Booking Conditions and Special Features During the period from 06.11. to 31.03., the minimum stay is 28 nights. This price includes only the final cleaning, no interim cleanings. From December to the end of March, the pool is not in operation. From 06.11. to 01.05., electricity is not included and will be charged separately according to consumption. From 01.05. to 06.11., utilities are included in the price. AC is included with normal usage. Eco-Tax: Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece. This is staggered according to category and season: The fee from April 1st to October 31st is €15.00 per night per villa, and from November 1st to March 31st, €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests. The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or MasterCard. Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Subject to availability: Early check-in and late check-out can be booked additionally.
