This tastefully furnished holiday apartment is located on the first floor of the rear of the two buildings in the Dr. Gärtner complex. The 74 square meters of living space comprise three rooms with a separate kitchen and bathroom.

The master bedroom features a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bedroom ceiling is adorned with twinkling stars. The second bedroom, accessible via a spiral staircase, offers two single beds. A separate toilet is also available.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a cozy dining area. Large windows offer stunning views of the Tegernsee mountains, including the Wallberg, Setzberg, Blankenstein, and Risserkogel. A wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere.
