Description
This well-equipped holiday home with approximately 110m² of living space and a fenced plot of 400m² has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower baths (one of them en suite), hall, a spacious living room and a large kitchen.
From the outside are the 3 small storerooms for washing machine, condenser dryer, heating and gas bottles.
There is also a carport, a brick-built outside shower (cold / warm), a barbecue and a summer kitchen on the property.
Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room, in the living room and main bedroom there is also a ceiling fan.
All windows and entrance doors are equipped with mosquito screens.
For the colder season, the house has gas central heating with a solar system, which also warms the water.
In the summer, only the heating of the WW via solar is possible.
SZ 1 is equipped with a bed mx m (two single mattresses),
in SZ 2 there is a French bed measuring 1,50 mx 1,90 m and
in the SZ 3 also a French bed with the dimensions mx m.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with: gas cooker, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven, toaster, normal coffee machine, Nespresso capsule machine, water cooker, electric citrus press, slow cooker, blender, egg cooker etc.
There are glasses and dishes for at least 12 people.
In the living room, 6 people can comfortably make themselves comfortable, on the high-quality genuine leather couch with additional double stool.
Also the oval dining table with its six upholstered chairs is of a pleasant size for the cultivated meal.
On the covered terrace in the entrance area you will find a massive table with four (another 4 in reserve) stable plastic chairs.
The outdoor terrace offers another large table with 6 adjustable highchair chairs.
The soul can leave you wonderfully on the sunbathing by the pool.
Before and after the refreshing bath in the pool you can use the bricked shower.

Guided dogs are welcome, but have nothing to look for on the couch or in the beds!

Els Poblets, a picturesque village near Denia, has an ideal location between sea and mountains.
The commune of Comunidad Valenciana, with about 3500 inhabitants, is located in the north of the province of Alicante in the region of Marina Alta.
It is located in the center between Valencia and Alicante, so you have the choice between two airports if you do not travel by car.
But also air travelers should rent a rental car to use the variety of excursions in the region.
Spa breaks to Ibiza and Formentera are possible from Denia.
Beautiful, extensive sandy or stone beaches can be reached in a few minutes.

Dear prospective customers, we have just purchased this house and have not been able to complete and / or commission everything in the few days of our stay.
This winter, but by the end of March 2018 at the latest, the house inside will be completely freshly painted and where necessary other things renovated.
Also missing are some pictures, small furniture, a wardrobe etc.
The garden area is somewhat remodeled, various hedges and vegetable beds are removed and by lawn and eg. Lemon and orange tree, olive or palm tree.
A summer kitchen will be built and a new gas grill will be provided.
Also, the possibility of adequate shading is ensured.
The two gates to entrance and entrance are made higher and, above all, opaque.
We would therefore ask you to bring a little imagination at the moment, in order to be able to imagine what is still incomplete.
What is certain is that all these listed things are done up to your rental start!
The enclosed floor plan is not to scale in all areas (for example in the outdoor area) and should only serve as a rough overview, whether the small summer kitchen is or is built differently, is still open.

Wonderful vacation
A beautiful, perfectly equipped house in a beautiful location.
Super clean!
We felt very very comfortable for 3 weeks.
Nothing is missing.
The landlady attaches so much importance to ensuring that her guests feel completely comfortable.

Very well equipped holiday home in a prime location.
We had a very nice holiday at Casa Jacqueline with our two children. The house is very clean and fully equipped. The location is almost perfect: you can reach different beaches (pebble or sandy beach) and restaurants in a short time. Dénia is only a few minutes away by car. It is also absolutely suitable for those seeking peace and quiet: no noisy neighbors or "permanent parties". We had no complaints and will definitely come back.

Superbly equipped house guarantees dream holiday
We spent our family holiday at Casa Jaqueline at the beginning of August. The house impresses with its great furnishings, we wanted for nothing. It offers a lot of space and we all felt very comfortable
We enjoyed spending time on the beautifully designed outdoor terrace and the pool invites you to take a refreshing dip in the cool water even at night. We enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen and spending the evenings under the gazebo
Due to its location, you can quickly reach various beaches, shopping facilities and the city centre from the house and still enjoy heavenly peace and quiet without disturbing noise or passing cars
We had a very nice contact with the landlady Mrs. Sörensen and the house manager Mrs. Lemke and they were always at our side if we had any questions or needed tips on what to do.
All in all, we had a super nice, relaxing holiday and will gladly come back to Casa Jaqueline as tenants.

Einfach nur schön!
Liebe Frau Sörensen,
lieben Dank nochmal, dass wir so kurzfristig dieses schöne Haus buchen konnten. (Absage von anderen Gästen, ich hoffe gesundheitlich geht es Ihnen besser!)
Das Haus und die Umgebung waren wie beschrieben. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß war alles gut zu erreichen. Die Terrasse hatte einen wunderschönen Blick in die Natur. Da wir Gastronomen sind, suchten wir die Ruhe aber auch die Nähe von anderen Gastronomischen Einrichtungen.
Ich habe Ihr Haus auch schon weiter empfohlen und hoffe auf ein baldiges wiedersehen.
Nicht zu vergessen. Preislich Top und die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr nett und zuverlässig!!!Liebe Grüße auch dahin.
Ich vermisse schon jetzt den schönen Pool und die schöne Aussicht.

Sehr zufrieden
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt.
Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
Es ist ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen.
Um unseren kleinen Hund mussten wir uns keine Sorgen machen da das Grundstück ringsrum geschlossen ist.
Wir hatten viel Ruhe und Entspannung.

Traumtage in einem tollen Haus an der Costa Blanca
Das Ferienhaus Casa Jaqueline, welches wir vom 01.6. – 29.6.2019 bewohnten, übertraf von Anfang an unsere Erwartungen.
Es liegt in einer ruhigen Straße jedoch zentral für Besorgungen und Einkäufe im Ort. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, ein Zeitungsladen sowie Restaurants sind fußläufig bequem zu erreichen.
Das Haus sowie die Außenanlage sind sehr gepflegt. Es findet sich alles in dem Haus, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders die großzügige offene Küche mit ihrem Interieur, hatte es uns angetan und es machte uns eine große Freude, in dieser Küche das Essen zuzubereiten.
Unser Hund hat sich dort auch sehr wohl gefühlt, weil man von dort aus sehr schöne Spaziergänge unternehmen kann.
Wir kennen die Costa Blanca schon seit 40 Jahren und haben auch schon sehr viele und schöne Ferienhäuser dort bewohnt. Aus diesem Grunde haben wir Erfahrung gesammelt und können uns wirklich ein Urteil erlauben und behaupten, dass die Casa Jaqueline mit zu den schönsten Ferienhäusern gehört. Auch war der Kontakt zu den Vermietern stets sehr angenehm. Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht.

Herrlich erholsam
Wir haben zu zweit 3 herrliche Wochen in diesem sehr gepflegten Haus verbracht und uns wunderbar entspannt und erholt-unser Hund auch! Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche und es fehlt nichts, um nicht einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Gegend ist ruhig und gepflegt, sowohl Dénia als auch die traumhaften Strände sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Betreuung durch Familie Lemke hat auch reibungslos geklappt, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top maintained house
We have been going on holiday to this region for more than 30 years and have never found a house with such excellent facilities and cleanliness. Full recommendation! There is really nothing missing and the location is quiet. No disturbing through traffic or party parties that would disturb the night's rest. The on-site support by Mrs Lemke is excellent and we would like to thank her for a successful holiday.
We will definitely come back again.
