In front of the Rügen cottage, there is a one-way street, ensuring peace and quiet. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Central heating (gas), underfloor heating. There is a rustic stove in the living area for firing. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), Wii, books, DVDs or music for children, iron, ironing board, washing machine and dryer. TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: Contactless check-in/out, disinfectant, and final cleaning with disinfection.

Bathroom (8 sqm) with washing machine, tumble dryer, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each (20 sqm) with 1 double bed and (only suitable for children under 3 years). Bathroom (25 sqm) with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins, WC, hairdryer and window.
Attic: 2 bedrooms each (12 sqm) with 2 single beds.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
