The pretty holiday flat "Insel Hiddensee" is one of three holiday flats in "Haus Küstenfeuer", is located on the upper floor and can be reached via an outside staircase. The spacious holiday flat offers room for up to 4 people. In the inviting living room there is a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy sitting area. Even when the weather is not so nice, you can relax by the fireplace and spend some quality time with a book or a family game.
The little beach pirates are also very welcome. A wide range of equipment is available for them, from children's tableware to a cot with an extra mattress and a trolley.

Location and surroundings of object
Haus Küstenfeuer is located almost at the northernmost point of the island of Rügen in a small quiet settlement directly at the nature reserve "Kreptitzer Heide" in almost untouched nature.
A path leads through the surrounding fields to the fine sandy natural beach of the Baltic Sea about 500m away with a view to the island of Hiddensee. The Wieker Bodden, only 1km away, offers ideal conditions for surfing and kiting
Relax on (bicycle) hikes, e.g. along the steep coast to Cape Arkona. Numerous excursion destinations are less than 25km away
The sunsets are spectacular and should not be missed.

The notice of withdrawal must be submitted in written form to the contact details of the landlord specified in the rental agreement and becomes effective upon receipt by the landlord. If the withdrawal or termination occurs before the start of the rental period, and the tenant does not provide a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the landlord is entitled to compensation as follows: - Withdrawal or termination up to 120 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price - Withdrawal or termination up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price - Withdrawal or termination up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 60% of the rental price - Withdrawal or termination up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price - Withdrawal or termination from the 29th day before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price These amounts must be paid to the landlord’s account specified in the cancellation confirmation within 5 banking days after receipt of the cancellation confirmation. Mein Aufenthalt
The apartment was overall fine. However, the very rustic seating and table set in the outdoor area is heavily weathered and urgently needs to be refurbished or replaced. In its current state, it appears neglected and no longer invites lingering.
Particularly disappointing was the internet outage. Already on the second day of my ten-day stay, the connection completely failed and was only restored after my departure. Since I had explicitly planned to work from the apartment during my stay, this was not possible.
Very unfortunate! !

Besonders enttäuschend war der Ausfall des Internets. Bereits am zweiten Tag meines zehntägigen Aufenthalts fiel die Verbindung komplett aus und wurde erst nach meiner Abreise wiederhergestellt. Da ich ausdrücklich geplant hatte, während meines Aufenthalts von der Wohnung aus zu arbeiten, war dies nicht möglich.
Sehr schade!!
