Description
This well-equipped vacation home with about 110m² of living space and a fenced plot of 400 m² has 3 bedrooms, 2 almost identical shower rooms (one of them en suite), hallway, a spacious living-dining room, and a large kitchen.
Accessible from outside are the 3 small storage rooms for the washing machine, condenser dryer, heating, and gas bottles. Additionally, there is a carport, a brick outdoor shower (hot/cold), a barbecue fireplace, a gas grill, and a small summer kitchen with a new, large plancha and a single gas cooker on the property.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living area, with an additional ceiling fan in the living room.
All windows and the front door are equipped with grilles and mosquito rollers.
For the colder season, the house has gas central heating. The water is heated by solar and gas.
The large bedroom is furnished with a bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m (two single mattresses),
in the medium bedroom there is a French bed measuring 1.50 m x 1.90 m, and
in the small bedroom there is also a French bed measuring 1.40 m x 1.90 m. The spacious kitchen is equipped with, among other things: a gas cooktop, oven, range hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, microwave, mini oven, toaster, standard coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, kettle, electric citrus juicer, slow cooker, blender, waffle maker, egg cooker, etc. (no Thermomix, as shown in the picture!)
There are glasses and dishes available for at least 12 people. In the living area, 6 people can comfortably relax on the high-quality genuine leather sofa with an additional double stool. The oval dining table with its six upholstered chairs is also a pleasant size for a refined meal. On the covered terrace in the entrance area, you will find a solid table with four (another 4 in reserve) sturdy plastic chairs. The outdoor terrace with a pergola including a side roll offers a generous, stable cast aluminum seating group for 6 people. Another plastic table with chairs is available for flexible use.
You can wonderfully relax on the 4 new (+2) sun loungers by the pool.
Before and after a refreshing swim in the pool, feel free to use the built outdoor shower.
Terrace and pool are facing south.
Effective immediately, our pool is equipped with a stainless steel entry aid (handrail), so that even our older or impaired guests can easily use the pool! Well-trained dogs are welcome here but are not allowed on the couch, beds or in the pool.

Location and surroundings of object
Els Poblets, a picturesque village near Denia, has an optimal location between the sea and the mountains.
The municipality of the Comunidad Valenciana, with about 3500 inhabitants, is located in the north of the province of Alicante in the Marina Alta region.
It is situated roughly midway between Valencia and Alicante, so you have the choice between two airports if you are not traveling by car. But air travelers should also rent a car to take advantage of the variety of excursion possibilities in the region.
Short trips to Ibiza and Formentera are possible from Denia.
You can reach beautiful, expansive sand or pebble beaches in just a few minutes.

The attached floor plan is not to scale in all areas (especially in the outdoor area) and should only serve as a rough overview; the small summer kitchen has been constructed differently (see photo). If you want to rent our house for a longer period during the winter, we have the following offers from 01.11. to 30.03.:

Beautiful vacation in a well-maintained house
A great, very well-equipped house in a beautiful location. Super clean! The location of the house is perfect for those seeking peace. Beautiful pool and very good garden furniture, umbrellas and grills (gas or coal). Nevertheless, everything is easily accessible. Stone (approx. 1 km) or sandy beach (approx. 2 km), restaurants 500 m to 1.5 km. Arrived by car with bicycles. If you like cycling, you have very good conditions here. Many cycle paths and Spanish drivers are very considerate. Denia center (port), for example, is about 9 km away via a green cycle path. We were here for almost 4 weeks and enjoyed it. Can only recommend it.

Very well equipped holiday home in a prime location.
We had a very nice holiday at Casa Jacqueline with our two children. The house is very clean and fully equipped. The location is almost perfect: you can reach different beaches (pebble or sandy beach) and restaurants in a short time. Dénia is only a few minutes away by car. It is also absolutely suitable for those seeking peace and quiet: no noisy neighbors or "permanent parties". We had no complaints and will definitely come back.

Superbly equipped house guarantees dream holiday
We spent our family holiday at Casa Jaqueline at the beginning of August. The house impresses with its great furnishings, we wanted for nothing. It offers a lot of space and we all felt very comfortable
We enjoyed spending time on the beautifully designed outdoor terrace and the pool invites you to take a refreshing dip in the cool water even at night. We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen and spending the evenings under the gazebo
Due to its location, you can quickly reach various beaches, shopping facilities and the city centre from the house and still enjoy heavenly peace and quiet without disturbing noise or passing cars
We had a very nice contact with the landlady Mrs. Sörensen and the house manager Mrs. Lemke and they were always at our side if we had any questions or needed tips on what to do.
All in all, we had a super nice, relaxing holiday and will gladly come back to Casa Jaqueline as tenants.

Simply beautiful!
Dear Mrs. Sörensen,
Many thanks again for allowing us to book this lovely house at such short notice. (Cancellation by other guests, I hope your health has improved!) The house and the surroundings were as described - centrally located yet quiet. Everything was within walking distance. The terrace had a beautiful view of nature. As we are restaurateurs, we sought tranquility but also the proximity to other dining establishments. I have already recommended your house to others and hope to see you again soon. Not to forget. Dream days in a wonderful house on the Costa Blanca
The holiday home Casa Jaqueline, which we occupied from 01.06. – 29.06.2019, exceeded our expectations from the beginning. It is located on a quiet street yet centrally located for errands and shopping in the village. A small supermarket, a bakery, a newsstand, and restaurants are easily accessible on foot. The house and the outdoor area are well maintained. Everything you need for a pleasant stay can be found in the house. We were particularly fond of the spacious open kitchen with its interior, and it was a great pleasure for us to prepare meals in this kitchen. Our dog also felt very comfortable there, as you can take very nice walks from there. We have known the Costa Blanca for 40 years and have already lived in many beautiful holiday homes there. For this reason, we have gained experience and can truly make a judgment and claim that Casa Jaqueline is one of the most beautiful vacation homes. Also, the contact with the landlords was always very pleasant. We have already booked for next year.

Herrlich erholsam
We spent three wonderful weeks together in this very well-maintained house and relaxed and recovered wonderfully - our dog too! It is very well-equipped, especially the kitchen, and there is nothing missing to have a great holiday. The area is quiet and well-kept, both Dénia and the beautiful beaches are reachable in just a few minutes. The care provided by the Lemke family also went smoothly, and we immediately felt comfortable. We would love to come back.

Top maintained house
We have been going on holiday to this region for more than 30 years and have never found a house with such excellent facilities and cleanliness. Full recommendation! There is really nothing missing and the location is quiet. No disturbing through traffic or party parties that would disturb the night's rest. The on-site support by Mrs Lemke is excellent and we would like to thank her for a successful holiday.
