The holiday apartment is modern and functional furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, garden furniture and fire place. Beach chair. Important for Pet Owner: accordance with house rules the landlord seal must not be left alone in the apartment dogs.

On the estate there is a total of 3 Holiday Flats RUE WIT 004 (4 persons), RUE WIT 005 (4 persons), RUE WIT 006 (6 persons). The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric stove (ceramic hob), oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
